My moving coordinator Francesca was awesome. She really went above and beyond trying to help me when my title company (American Title Co) kept delaying my closing due to incompetence. Francesca was able to reschedule and work out the delivery of my household items in a fair timely manner. She really went above and beyond and I encourage anyone thinking about a moving company to choose White Lion. Marc was the crew chief for my move and he was top shelf. Really happy with the way he ran his crew and the professionalism in which he handled business. read more

Not reliable, they either call you non stop or if you call them they won't return your calls.

We have used White Lion moving company at least 3 or 4 times to help with our moves. Every time, the employees have been very hardworking, professional, and didn't damage any of our belongings. I would definitely recommend this company! Thank you Greg & company! --Monika & Joe read more

White Lion Moving & Storage - 5* service every time! - Movers Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

First time I used them (See review from Jan.2019) could have been a fluke however, I used White Lion Moving again (Feb. 2020) and was equally impressed. They do not play any of the typical moving company games you always hear about. The price that they quote will be the price that you pay. They work efficiently, professionally and take great care of your belongings. In the past year, I have referred them numerous times to friends, colleagues and other family members and they have ALL been equally pleased. read more

Yesterday hopefully was the last move of my life and I didnt even move anywhere. Go figure! I sold my dads house that was a hoarders nightmare but the hoarding was all collectables and some newspapers and old magazines but mostly collectables. I ALWAYS use While Lion for every move I have ever made. This was no exception. The movers JC and Tom arrived ahead of schedule, carefully moved things that I have had all my life that my dad saved and did a fantastic job. Not one thing was broken or damaged and that says a lot!! .I was so grateful to them for working so hard and really valuing my possessions as if they were their own. JC is who you ask for when its your time to make a move. Believe me he is a 20 year veteran with this company and is a true professional. Thanks WL and JC and Tom for taking the stress out of the move for me! Again this is the ONLY company I would EVER use! read more

I had them move half of my apartment a few months ago and again they were just great! They are quick. The men are nice! They wrap all the furniture! Greg, who I call now, is super sweet! Always makes things happen! They will be moving the rest of my stuff at the end of august! Thankfully, they had a spot available in the morning! White Lion is a great company! Will be using them everytime I move. It is an odd feeling having someone do it. My family and I have always moved our stuff but will parents be older and my bad back... it is just hard now.. and I am not even that old.. crazy! So, finding a company that you can trust and that is just really great all around is awesome! Thank you! :) read more

Finest movers I've ever had. Reliable ,trustworthy, efficient. Showed up on time. Djdn"t waste time. Courteous and helpful.

I needed a last minute moving company, like 48 hours last minute, after I had to cancel the previous company because of horrible service (that's a separate review). Not only did Jeff and Jennifer give me incredible customer service but then JC and his team of Patrick and Luna showed up and worked non-stop for 3+ hours, caring for my items, helping me with last minute changes and were professional. The bill was reviewed again with me before they left and they earned - and deserved - every penny! They will be holding my pods until I move into my next home and I pray it's just as great an experience as moving out was. And thank you yelp and everyone who's taken the time to write reviews for helping me find such a great comaocompany. Update: They held my pods with all my earthly goods for about 5 weeks. JC came back (he's awesome) with his team, unpacked every single thing, I literally was able to just direct them as they came in. Not one thing was broken, nothing smelled bad or funny, they assembled my bed frames, unpacked my mattresses, reassembled my dining table - I had no idea how exceptional a company could be! I didn't even throw out one piece of packing! I know people need to save money, I know I did, but this is an EXCEPTIONAL company on every level. read more

My husband and I were in the process of moving and needed to transport and store our household goods within a week. I called different moving companies but I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I was provided with the White Lion staff. I first spoke to Jeff and we scheduled a teleconference to do a quote of our delivery. He offered a great rate for moving and storage and he scheduled the move ASAP. He definitely listened to our needs and we were able to come to an agreement with the price. We than spoke to Jennifer and she was extremely helpful, kind and sympathetic to our situation. She went above and beyond to assist us and ensured that we were taken care of from start to finish. She was extremely professional and we couldn't have asked for a better representative. The movers were extremely thorough and efficient with their time; they ensured our items were packaged well and secured them safely in the moving trucks. We are highly satisfied with White Lion Moving and Storage and look forward to working with them again. I highly highly recommend! read more

the most disorganized movers we ever encountered. A horrible experience. Second time used and they broke furniture BOTH TIMES. Never showed up when scheduled. Do not understand the 5 star rating.....absolutely not warranted. read more

WARNING!!! Before engaging the services of this company, it is strongly advised that you conduct thorough research. Their track record, evident from both my personal encounter and the multitude of cases publicly documented at the Palm Beach County clerk of court, indicates their involvement in deceitful practices and thievery. These individuals possess a history of fraudulent activities, where they may unlawfully retain your belongings and coerce additional payments. In my situation, valuable possessions even went missing. Their prior license #IM2217, is now marked as "denied." Notably, all addresses affiliated with this company correspond to UPS stores or virtual offices. Mr. Fischer has perpetrated scams for years. Prior to entrusting him with your assets, it is strongly recommended that you do your research. If only I had pursued this course of action beforehand. Below is a brief compilation of the MANY small claims cases accessible via the clerk of court's records (mypalmbeachclerk.com/records/search-records), which I encourage you to review before contemplating their services. 50-2015-SC-004771-XXXX-M 50-2011-SC-020772-XXXX-S 50-2008-SC-007714-XXXX-M 50-2005-SC-011041-XXXX-SB 50-2005-SC-005899-XXXX-SB read more

