I paid $12,000 for two moves, and my furniture was in perfect condition before they handled it. My intention was simply to inform the public so they could make an educated decision before hiring this moving company. After two months of negotiating with their claim's supervisor, I agreed against my better judgment--to accept their "good will gesture" of $550. This amount doesn't even cover the repair cost for my leather sofa alone. Now, Good Greek claims that all "disparaging" remarks must be removed before they will issue the settlement. This requirement is buried in tiny, hard to notice contract language stating that all negative reviews must be deleted prior to payment. All I wanted was to get my furniture repaired and move on. Deleting a truthful review is unfair and is nothing more than bullying to appear better than they really are. Not fair, and I won't cave. Good Greek should have simply settled instead of dragging this out and making the situation worse. I will be filing in small claims court, and I will continue sharing honest updates with the public. Consumers deserve transparency. Instead of taking responsibility, Good Greek insists that negative reviews be erased before they will honor even a minimal settlement. Shame on you, Good Greek. Shame on me for not reading reviews prior to hiring them.

At no point did anyone tell me that I needed to go to the unit to break the seal and lock it until August. Today 07/28/25, I received a call from Keila with this information. I sent someone over to the unit to do exactly that, that person immediately sent me pictures of the unit and asked, "you even know what you just rented?" I called Keila back and I asked if there was another unit in better conditions as I will not be moving my furniture into that unit on Saturday, she pretty much told me that I would have to wait to go in person on Saturday and see what can be done... pretty much no guaranteed solution to the problem! I clearly do not live in West Palm, it isn't just a trip down the road for me! If I would've waited until Saturday I would be pulling up in a U-Haul with all my furniture and potentially not even having a unit that's in decent conditions available for me... so to avoid any further frustration. I asked her to just close out my account out! With no care in the world, she simply told me that her manager said that there's nothing that they can do and they would refund me for the lockbox. This facility cheated me out of $100 for a place I never even been to, let alone stepped in or stored absolutely anything in. The pictures attached are the conditions of their storage units. It's absolutely disgusting, & not secured for any valuables. AVOID!

I went to the unit and noticed that I was robbed, I had end tables approximately 8 of these (only 1 left), a coffee table, some antique hand saws and other items missing. It is disappointing that the storage unit employes never kept an eye on the roofers, never contacted me to let me know that the roof was going to be replaced. Anthony called him SHADY on the phone because my father called the call center after Anthony said there was nothing he could do about giving 24hr access. My father called the call center to see if they could make an exception or further assist since he has been a loyal customer and had 24 hour access up until they changed management. He is humiliated and appalled at the unprofessionalism of Anthony. How dare he call a customer SHADY after seeking help from the company call center. After being told by Anthony there was nothing they could do, it's his right to seek help from the call center. This is absolutely unacceptable, humiliating, and appaling that a customer is being called a name. Shame on Anthony for treating a customer this way and calling him SHADY. Clifford Mitchell will be taking his business elsewhere. As for Anthony, he shouldn't be working for a company with such a great reputation.
