The staff there(Dave) are the best!!! He is so helpful. I'm in NY for part of the year and when we had a problem with the automatic payment he help us fix it. He also was very accommodating when we needed a large unit. I would recommend this place to anyone needing more storage! read more

the worst storage place ever. there was an option for a zero star. i will do it. needless to say, this storage place charged me for a storage i never took possession of. i told the manager i would upgrade to a bigger place. she said it would be fine they would fix it. next thing, they continued to charge me for this storage. i reached out to them and ask them why, she said she would remove the charge. and she never removed, i spoke to the district manager. who also was shocked as to why i was being charged, she said she would remove it. and long and behold, i get a letter from a collections agency. i'm telling you right now, unless you want issues do not rent from this location. the whole company is trash. read more

My experience at Public Storage was excellent. I dealt with Veronica and David before and they're outstanding great service ,very friendly, very accommodating and very professional .I would give them a 10 star rating but you only have five star as the highest but Veronica could've been more helpful and kinder to us and we appreciate you guys keeping up with Storall which used to be our place to come. I didn't think they could do as well but they're keeping up thank you so much Susan Kelly read more

We used Public Storage in Frisco Texas and had a wonderful experience! We are now using it in Boynton Beach Florida.

I rented a large unit from March 2020 - July 11 2020. In August 2020, I removed the majority of my belongings and asked to move to a smaller unit. The property manager, Dave, told me they had no smaller units available but that he would put me on his list and call as soon as something came available. I called regularly for three months, same story.... Dave never called. Early July I called to tell Dave I would be moving out, he explained that they do not prorate rent but that he would see if he could get the late fee removed. Upon arriving, Dave said that I had to pay the full amount and if I was going to get a refund on late fee, it would show up as credit. 5 days later, another lady called from the facility stating that she noticed my lock was gone and was I vacating. I re-iterated all of the above, she said Dave had no processed the vacate, nor did he leave any notes re: late fee. She would check it out. Today, Rhonda called, asking if I still planned on vacating today!!!! All I can say is, steer clear. Dave will say anything to avoid telling the truth, they have zero communication and evidently it is okay to mislead, or be outright dishonest. I don't think I'll ever get my late fee back, but after 15 months and more than $3500, that $50 isn't really a big deal. On the upside, the facility was clean. read more

I moved my whole entire life into the Public Storage off of Industrial Ave in Boynton Beach about seven months ago. I have two young children as well with their belongings. Long story short, I went through a bad break up, and I had to move with nowhere to go. I brought my stuff to Public Storage and within a month I started noticing German roaches. I didn't notified the office right away, letting them know about the situation. I told him that I had no problem, bombing it myself so it didn't become out of control.. They then told me that they would take care of it, and I was not allowed to do anything myself. I recently got an apartment for me and my two children and went to the unit to remove my belongings and theirs, upon removing my stuff I noticed hundreds of thousands of roaches pouring out of a mop that I picked up. I then started going through boxes as quickly as possible noticing eggs and roaches filled in everything. When I notify the office and called the one 800 number, they told me there was nothing they could do about it and that I was responsible for paying for the month and slapt on an additional $70 late fee. My stuff was supposed to be out before the first which I would've not had to pay anything in that case. However, I couldn't even remove things and bring to the trash because it's contaminated and infested with German roaches. Now my children have no beds to sleep on. We have no furniture, and I had to start my whole entire life over from scratch with no money because I just moved into a new place. When I called to talk to them, they told me that it was my problem and they are going to keep charging me as long as the stuff is still in the unit. There is no way that I should be responsible for this and if know it's completely infested. If you look up German roaches and know what they do and how they spread, you will know never to rent from this company ever.. This is the most horrific experience in life altering thing I have ever had to deal with. I literally am stuck with nothing in the company takes your responsibility, and now all the other poor people that are renting from there are going to be contaminated with roaches as well. Do not rent units from this company if you don't want to lose your whole entire life. Every picture and every memory gone. After spending $300 a month for seven months. read more

Public Storage - In Paris - Self Storage Near Me - Boynton Beach, Florida

Excellent experience. Toesha was great! Very clean and well run facility. Simple process. Couldn't ask for more.

