I've learned that the way they treat their customers, and the quality of work that is given with each vehicle, has been nothing but excellence. So I decided to see for myself. The way my vehicle was handled, and trusting Hector Ramos "Owner" with my 2013 Mini Cooper Roadster S, has left me wanting more. I trusted his opinion, and feel that Performance Plus Motor Sports was looking out for my best interest, and wasn't trying to add a lot of extra expenses. The quote that was given at the first viewing of the car, was the same at the end. 4 tires/ front rotors and breaks- Which I can truly say, handles like NEW. I am honestly satisfied, and will continue to keep taking my car to Hector Ramos "PP Motor Sports". Thanks again! -Edward

I'm the kind of guy that likes to watch the work in action, if the place allows that. So, there I am watching them take the new tires out of the back seat and start to jack up the car with a portable jack. Of course, they asked for the lock nut, which I had to search for; memory starting to slow a bit at my age lol. Gave the lock nut to them and they proceeded to take the tires off. Dismounting each tire, mounting the new ones, and balancing them was nice to see in real time. The site manager examined my brakes and said the pads were still okay. All in all, I'm usually in and out in under 30 minutes. Love this place; highly recommended.

For everyone, I…read morerarely write reviews, but EF Tire & Auto Repair truly deserves one. This has been, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had with a mechanical repair shop. I chose EF Tire & Auto Repair based solely on the excellent online reviews and because it was conveniently located near my home. I didn't have a personal recommendation, but I'm so glad I trusted what other customers had to say. From the moment I dropped off my car, I received outstanding customer service. The team treated me with kindness, empathy, and professionalism. They understood my situation and kept me informed every step of the way. Their communication was excellent, and I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. Because of their honesty and transparency, I felt completely comfortable leaving my car with them and going to work without worrying. Although the repair took some time, I appreciated that they were being thorough and making sure everything was done correctly rather than rushing the job. At one point, my car required a specialized repair that could only be handled by the Hyundai dealership. Instead of simply telling me to take it there myself, they personally transported my car to the dealership for me. That level of service and dedication is something you rarely find today. I'm still waiting for my car because it's receiving the care it needs, but I have complete confidence that it's in the best hands. I also want to give special recognition to PATRICK, who has been my main point of contact throughout this process. His professionalism, communication, and genuine empathy have made a stressful situation so much easier. He truly cares about his customers, and it shows. I highly recommend EF Tire & Auto Repair to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy, and customer-focused auto repair shop. They have earned my trust, and they will definitely have my business for years to come. Thank you again for your services Juan Morales

7 year client and this experience completely broke my trust…read more I confirmed my appointment and loaner in advance, only to be told the day before that there was no record of either. I had to restart the process and agreed to move forward without a loaner just to get the service done. I specifically asked for pricing upfront to avoid surprises and was told it would not be significant. When I arrived, before anyone even looked at my SUV, I was quoted $2,500 for brakes and rotors. The moment I clarified I only needed brakes, the price dropped to $850. A $1,600 difference without even inspecting the vehicle is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about pricing practices. After years of loyalty, this felt disorganized and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Tanya
