I am extremely picky so I did my research and read the reviews on all surrounding storage facilities within a 10 mile radius of Lake Worth. After visiting multiple facilities and pricing out the differences I can assure you that CubeSmart was the best option. Every facility offered an online deal. However, CubeSmart seemed to be the only facility that honored that initial deal price for a month to month rental. A lot of other places only guaranteed their promotional price for the first month or two. When I spoke to a rep at Extra Space Storage, not only were they rude, but they told me their prices vary from month to month depending on demand and they would not commit a specific price to me for my storage rent. I don't know about you, but I think it makes more sense (and I prefer) to have consistent monthly payments. What completely sealed the deal for me though was the general manager, Marco. I came at him with a lot of questions and he answered each confidently without hesitation. I told him how the last time I rented a storage unit (in another state) I inevitably found a dead rat in one of my boxes and that was a major concern for me here. He reassured me that would not happen here and told me about the steps they take on a weekly and monthly basis to maintain the property and keep bugs and rodents away. Not only that, but he then showed me that he also has multiple storage lockers himself in the facility and would not put his own belongings in there if there was any risk of bugs or rodents. Marco went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in his facility. He even took time to meet me on his day off to help me set up my storage locker and offered to help with any items. Even when he's not at the facility he is still reachable and very responsive. He's a respectable man and seemed willing to do anything he could to make this experience as great and easy and he possibly could. If you're looking for a Storage unit please do yourself a Favor and go here. Ask to speak with Marco. He'll take care of you.

Not only our their prices great, but my unit is gigantic and I was able to fit my entire apartment in there. Most other places that I shopped around for were double the price for what I am paying here for the same size unit and the ceiling was not high. This unit goes all the way to the top. Now for the staff, they are the very nice and accommodating. I lost my debt card once, which is what I had set up for auto debit, I called to let them know and they were nice enough to wait an extra week for me to receive my new card in order to make the payment. That was so appreciated. The place isn't anything fancy, but I don't really need for it to look pretty I just need a space to make sure my stuff fits. They off I believe storage for boats also and of course air conditioned or Non-air conditioned units. Now live in Miami, but I won't leave my unit up there :).

My father, Clifford Mitchell, was inquiring about having 24hr access to park his vehicle, in his rented space on site, of which he's had for over 5 years. He had been able to access his parking spot 24 hours until the new company took over. There was no proper notification that rules changed after the new management came in. Anthony called him SHADY on the phone because my father called the call center after Anthony said there was nothing he could do about giving 24hr access. My father called the call center to see if they could make an exception or further assist since he has been a loyal customer and had 24 hour access up until they changed management. He is humiliated and appalled at the unprofessionalism of Anthony. How dare he call a customer SHADY after seeking help from the company call center. After being told by Anthony there was nothing they could do, it's his right to seek help from the call center. This is absolutely unacceptable, humiliating, and appaling that a customer is being called a name. Shame on Anthony for treating a customer this way and calling him SHADY. Clifford Mitchell will be taking his business elsewhere. As for Anthony, he shouldn't be working for a company with such a great reputation.
