For hours we asked whether marble tops were to the master bedroom set and were ignored at the very end the owner Jonathan said he failed me I said what do you mean by you failed me he said my worker broke and shattered the marble top to your mother's dresser. I asked him how he was going to handle it he said he has insurance and he would have to make a claim cuz it's so expensive. Days later I asked him to drop off the slab since I never even got a chance to see it he refused to unpack it. He finally brought it today and said he was going to handle paying for it until I called his insurance company there's definitely something wrong with this man because he is the one that reached out to his insurance company to file the claim I called to follow up if the claim was made I have all documentation and proof for his insurance company I definitely would look for another mover

When my family sold a condo in Delray Beach, there was a piece of art I knew I wanted to send to Chicago, so I was finally able to do so this weekend. It is a very long, narrow, and heavy sign, so I knew it wouldn't be cheap- and figured I'd give the business to someone local instead of the FedEx or ups store. Im so glad I did! Me shipper was so helpful, and had me stay in the shop until he was sure he could properly care for and ship my artwork. While it wasn't cheap, it was so worth it to know it would be well taken care of. My package arrived a few days later packed perfectly!! I will absolutely recommend others use him if you're in the Delray Beach area and need to send anything at all.

I called the company the day after my drop off date and was told that they hadn't even loaded and shipped my belongings and that it could take 6-22 days after my delivery date for them to drop off my belongings(my items were dropped off after 22 days). I had already moved across the state so I had none of my personal Items. I also had loaded a lot of my classroom materials that I needed to prepare for the school year(since I'm a teacher).I was also told I would get a discount and was not not given one. Lastly, I did not enjoy that you essentially have to wait around for the movers as if you do no have a personal life,errands, a job. I had to request to leave work early just to meet the movers because I was only told the night before they were on their way. They need to work on being more punctual and honest it makes the company seem a bit sketchy when they aren't constantly communicating with customers as to why they not receiving items on time.Also when my belongings were pick up and dropped off the truck didn't even have the companies logo on the side,it was a different moving company. They book movers outside their company to move your belongings. They movers they chose were from a company called one eagle. They were fast in unloading, but tired to leave without setting up my bed set(which it is in their contact to put the items they broke down back together). They will use hard pressure tactics to get you to put down a deposit telling you it's refundable, then convince you to keep it. They will tell you they don't contract out your moves but they do. If something goes awry with the contracted mover they are slow to respond to phone calls and emails and while they tried to find a new person to take over the move when the first guy had a tire issue, they couldn't find one in time for the one day I was in Chicago to pick up the move. So that's time and money wasted on my part to go to Chicago. I have to do the pickup remotely and they try to add money saying it takes more space than it does - even though because I was moving from Clutter it had an exact square footage. Even the guy who was supposed to estimate the space before the move had a bad attitude when I didn't want to add $ for more space - just a money grabber. The actual move was done by one person - and he tried his utmost best to do everything well with communication, as well as a one person move could be. I even tipped him even though I had already agreed to pay more for the move than I quoted. That was the only redeeming part of this whole saga. I have more details but since they've seemed to permanently closed down, I won't waste my energy anymore.

He took the entire desk apart, when there was no reason to do so and the desk is now permanently damaged. The doors on our china cabinet were taken off and he had to come back to try to repair that as well. The doors still do not open and close smoothly and evenly. Don't even try to get him on the phone. He hides behind his assistant/girlfriend Michelle. Be smart, avoid this company like the plague!

As a retiree, it's more convenient for me to go to a neighborhood store than to wait in the long line at the post office. The prices are comparable, but service and advice are better and I don't have to wait at MailboxPlus. In our neighborhood, we all support these small family businesses. I really like the MailboxPlus shop, as it is located right next to the big Publix store and there is convenient parking right in front of the MailboxPlus store so I do not need to carry my parcels. When I have a big parcel the store manager is carrying it for me. My daughter has a mailbox rented at MailboxPlus and it is cheap and reliable. She is also happy.

Their first suggested resolution was $ 100 off per month or letting me move to another unit at no cost. When I suggested that the thousands of dollars of damage were as a result of their lack of maintenance, they offered 1 months free rent or to let me move out without charge. Nice.... Amanda the local store manager was very polite and responsive, but this was a referral to her boss who refused to communicate with me directly. I would not recommend storing valuables here (unless they are waterproof!)
