Now they've raised it to $95/month. They've doubled the price in less than a year. No one is EVER on site and the 1 time I try to visit my unit to move my stuff out, the key I received to my lock does not work. The property manager never answers the phone. I leave voicemail after voicemail and never receive a response either. The only time I received a call back was months back when I complained about it being raised from $45 to $75 and I've never received a message or call back since (and I called multiple times when I found out they were raising it again, and never received a response).

(1) Your site is locked down. (2) Please disregard your site is not locked down. (3) Redundant disregard your site is not locked down. (4) Your site and the entire state is locked down. This company cannot be trusted when planning a logistics exercise using their services. Previously my review was five star review and I just re-edited it down to a two star. As with any rational human being, I am concerned about where I leave my belongings. First and foremost, I want to make sure that the items are SECURE. (crazy?) When I called to get more information and potentially make a reservation, the first thing I asked was: "what sort of security do you have at the facility?" (something to that effect). The gentleman who answered seemed VERY taken aback. Like shocked. Offended. In fact, he told me and I quote, "no one has ever asked about that before". What?!? People don't ask what sort of security one has at a facility whose only purpose is to safely secure one's possessions? I asked him "how long have you worked at this place?". He said "five years". Raul and his team (Ainsley & Joe) were very nice and worked efficiently. Through my research I found that they are authorized by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to transport Household Goods - many movers do not have this designation.
