In 7 years I have only asked one other time for it to be cut back but this time I have been completely ignored for months on end and through 3 managers. My backyard ONLY has palms and turf to ensure easy maintenance but I have now had to purchase 2 leafs blower/vaccs, rakes, pole saw, large tree trimming loppers, etc. since my yard is constantly filled with leaves as is my pool. Post storms is an absolute disaster that I have let go for years though it has cost many hours of labor and hired help to clean up mess from the other side of the wall. Any sort of acknowledgement would be nice but since it's behind their buildings, and obviously a me problem, I can't imagine I'll get a response until I drop off an invoice for the supplies and my hours of labor to clean it up myself this weekend.

Mine was on the 3rd floor. Great security of your all me. BTW, I've never seen a better kept, cleaner facility anywhere! Orlaine Adams is the Facility Manager, Jerome McCray the Assistant Manager. Although I hadn't been there in a few years, they both remembered me when I came in. They both greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. They remembered that I was going through multiple surgeries when my possessions were moved in! It was time for me to finally go through my belongings to see what I wanted to save, donate and sell. If I ever have need of a storage facility, I'll be back there for sure! They have great move in specials and the prices are very reasonable for the safety and security they offer.
