And while it took them longer than estimated, they were very efficient. The quote Tad, in the office, gave me was on point though the actual amount due wound up being greater because it took about an hour longer to complete the job (the size and complexity of disassembling and then reassembling my king-sized sleigh bed frame was the culprit). Overall, I was VERY pleased with their responsiveness, quickness and the friendliness of the movers (Roman and his partner) assigned to my job. I'd use them again for sure!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED…read more When I found my new home in W Palm Beach, I knew I needed to find an AFFORDABLE AND RELIABLE moving company. I first inquired with a few movers to make sure I could compare pricing and services available. I was also rushing my move into a three week timeline; so when I first received my quote from Pure Moving, I instantly knew this was my first choice. When I spoke with them on the phone, they set me up with a video call to get an exact price for the move. I booked an appointment immediately on the first call, I was so confident they would give an affordable rate with impeccable service. I WAS CORRECT, PURE MOVING DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! Since I was moving from Miami to WPB, it was important for me to have enough movers to get it all done at one time. Five packers and three unloaders were assigned to help with the move. i was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by their thorough job at packing my ALL WHITE furniture. They took their time, while I went ahead to wait at my new home for another service appointment that day. They made sure everything was EXTRA NEAT AND TIDY when they left the old house. I gave them the key, and they locked up behind them, making my move even easier than expected. Once, the unloaders arrived they took there time to set everything up in the new home. They were careful that everything was done before calling it a day. Danill and his team REALLY EXCEEDED ANY AND ALL EXPECTATIONS!! I will absolutely keep them in mind in the future when I need to move again, or if a friend is looking move as well.

I did not have a good experience with this moving company. I decided to use them over Good Greek…read moreMoving, who I typically use due to them telling me a specific price. I extensively explain to them the price that I have gotten from other places and they assured me the quote they gave me is what I would pay as long as not with the time it took for my move. I moved in less than two hours due to me mainly packing everything up myself and having my boyfriend move my stuff into storage. All they had to do was a couple more boxes and my bedroom set. The boys who moved me were very kind and efficient but the manager that they had to call multiple times was extremely rude and had no customer service bone in his body. His name was Frank. The quote that they showed me said a price that didn't match up with the service is listed on the receipt. Then the manager, Frank explained that this price didn't include an extra hour of travel which was $189. Again, I asked them from the start to give me every single price and this of course was a new addition to what they told me and what they sent me. My move was over $700 for an hour and 45 minutes. The lady who I spoke with multiple times and sent me the invoice. Quoted me at 450$. I tipped the boys nicely because this was not their fault. It's a management and Customer Service issue. I will never be using this moving company again and I canceled my move-in from storage to my new apartment due to the lies that they told me and the managers attitude. I will never recommend this company to anyone else and I will be going back to Good Greek Moving.

When i contacted the same individual that helped with the initial claim...he advised the claim was denied because what they submitted and what we submitted wasn't the same...seems hard to believe the manager would submit a an error filled claim without coming to see the damage or speak to us or show us a copy of the filed they claimed. We are not aware of what they claimed..did they include the fact the driver had to make a stop for gas...didn't travel the fastest route because they were told to stay off the highway. That being said, we know the cost of tv drop dramatically. We did not ask for full reimbursement...just the cost of current similar tv...which is more than fair for the damages. They don't fully disclose what's required and please ask for a copy of not only the insurance from the company but also of the vehicle they are using. We will be requesting all of the above in small claims court...we will follow up with the results of the case to share with yelp. Lorenz G Febres
