When the U-Haul supplier I visited was all out of boxes they recommended Boca Box to me. While I…read moreonly needed moving boxes, Boca Box has boxes of just about every size imaginable, shipping supplies like packing sheets, bubble wrap, and more. They even sell small boxes for selling items like jewelry and such. Medium moving boxes were $2.99 each and large were $3.99. I was hoping the boxes would have handles/grips like those at U-Haul since they do make a ton of difference, but I was in a bit of a time crunch and had to make do. It was a quick operation and the gentleman working the counter helped me take the boxes to my car since I ended up getting quite a bit. Super friendly and helpful store.

He asked for an address and I gave it to him and he response was "Jesus Christ" which completely caught me off guard. I then was spelling out the address and he then responded with "you can talk faster". Clearly uneducated and has no type of real customer service skills. Do not recommend.

When we moved in together to our first apartment, we were excited, but it was also a bit of a mess…read moresince we had to pick up things from two locations. One was the old apartment I lived in, and the other pickup was my partner's furniture and work tools. They have created their own inventory and clearly marked the boxes so there were no mix-ups. My craft supplies, his office monitors, kitchen appliances and family photo frames were all packed in various ways. The boxes were quite light, so we loaded them one by one, and this made us feel better. We booked a time for our building elevator, and our team worked around that time frame without wasting time. It was handled calmly, though there was a slight lag while the other person was loading the area. Everyone was very nice and informed us throughout the entire process. They delivered around 9 pm, and the main furniture was delivered to the desired location. One of the lamp shades had to be tweaked upon unpacking, but it was a minor issue. The boxes were readily available as each room's name was clearly written on the box. The move itself remained well planned and executed from start to finish, even with two pickup points. The team really had a strategy for everything.

Three months later, they suddenly raised my rate to $99, and five minutes after that, I got an email saying the same 5x10 unit is advertised for $64. Once you're moved in and committed, they change the price textbook bait and switch. The employees are friendly, but the tactics are deceptive. The price you move in with is not the price you'll be staying with.
