No one is EVER on site and the 1 time I try to visit my unit to move my stuff out, the key I received to my lock does not work. The property manager never answers the phone. I leave voicemail after voicemail and never receive a response either. The only time I received a call back was months back when I complained about it being raised from $45 to $75 and I've never received a message or call back since (and I called multiple times when I found out they were raising it again, and never received a response).

Exceeded all expectations as she went above and beyond to assist me in meeting my storage needs! I'm in the process of moving back to Pompano Beach from West Palm Beach and feeling overwhelmed! As a widow I am taking a leap of faith financially. I did my research looking for the cleanest, safest and most affordable unit in the closest location to accommodate my needs. I spent 2 weeks driving to each storage facility within a 10 mile radius of my new apartment. Some were in iffy areas, some were in bad shape and some employees weren't helpful, borderline rude and condescending. Then I luckily found myself at Storagemart! I just let it go. However, the next two negative experiences have motivated me to take my business elsewhere. I'm an honest person who doesn't stand for being ripped off. I went to my storage with my key, the guy saw me struggling on the camera and came with WD to spray the lock but I accidentally bent the key. He tried to say it was the wrong key and tried to get me to have them cut the lock and buy a new one. I went home got my second key an exact replica of the one he said was t their key and opened it no problem. I Wasn't happy with the attempt to rip me off but I let that go. Now after updating my credit card info last month they say I was no longer on auto pay and charged me a late fee this month saying I canceled autopay which I did not. Total lie. I'm leaving this month and saving money so thank you and your corporate greed as it has motivated me to move to a more convenient spot and save $. Yay! It will more than make up for the rip off of which they will not get a second chance. At least not from me.
