I just found a chunk of a leg of a dresser broken off and hidden in a drawer. My beautiful Oak Rolltop Desk will never be the same. He bent the glides on the drawers and just shoved it back together. He took the entire desk apart, when there was no reason to do so and the desk is now permanently damaged. The doors on our china cabinet were taken off and he had to come back to try to repair that as well. The doors still do not open and close smoothly and evenly. Don't even try to get him on the phone. He hides behind his assistant/girlfriend Michelle. Be smart, avoid this company like the plague!

Days later I asked him to drop off the slab since I never even got a chance to see it he refused to unpack it. This company finally arrived on 6/2/26 they notified me of their arrival and within 56 minutes I was charged per my credit card provided 1400 dollars for 4 hrs and 15 minutes worth of work and drive time . Then over charged for storage . They delivered my daughters things after being in storage and I was charged close to another 1,000 dollars . 2400.00 dollars I total for a local move of a queen size bed , 2 night stands, a cloth dresser and 7 duffel bags of clothes and miscellaneous items. I have made calls to their main location in west palm beach , customer service, endless calls to their Fort Lauderdale location no one calls back . My last call was to west palm beach on 6/27 and they assured me I would get a return call within 24 hrs ! Surprise it's now 7/3 no call ! This company is a complete fraud!

Norbert showed up to my current residence personally with a few documents to sign, and then let the team go to work on loading my items. I would say it took them less than 20 minutes, 4 men and a 1BR apartment. They are super efficient. They came prepared with extra packing materials and wrapped my couch, dresser, and large mirror in protective wrap. The movers showed up to my new address 20 miles away just shortly after I did. They moved everything upstairs and asked how I wanted things arranged to place them. Mind you, I was moving from 900 square feet to 450 square feet, but they did the best they could at arranging where everything should be and did a great job! They set up the bed and asked to set up anything else, but all was good. Total time= less than 2 hours for a 1 BR move to another city. $420 flat rate. Tips for the hard working gentlemen. And the owner there along the way. Reliable, hard working, efficient, honest, and professional team! I have never had a moving company that was this easy to work with, let alone this communicative.
