I love the people who work at this location they are friendly and inviting. I am leaving 3 stars because when I first signed up I went with a rate my budget could afford monthly and had shared how I needed to stay under a certain amount. About 3 months after signing up and being completely moved in, the company jacked up my rate for the following month with no notice other than next month you're paying 70 something more. Be aware your rent will increase once you get settled in and I'm guessing this will happen again in another few months.... read more

Like any other rental - you top it off with gas when you return it. They allow 50 miles before charging extra. The bar was set fairly low with my experience with storage units. All this place needed to do was not look or smell like a murder scene. Pulling up, it was already easier to access. No gate code to park. Really big entrance with loading dock and MULTIPLE hard carts of different sizes. There's still a code needed to use the elevator, but that's a price im willing to pay. The place looks really clean and brightly lit. Inside there are tons of cameras, so no feeling of dread st any point The one thing I'd suggest for these places is to add maybe some speakers for music to play so it's not so quiet read more

First-class experience from top to bottom. I found exactly what I was looking for, at the price I was seeking, and the entire transaction took less than 30 minutes. Within one hour, I had unloaded 8 containers from my truck to my air-conditioned storage unit. The building is clean and comfortable. The service carts are in excellent condition, and the security is strong, with multiple barriers to entry. When I secured my unit in Oct of 2016 I was NOT informed of annual price increases. So I moved in Oct of 2016 and my first increase was a $23.00 increase 3 months later in January of 2017 from 261.00 to 284.00. The following January of 2018 my price increased $42.00 from 284.00 to 326.00. In 15 months that is an increase of 65.00!!! At this rate I will be moving into my unit since that is almost a mortgage payment! In addition I have a huge support pole in my unit for which I get NO discount but lose that space. When I made my January payment I asked if the employees got a nice raise since my payment went up 42.00 for my one unit, I was told no, no employee raise. So, while the facility is clean and accessible I would do more research next time. I live with elderly parents as a caregiver and can only work part time so an annual increase of this magnitude is a financial hardship. Do your research and ask about annual price increases, I'm sure there are other places just as fine that don't raise rates so dramatically every single year. If I had the ability to move to another facility I certainly would. read more

I've leased space here for many years. It was at one time (under previous ownership) clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. It is now, however, cost-prohibitive and so uncomfortable that I avoid coming until it's ABSOLUTELY necessary. The temperature in my two units today was 83 degrees and the barometer read the humidity to be 86%. I was soaked through my t-shirt within 5 minutes of arriving. There are no lights above the interior units--only around the perimeter and there are no outlets to use for additional lighting. In order to find anything you must have a lantern which is a real hassle when you are moving or sorting. When I originally leased the units, the facility was air-conditioned--that is no longer the case. It is now "climate-controlled" to temperatures and humidity akin to the Bayou in August. My items are rusting and pitting because of the humidity--there are not even ceiling fans to circulate the air. I will be moving to another facility but with 2 large units that will be another gigantic hassle and expense. I'm very disappointed that I ever leased space here. read more