Moving day can be very stressful! My experience with White Lion Moving and Storage was one of the best moving experiences I have ever had! They sent three of the most dedicated, efficient, and friendly movers. They all worked together and got the job done in a very orderly manner. Marc, Gaga, and Lee were outstanding! They cared for everything like it was their own. I highly recommend this company for all your moving needs. By the way, their pricing beat every other mover that I interviewed hands down. read more

Arrived a little early which was great. JC, Joe, and Patrick walked in and immediately started wrapping furniture and hauled it to the truck, secured it to the walls. 100% of our items arrived without incident and they are fast. These gentleman are professional movers & I know this bc a week earlier we took delivery from a consignment store and those guys look like clowns by comparison. It's back breaking work regardless who you work for, point is, these White Lion men have SKILL. And MANNERS. Never once did they complain moan or groan, point made bc the other guys did, & made me sign a waver & then damaged the walls. Not at all the case with White Lion, as they are 100 percent what you want and need for a move. We are happy and highly recommend. Additionally, Francesca was supper awesome on the phone, she made me feel confident we were in good hands, and it was so true. read more

This is the mover you want to use. We have used White Lion for 3 moves in the past 2 years. Each time we've requested JC and his crew to do our move. JC is incredible - he always has a smile on his face and goes out of his way to make your business feel valued. They treat your furniture and belongings like they are their own. The literally roll out a red carpet when unloading your belongings. The crew from White Lion then walks the house with you to make sure that every stitch of furniture is placed exactly where you want it. Also, unlike other moving companies that are big corporations, the owner Greg is easily accessible read more

Would never use again for local move, they work slow and then the rep calls and wants more money because it's taking them longer to unload. At that point they hold your stuff hostage. read more

I highly recommend White Lion moving and storage. Francesca was wonderful estimating The cost of the job. I didn't get a chance to use this moving company as the salesman that came to our home for an estimate was not wearing a mask and didn't even attempt to put one on before stepping into our foyer to introduce himself. I haven't let anyone into my home without a mask since the pandemic started so I can't understand why a person whose job is to go into multiple homes or businesses every day wouldn't already be wearing a mask. I have immunocompromised family members living here, but even if I didn't, I still wouldn't feel comfortable letting this person in my home. read more

I truly recommend White Lion for all your moving needs. We wanted to move from one house to another one in one day, without having to put our things in storage, and they delivered an excellent service. The truck showed up on time, the movers worked fast and were very careful with handling our things, especially because we have a big art collection and we were worried about damages. They placed and assembled all the furniture in place and they even came back for more things. The owner of the company was the one who quoted our move at our home and he worked in a very professional manner with us by listening to our needs and giving us a fair price. read more

We recently used White Lion for a move from Boca Raton to Naples, FL. From a house to a condo. In selecting White Lion from a number of local movers we were focused on reputation for quality as well as value. We also needed flexibility in scheduling as our new condo had several requirements that had to be met. In hindsight we couldn't have made a better choice. Our move went smoothly, right on schedule, with no drama. Everything made it to our new home undamaged. We definitely got the "white glove" treatment at a fair price. Jennifer was our point of contact and was highly responsive and flexible in meeting our needs. Marc led the moving team and was equally as professional and effective. White Lion gets our endorsement without reservation. Five stars, no question. Jim R. read more

I booked my move and storage with White Lion because the reviews I had read online were amazing. In addition, the building I was moving into recommended them to me. The experience has been absolutely fantastic. From booking the entire move plus storage with Francesca, to Jennifer helping me get a couple of items out of storage by absolutely moving heaven and earth, I have found the employees to be incredible. I was SO impressed with the the team that moved me too. They carefully wrapped and protected all of my breakable items. Do not hesitate to hire White Lion for your next move. This is a top notch company!! read more

I reached out to White Lion from Michigan because I had to vacate a rented condo in Deerfield Beach within a few days. I also needed someplace to store everything until my husband and I can return to Florida. Jennifer contacted us and immediately reassured me that she would take care of everything. I could tell by talking to her that I was talking to a pro and everything would be fine. She took care of all of the paperwork required by the condo association. When the movers arrived management said they never received paperwork and as the clock was ticking Jennifer realized that they were provided with the wrong email address. I felt helpless because I was so far away but I knew Jennifer had everything under control. She kept in touch with me every step of the way. I have already referred my friends to Jennifer at White Lion. read more

I recently used white lion moving (TWICE) in the past month. Greg fisher and his crew led by JC (and his team) were extremely professional, courteous and reliable. They made a stressful scenario a little less painful. Not a single thing was damaged or lost. They were extremely efficient with their time and packing. Both moves came in exactly at estimate. No surprises or disappointments. I would emphatically recommend them to any one in south Florida. I will certainly use them again! read more

