I went with my husband a couple months ago to cancel my unit as it was no longer needed only to have a hell of a time arguing with grown adults over the fact I didn't want a unit anymore?? I spoke with a young man with a bob haircut who assured me that my unit would be canceled and that I had no worries. I asked for paperwork and he said "of I can't give it to you yet I'll send it to your email next month when we cancel it after the 30 days" To which I said okay great..well that wasn't the case and to my shock I get a call a couple weeks ago stating I was late on a bill and I replied I do not have a unit I do not rent from you then today my husband and I get charged $130 WHEN WE CANCELED THIS UNIT MONTHS AGO!!!!! My father, Clifford Mitchell, was inquiring about having 24hr access to park his vehicle, in his rented space on site, of which he's had for over 5 years. He had been able to access his parking spot 24 hours until the new company took over. There was no proper notification that rules changed after the new management came in. Anthony called him SHADY on the phone because my father called the call center after Anthony said there was nothing he could do about giving 24hr access. My father called the call center to see if they could make an exception or further assist since he has been a loyal customer and had 24 hour access up until they changed management. He is humiliated and appalled at the unprofessionalism of Anthony. How dare he call a customer SHADY after seeking help from the company call center. After being told by Anthony there was nothing they could do, it's his right to seek help from the call center. This is absolutely unacceptable, humiliating, and appaling that a customer is being called a name. Shame on Anthony for treating a customer this way and calling him SHADY. Clifford Mitchell will be taking his business elsewhere. As for Anthony, he shouldn't be working for a company with such a great reputation. We have been happy with the unit, but I received a notice in October that our rate was being increased over 30% after being in the unit only 4 months. This was very frustrating. The staff that have been in the office have been very friendly and helpful, including Stephon, Javes, and Ferona. They explained the policies of Public Storage, which you need to really understand in order to make an informed decision. Your units are subject to a 6 month lock in. They counted November as month 6 to increase the rates. I would give 3 stars, but the office staff have been friendly and the units are clean.

I contacted the emergency line, as I had a time-sensitive commitment. The manager, Brandon, arrived later than the promised 20-minute window. Because of this delay, I missed a critical meeting and was forced to spend two hours of my own time and fuel to rectify the situation. Brandon admitted the lock was placed on my unit in error, claiming there were no units in my vicinity scheduled for an overlock. When I attempted to escalate the issue for compensation regarding my lost time and travel expenses, I was caught in a loop: Corporate directed me to the facility, while the facility directed me to Corporate. I eventually spoke with the District Manager, Marco, who offered no apology or explanation, only stating that access had been restored. Interestingly, their story later changed, and he claimed a nearby unit was the intended target. To add insult to injury, my rental rates were increased shortly after this incident with no room for negotiation. Be careful with the high demand excuse. They could care less for a loyal paying customer. This facility demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and disregard for customer loyalty. I have taken my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same. They responded on my Google review with the simple Boiler plate response, like if they really care about what happened. They know that I cannot reply to their bogus reply. Bye

It never dawned on me to write a review on this place, but now I must. I have had my storage unit…read morewith Atlantis for I believe a little over 5 years now. Not only our their prices great, but my unit is gigantic and I was able to fit my entire apartment in there. Most other places that I shopped around for were double the price for what I am paying here for the same size unit and the ceiling was not high. This unit goes all the way to the top. Now for the staff, they are the very nice and accommodating. I lost my debt card once, which is what I had set up for auto debit, I called to let them know and they were nice enough to wait an extra week for me to receive my new card in order to make the payment. That was so appreciated. The place isn't anything fancy, but I don't really need for it to look pretty I just need a space to make sure my stuff fits. They off I believe storage for boats also and of course air conditioned or Non-air conditioned units. Now live in Miami, but I won't leave my unit up there :).