Nicest guy who helped us today! My mom and I forgot about needing face masks in public right now and he told us about it and then gave us some free masks so we didn't have to drive all the way back home. The worlds pretty crazy right now so it was great to have a potentially bad experience turn into a great one. read more

30% increase after 3 months- 91.00 unit turns into 119.00 per month, bogus fees upfront was a sign but i accepted - no one ever onsite sign is usually on the window, called corporate and was met by very rude customer service person asked for supervisor and was transfered to an answering machine- no return call. Called local manager- that's not the word I would use for her. was told I am still getting unit for half of what its worth.. It is clear there is a problem with this location buyer beware. I have no issue with an increase but 30%!!! read more

Everything you want in a secure storage closet at a fair price: clean, dry, onsite manager, rolling carts for loading/unloading, well-lit. The only negatives are 2 hidden costs: a $25 sign-up fee (which is bogus but is offset by a first month 1/2 price discount) and mandatory insurance (which is also bogus since the place is fireproof and has sprinklers.) The manager Shanise is lovely and very dependable. Note: open 7 days a week but they lock you out from 9pm to 6am. Seems like a reasonable and friendly and well-meaning business that I had no reservations about. read more

I was pleasantly surprised at the warm consideration and efficient help that I received from Donna. I was in the midst of placing my Father in an Assisted Living Facility which was already heart wrenching. Donna was understanding and actually made me smile before we finished changing the name on the account. Thank you Donna read more

Facilities are clean and management was helpful, knowledgable and personable. Will recommend any possible clients to this location.

This Public Storage location is clean and the people who work there seem friendly. I worked specifically with "Sherry" on May 28, 2016. Sherry asked me several questions and was able to help me identify the right size storage unit. Sherry was professional and took her time to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this business to anyone who has public storage needs. The facility was clean, secure and temperature controlled. read more

Don't rent from this location. You've been warned. I recently rented a unit from this location and it's been a nightmare ever since. I previously rented from the other location on Industrial in Boyton and never had a issue. This location on Old Boynton Beach is a mess. A few days before moving some items into the storage unit my family and I got stuck in the building. The elevators weren't working. I was in the process of calling the fire department after 25 mins and suddenly one of the elevator doors open. I called customer support and filed a complaint. The property manager Shameka did reach out to me and stated that the elevators haven't been working for 6-months and they are waiting on a part from Australia. WHAT IN THE COUNTRY BUMPKIN is going on here? I muted the phone to burst out in laughter. Can't. Anyway, my move-in was a nightmare. The elevators were not working. I mean this is a storage unit - how the hell are the elevators not working. Well, when you get to the property you kind of see why. You have a stationed property manager that spend 99% of her time sitting at the front desk. She asked me when I first went there if I wanted to go see the unit. I'm like WTH, of course. That should have been a sign - my bad. In addition, the AC doesn't work, the doors and floors, are filthy and nasty, only 4 dolly's for the entire unit, AND BUGS BUGS BUGS and BUGS (roaches, and more). To make matters worst, they lock the bathroom doors all the time. Why? People are moving into storage units they've paid for, they should have access to the restrooms ALL THE TIME. But that would mean that the property manager Shameka would have to get up - walk - work- and do something for a change. I contacted the Regional manager Jack aka Jackie and never heard back from him. This has been my horrible experience. Like I said, you've been warned. read more

Terrible! Bait and switch. They didn't have my reservation then offered an alternative location with my space requirements at a higher price. How they're so huge and in business this long is a mystery. read more

From the service, to the courtesy of staff, in particular Sherry, this place is a 10!!! I love the hand-trucks always available, climate controlled facility, to the parking and easy of entry. I would solidly recommend if you need to store items for short term or long term, this is place!!! read more

Not dependable, you can't trust that the doors will open and there is an attendant at this facility when you need to get to your unit during open hours. The doors to enter were locked, the attendant was no where to be found. Did I say this was 3pm in the afternoon and on a Friday? I needed to get some items out that someone wanted to buy from me. Unfortunately, they were on their way home, leaving Florida. I lost the sale since it was way to expensive for me to deliver the furniture. Even though management accused me of making sales on the property, which I didn't , I couldn't get my items out. I was given the excuse that the attendant was at lunch. " Why wasn't there a clock or note on the door?" I was given the excuse that the door to go into the units was broken and that they had been having problems. "How was I suppose to now and why wasn't there a note on the door. " I called and left messages, only to not hear from anyone for 4-5 days, way to late."? If you knowingly have malfunctioning doors, then Public Storage needs to accommodate their customers till the door is fixed. I was given a $50 credit. Whoopee!!! read more

Binalee is valued employee in my opinion. She is always extremely polite and has a helpful, pleasant attitude. Whenever I stop by she always has a smile on her face, which in south Florida, it's not to common. The gentleman is polite as well. read more
