I am not sure why there are some bad reviews here, but my experience was the opposite. The facility was very nice, the security was top notch, the prices were reasonable, the parking and access was good, the elevators and interior cleanliness was above average, the luggage carts were plenty, and the air conditioning was cool. My only complaint would be that the bathrooms on each level always seemed to be locked and not available. There really are not any better Public Storage locations in the area and this was by far the best of the several I visited. I had absolutely no issues here and the service was good. Even the smart phone app was cool and worked well.

What I appreciated most about my recent experience with Public Storage is the ease of getting into a unit. It was Sunday afternoon and needed to sort something out ASAP. I went online, looked at locations nearby to find the best price and distance for the size I needed. The site was easy to navigate and I choose a locations. I reserved the spot. A few moments later I got a message to get the app and fill out some paperwork. I filled it out easily and and completed the purchased for the space. Not knowing what would happen next I drove over to the the location to drop of stuff. No one was in the office... uh oh. There was a sign on the door that said sign into your app and get all the things you need. Within moments, I had the code to the gate, went to my unit, there was some paperwork on the insurance I got and a lock to lock the unit. ALL AUTOMATED and simple and easy. Nice work Public Storage. Thanks for not over complicating a simple thing as a box to put my stuff in.
