I just let it go. However, the next two negative experiences have motivated me to take my business elsewhere. I'm an honest person who doesn't stand for being ripped off. I went to my storage with my key, the guy saw me struggling on the camera and came with WD to spray the lock but I accidentally bent the key. He tried to say it was the wrong key and tried to get me to have them cut the lock and buy a new one. I went home got my second key an exact replica of the one he said was t their key and opened it no problem. I Wasn't happy with the attempt to rip me off but I let that go. Now after updating my credit card info last month they say I was no longer on auto pay and charged me a late fee this month saying I canceled autopay which I did not. Total lie. I'm leaving this month and saving money so thank you and your corporate greed as it has motivated me to move to a more convenient spot and save $. Yay! It will more than make up for the rip off of which they will not get a second chance. At least not from me. In 7 years I have only asked one other time for it to be cut back but this time I have been completely ignored for months on end and through 3 managers. My backyard ONLY has palms and turf to ensure easy maintenance but I have now had to purchase 2 leafs blower/vaccs, rakes, pole saw, large tree trimming loppers, etc. since my yard is constantly filled with leaves as is my pool. Post storms is an absolute disaster that I have let go for years though it has cost many hours of labor and hired help to clean up mess from the other side of the wall. Any sort of acknowledgement would be nice but since it's behind their buildings, and obviously a me problem, I can't imagine I'll get a response until I drop off an invoice for the supplies and my hours of labor to clean it up myself this weekend.

He states he is sending it as urgent for them to call me back that day and I never get a call back. I have my credit card company disputing the charge. But I can't talk to a person on this and keep getting an AI. Even though I received notice they received my move out form, my online account doesn't show that I moved out. Again I received a notice in November that they received my moving out form. We've left the place on November 25th as too dangerous to park a travel trailer there. It's packed like sardines everywhere, and the roadway is only the width of a car.
