My father, Clifford Mitchell, was inquiring about having 24hr access to park his vehicle, in his rented space on site, of which he's had for over 5 years. He had been able to access his parking spot 24 hours until the new company took over. There was no proper notification that rules changed after the new management came in. Anthony called him SHADY on the phone because my father called the call center after Anthony said there was nothing he could do about giving 24hr access. My father called the call center to see if they could make an exception or further assist since he has been a loyal customer and had 24 hour access up until they changed management. He is humiliated and appalled at the unprofessionalism of Anthony. How dare he call a customer SHADY after seeking help from the company call center. After being told by Anthony there was nothing they could do, it's his right to seek help from the call center. This is absolutely unacceptable, humiliating, and appaling that a customer is being called a name. Shame on Anthony for treating a customer this way and calling him SHADY. Clifford Mitchell will be taking his business elsewhere. As for Anthony, he shouldn't be working for a company with such a great reputation. He also applied discount I didn't know was available. Definitely recommend!

    I am extremely disappointed with the management and customer service at this CubeSmart location…read more Despite my account being in good standing since day one, I arrived at my unit to find a secondary "overlock" placed on my door, denying me access. I contacted the emergency line, as I had a time-sensitive commitment. The manager, Brandon, arrived later than the promised 20-minute window. Because of this delay, I missed a critical meeting and was forced to spend two hours of my own time and fuel to rectify the situation. Brandon admitted the lock was placed on my unit in error, claiming there were no units in my vicinity scheduled for an overlock. When I attempted to escalate the issue for compensation regarding my lost time and travel expenses, I was caught in a loop: Corporate directed me to the facility, while the facility directed me to Corporate. I eventually spoke with the District Manager, Marco, who offered no apology or explanation, only stating that access had been restored. Interestingly, their story later changed, and he claimed a nearby unit was the intended target. To add insult to injury, my rental rates were increased shortly after this incident with no room for negotiation. Be careful with the high demand excuse. They could care less for a loyal paying customer. This facility demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and disregard for customer loyalty. I have taken my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same. They responded on my Google review with the simple Boiler plate response, like if they really care about what happened. They know that I cannot reply to their bogus reply. Bye
