Steve, the owner, came out and looked at everything so he could give me an accurate and guaranteed price.

SCAM!!! - The Worst Moving Experience I've Ever Had!!!…read more This was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had in my life. Established Moving & Storage completely destroyed my LG OLED TV -- a high-end television worth over $2,000 -- and left me stuck replacing it out of my own pocket. The screen is ruined and the TV is no longer operable. Their "solution"? Push me off to their insurance company who offered me $98. Ninety-eight dollars. For a $2,000+ TV they damaged!! And the way they handled it afterward was even worse. I called over and over trying to speak with a manager. Every single time I was told, "Someone will call you back." Not once did anyone follow up. Multiple messages. Multiple employees. Zero accountability. It became very clear they were just telling me that to get me off the phone. During the move, the workers were moving at a snail's pace, joking around and laughing while I was being billed hourly. I was charged for time that absolutely did not reflect professional, focused work. When you're paying by the hour, dragging things out matters. This company does not take responsibility when they damage your belongings. Once they have your money, you're on your own. If something valuable gets broken, don't expect meaningful help, don't expect urgency, and definitely don't expect them to make it right. Now I'm out a $2,000 LG OLED and shopping for a replacement because of their negligence. If you care about your belongings, avoid this company!

This is my first time giving any business a negative review but I felt this one was warranted. In…read moreJanuary this year, we used Paramount movers to move from Florida to Los Angeles. Though our items were picked up and delivered within the time frame, the unfair business tactics and horrible and rude customer service left us angry and frustrated and cost us more than $1000 from the original contract. I am sharing the tips from my experience below to save you the frustration and agony. You should specifically watch out for the following items: 1. Do not sign the contract until a field officer comes and physically inspect your items or requests the photos & dimensions of each item you are planning to move and you have proof of the estimation calculation. They quote a low price to get into the contract binding with 40% or more payment upfront using improper estimation of the shipment items and square footage to subsequently raise the cost before the move. The contract specifies the customer is not allowed to cancel due to changes in cost of the move. Get everything in writing, including proof of measurements for any square footage increase claims. 2. Do not sign the contract if they have not shared the packing procedures upfront. Understand your responsibilities clearly as their procedures are vague at some points. Get written clarification for specific items of your list, as their verbal assurances will NOT be honored. 4. Beware of their horrible customer service. They are very rude, unresponsive and unreliable once they get your money. They keep transferring you from one representative (broker/contractor) to the other and they will not honor the previous representative's words. Once the move is complete, they refuse to return calls, emails or messages so there is no recourse if items were lost or damaged during the move. Their tactic seems to be ignoring the customer so that customer gives up complaining and takes no action against them as the days pass by. Use significant caution when doing business with this company.

I can't believe I trusted this company with everything I owned…read more THAT DECISION COST ME thousands of dollars, countless hours, immense stress, and nearly a year later I'm still missing property while having received someone else's belongings instead. What an absolute nightmare this company has been and I am no closer to getting real answers than I was on day one. Let's start with the money. I spent hours with their sales team. I sent photos. We discussed exactly what I had. We went through my inventory in detail because I wanted to avoid surprises on moving day. I was quoted approximately $3,000. Moving day arrives and suddenly that number jumps to nearly $7,800. A 160% increase. Funny how the surprises only seemed to benefit them. At that point, my belongings were already loaded and I had very little choice but to move forward. Then came the delays. I relocated across the country to start a brand new job. I carefully planned my move around the delivery dates I was given. I set aside time to unpack, organize my home, and get settled before beginning a demanding position that required significant travel. The delivery dates came and went. No belongings. No answers. No accountability. Instead of getting my home ready and focusing on my new career, I spent my time calling managers, chasing updates, and trying to figure out where my entire life had disappeared to. I had to buy replacement clothing, bedding, pillows, blankets, cookware, and basic necessities just to function because nobody could tell me when my belongings would arrive. Then after weeks of uncertainty, I finally received notice that my delivery was coming. The problem? I was in another state working. After weeks of not being able to get a delivery date, I suddenly received only a few hours' notice while my flight was literally landing. The irony was unbelievable. But wait. It gets better. My shipment somehow ended up being transferred between multiple trucks, multiple companies, and multiple locations. The crew that picked up my belongings wasn't the crew that delivered them. One company picked it up. Another warehouse handled it. Another company transported it. Another crew delivered part of it. To this day, I still don't know how many hands my belongings passed through. And somehow, during all of this, I ended up receiving property that wasn't even mine. Not just a random box. Someone else's personal belongings. Luxury belongings. Gucci. Prada. Versace. Louis Vuitton. I eventually tracked down the owner myself because nobody at the company seemed capable of telling me who the items belonged to or arranging for them to be returned. Think about that for a second. If someone else's luxury belongings ended up sitting in my house, where exactly did my missing belongings end up? One of the explanations I received was that my mattress, worth thousands of dollars, allegedly "didn't fit." Okay...Then where is it? Why wasn't it put on another truck? Why wasn't it delivered later? Why am I still waiting for answers? Then came delivery day. The situation became so chaotic that police were called to the property. My new landlord personally witnessed employees yelling, cursing, arguing, and nearly getting into a physical altercation in my driveway. Nothing says professionalism quite like having law enforcement involved during a furniture delivery. Over the course of this nightmare, I spoke with manager after manager after manager. Every conversation ended the same way: "We'll look into it." "We'll call you back." "We'll figure this out." Nothing was figured out. Nothing was resolved. Today I am still missing belongings. Today I am still dealing with damaged property. Today I am still waiting for answers. Between the 160% increase from the original quote, damaged items, missing belongings, replacement purchases, weeks of delays, time missed, stress, and the countless hours spent trying to resolve a situation I didn't create, my losses have become substantial. & believe that I have emails, texts, photos, videos, call logs & recorded conversations documenting this nightmare. Don't let this be your biggest mistake.