Worst movers I've ever used and the most expensive. Damaged a lot of furniture and broke many items... one guy spent most of the time on his phone while I was charged for ever minute they wasted even the time they spent getting lost. Horrible. Do not use these movers. I originally planned my move for the weekend But was rushed into moving days ahead of schedule. Then charged extra for the boxes and time needed to get everything ready in time to move. When the origin schedule would have saved me money. Not to mention the hassle of rushing things. So many excuses on their part. But customer satisfaction isn't their number one concern. That would be a healthy profit margin instead. Of course, I attempted to straighten all of this our as it unfolded and no one cared to correct the problem nor charge accordingly. Instead we were gouged with an outrageously high bill regardless of the many many plant mistakes and disregards for my time and monetary expenses. Now that you are worried about your precious reputation and people knowing the truth of your actual contempt for customer satisfaction... you one again feign concern... Simply not enough to cover the damage done nor the loss of time and expense to me and mine. So why should I bother to waste any more of my effort upon you? I found better movers for less money who did much better work with no damage in less time. read more

I received two estimates to move my home contents into storage to complete our home renovation. White Lion submitted a very competitive estimate and my initial meeting with Jeff was easy and professional. On moving day, JC and his amazing crew were courteous, professional and very hard working. They did an expert job of protecting and wrapping all of our furniture, mirrors and artwork. They even moved our baby grand piano with ease! It was a pleasure working with the entire team . . . JC went above and beyond to accommodate our move. I told Jen that I want JC and his crew to move us from storage back into our home after the renovation. On a scale of 1 to 10 . . . White Lion gets a solid 10 and I highly recommend them for your next move !! read more

I recently moved from Broward Co to Palm Beach Gardens. Had more than a few estimates and decided on White Lion. I put down a $100 deposit. They worked with me on scheduling well and had a final price within a range of a few hundred dollars. I informed them that I was not going to go over this price as it had already exceeded several other vendors that I considered and they agreed. We had packed many boxes and labeled them already and it helped greatly as they finished on time, had an overnight and arrived as schedule Saturday at noonish. Toward the end of unloading, things started to drag out but ultimately it was complete, better than average or anticipated. The driver asked for the balance and it was over the max I had agreed to based on my calculation. So he contacted his office. I spoke to one of the managers and she agreed with my price. I wrote a check and they left. I realized that I forgot to subtract my deposit of $100.00. I waited until early the following week and left a message. Later I contacted the sales person and she said she would make sure it was returned. Three months later and no return of my deposit. ------ 10/03/19 - Update and change to stars! I did receive a call from White Lion regarding my deposit and after they checked their records and I did the same, it was clear that the $100 deposit was never applied and no money was charged. I called White Lion and informed them that my records also indicated that the $100 deposit was not charged. I thanked them for following up and clearing my error. Given that update, I would definitely use White Lion Moving again and find them to be very honest and helpful even when the customer was in error. It is comforting to know that the owners care about the customer. Keep that in mind when making your next choice. read more

The two brothers who own and operate White Lion are great guys. Jeff and Greg were exceedingly patient and helpful in both setting up my mother's move and getting her stuff from one place to the other in fine shape. Their drivers and packers were polite and fast. Awesome moving experience. Highly recommended. Used AC Storgae for 6 months - no issues, very pleased

I did quite a lot of research before choosing White Lion. From the very beginning they were the friendliest and most accommodating people. I just got a very secure feeling about them so I hired them. On the day of my move several unforeseen events happened to the company and the moving men that were involved with my move. This caused problems in that the move took longer than it should have, but the movers still finished the job only 15 minutes late. I moved antique pieces and I have to say that the wrapping and packaging of the furniture was extremely well done. Nothing broke and everything was moved and remained in excellent condition. The owner even took off some money from the price of the move because of the problems that day. All I know is that if you want to know that your "stuff" will be protected well for your move I highly recommend White Lion and I will be using them again if and when I move in the future. They are the nicest people and stand by their word. read more

When we moved to our current house 15 years ago, a realtor friend recommended White Lion Moving & Storage. We used them and were very pleased with their service. Now that we are moving again we thought of them of course, but also thought to contact a couple other companies to obtain comparative prices. When we had a look at their reviews online were surprised at what we found. One company that advertises on the radio frequently had many poor reviews. Others had so-so reviews. Some of these other companies were a little cheaper but none had the nearly unanimous positive reviews left for White Lion. We decided to use White Lion again and were very glad we did. They have so far moved some of our belongings into storage in order to help us sell our house. Greg was very helpful with the arrangements and sent an outstanding crew that was exactly on time. We were amazed once again at the efficiency and level of care they demonstrated. In no time at all an amazing amount of our belongings were inventoried, carefully loaded into a container and taken off to their storage facility. It could not have been easier. If your possessions are important to you do not hire the cheapest company, hire the best company: White Lion Moving & Storage. You will be very happy you did. read more
