Called the office the at 8:10am for an 8:30am pick up and was greeted on the phone by Scott "Hi Scott, just confirming that I'll be there at in 10 mins to pick up my minivan. Scott " We don't have. Any vehicles available" "Oh sorry no, I have a reservation' Scott "I don't have any vehicles" "I made my reservation 4 weeks ago" Scott "Sorry I don't have any vehicles, Is there anything else I can help you with?" "Anything else you can help me with?, how about find me a vehicle quickly" Scott "I can't do that as we don't have any vehicles" "I want to talk to a manager" Scott "I am the manager" "You're the manager and that's your answer? I have 4 grandchildren and my wife plus luggage and Disney show starting at 1pm today and that's your f ing answer to me" Scott "Sir don't swear at me" Hangs up the phone Now I get that I shouldn't have dropped an f bomb but this is what was thrown at me and put me into a very frustrating, annoying situation based on the exact conversation I had with this moron Scott. What Scott could have done as a manager is seen in his system what's available some other location and made some serious effort to get that vehicle asap. Whoever made this idiot a Manager should also go thru some sort of Customer Service training. You didn't ruin my trip with 4 happy grandchildren singing Disney songs in 1 car (minivan) on a Christmas gift from Nona and Papa but you certainly prevented it from being a part of what it was meant to be So have a little f ing compassion as you screw people's plans. Looking forward to seeing how Enterprise Head Office Customer Service del with this issue as well as the additional costs for 2 cars gas, 2 cars tolls, 2 cars hotel Parking, 2 cars Disney Parking etc. Following on from the response from Enterprise. This response is just some PR BS that big companies throw out to the public to make it look they are concerned and we will make this right for you etc etc. I contacted the customer service info provided and it gets you no where, just more talk and time wasting. "Sir please send an email to our complaints department" No, I already logged my complaint now the ball Is in your court to reach out to me to tell me how you're going to fix your screw up. Instead of offering real customer service they just wear you down until you give in. I'm a big boy and I'll get over it but this is the world we live in. Corporations don't give a rats about you. I've worked with both Mike and Hanna in the past--and again just this past week over the Christmas holiday--and they continue to be outstanding. Even during the busy holiday season, when things can get stressful and some customers can be difficult, they remain patient, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to make sure everything goes smoothly and do their best to resolve any issues that come up. While other rental companies in the area were overbooking and even canceling reservations (which is crazy), Mike took great care of my rental and made sure everything was handled properly. Because of that, we were very happy campers/roadtrippers! Happy Holidays, guys, and thank you for the consistently great service!

Website indicated there were many (compact, mid-, full- ...) available. When I showed up, Manager Andrew told me "Yeah, we don't have any cars". Airlines also over-sell their capacity, but when they are oversold, they are obligated to compensate you ("$400 to take the next flight"). This unfortunate site has an unsustainable business model. Hopefully, they will be removed from Kayak and Google Maps soon. If you would like to gamble on being stranded, then reserve a car here.

My boyfriend and I had the absolute worst experience imaginable at this Budget Truck location. We were moving across the country and had booked a 16-foot truck along with a trailer to tow my car. Leading up to our move, I spoke to several Budget representatives over the phone who were incredibly professional and helpful, assuring us that we'd receive assistance with the trailer when we picked it up. Unfortunately, our actual experience was a nightmare. We picked up the truck earlier in the day without issue and returned around 4:30 PM to get the trailer. After being directed to wait out back, we were finally told that due to "liability issues," the staff couldn't help us attach the trailer to the truck. We explained that we had never used this kind of equipment before, but all we got was a vague instruction to watch YouTube videos. Reluctantly, one staff member helped us attach the trailer but refused to help us load the car, again insisting we watch videos. Feeling completely uncomfortable with this situation, we went back inside to cancel the trailer from our reservation, only to be told that we'd have to detach the trailer ourselves. Seriously? We didn't even know how to attach it in the first place! After several failed attempts in the rain, we went back inside, stressed and exhausted, and the front desk lady could not have been less helpful. She kept saying she "didn't know what to do" and that we should call someone else to help us. Even worse, she had the audacity to claim she was "doing us a favor" by letting us pick up the trailer later in the day and helping with the initial attachment. How is this a favor? Isn't that your job? To make matters even worse, when the guy who initially attached the trailer returned, he immediately started yelling at my boyfriend, accusing him of breaking something--which was impossible since we hadn't touched anything other than the jack. He cursed at him refused to listen, and even told him to "get the f**k out." The front desk lady just brushed it off and said not to take it personally. How can I not take it personally when I'm being verbally abused? This entire ordeal was beyond stressful and has left us with a huge financial burden. Because we couldn't take the trailer, we now have to leave my car behind and pay for it to be shipped separately--a process that will take weeks and cost us far more than we had planned. The lack of customer service, the rudeness, and the outright hostility we encountered at this Budget location are inexcusable. I've never written a review like this before, but what we went through needs to be known. Avoid this place at all costs.

FRAUD & HOSTAGE SCAM: Load Ran LLC & Coastal Movers…read more My experience with Load Ran LLC and Coastal Movers was nothing short of fraudulent, deceptive, and abusive. * False "Binding" Estimate: I was promised a guaranteed, final price in writing. I paid nearly half the deposit up front to secure pickup, under the assurance this was the total cost. * Bait-and-Switch Scheme: Once my belongings were loaded, they suddenly claimed their "system did not properly calculate the cubic size" and demanded over $2,000 more. When I questioned how their system errors could be forced on a customer, I got nowhere. * Admission of Fraud: A Coastal Movers agent openly admitted I was not supposed to be overcharged and that what happened was a bait-and-switch tactic. But instead of correcting it, he dodged my calls and refused to help once he was on notice. * Hostage & Extortion Tactics: They declared my deposit "nonrefundable" and refused to release my household goods unless I paid the inflated charges. This is illegal under federal law (49 CFR § 375.403), which prohibits movers from demanding payment above a binding estimate. * Severe Damages: On top of the fraud, I suffered over $10,000 in damages to my personal property -- items broken, , and completely destroyed . The Truth About This Company This was not an "error" -- this was a calculated scam. Load Ran LLC and Coastal Movers lure customers in with a fake "binding estimate," demand thousands more mid-move, and hold belongings hostage until you pay. Even their own representative admitted it was bait-and-switch fraud. Final Warning If you value your money and your property, stay far away from Load Ran LLC and Coastal Movers. File complaints with the FMCSA, BBB, and your state's Attorney General if you've been a victim. This company profits through lies, intimidation, and exploitation. No family should have to endure the nightmare they put me through.

TL;DR: run, do not use them…read more I'm super late in writing this review but I used All Coast in July 2023 to move from TX to MD. Things were going great until it was time to pick up my items. They waited until the last minute within the "notification timeframe" to tell me when they'd be picking up my items. They also waited until the last minute of the "pickup time" to show up without giving advanced notice (we'll be there at x time) like I was told. Its important to note that whoever you talk to on the phone is from All Coast, but they subcontract out different moving companies and that's who will be picking up/dropping off your items and they do not communicate with each other. I was told one thing regarding price and how much space my items would take up but ended up having to pay more despite my inventory not changing. I had also been asked to move up my pickup date to accommodate their schedule and was offered a discount in exchange. I agreed to this and was told my items head to Maryland the day after pickup and to expect it by the end of that week. I was in Maryland for almost 2 weeks before my items arrived...we drove 22 hours across country several days after my items were picked up and they were still in Texas when I arrived to Maryland. To my surprise, a completely different moving company delivered my stuff and not only were there damages from my boxes getting crushed, there were also boxes covered in some sort of oil. For all the damages that occurred, I only got less than $30 refunded
