Bought this beautiful trailer for 15,000.00. Four months later the entire thing is full of rust. They wouldn't come to my shop 5 miles away and declined my offer to bring it to them to advise me. Said it's not their problem. I'd never use these guys nor recommend them. Terrible customer service. I immediately called the manufacturer and they were embarrassed that I dealt with such a company locally but more so that his trailer went out like that!! He picked it up Thursday and returned it to their factory. Awaiting new one now. Thank you Prospector Trailers read more

After speaking to the salesman Andrew who told me a trailer was available to me, we drove over 100 miles to purchase said trailer. We get there and not only is Andrew not there neither is the trailer. I was told it was sold 2 days ago. So why would the salesman not tell me that? Now the kicker, said trailer I wanted is still up for sale on their website a week and a half later. I must say however Laz (staff member there) told me he would keep an eye out for us for a trailer we are looking for. We are hoping he is a man of his word so far no calls but giving them the benefit of the doubt. I have called and sent at least 4 emails requesting information on another trailer that's on site to the Orlando office and nobody ever responds. So unprofessional. Carrie Pereira read more

Company would not respond to my requests to purchase a new set of fenders. I am looking at a thousand dollars to have them replaced. Great trailer. Lousy fenders and customer service. read more

DO NOT BUY trailers from these guys! DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY! They sell trailers which are falling apart just masking the damages! Since purchasing a 24' trailer on 8/11/21 we had to replace ALL wheels, doors and many other parts JUST IN six weeks of using the trailer! Plus, the trailer is pulling to the right which can cause an accident on the road! We lost several orders due to various breakages on the road! Over $4,500 in losses in six weeks! And when we came to the office for service, the manager advised that they have ZERO RESPONSIBILITY and THEY DO NOT CARE what happens to the trailer once it's OFF THE LOT! What a customer service! After reaching out to other past clients of Load Runner Trailers, we were informed that some of the negative reviews were erased to bring the total rating up. IF YOU HAVE BEEN MISTREATED BY LOAD RUNNER TRAILERS, LLC LIKE WE WERE - REACH OUT TO US! Based on the initial research by our legal office, it is very likely to create a class action law suit against Load Runner Trailer, LLC and Paul Tario, as a Manager. This way you can get what you are owed by the company and stop them from scamming others! read more

WARNING. This place is a bait and switch. Spoke to someone on the phone, perfect, headed there to sign and pay, oh I'm sorry Thursday we're getting more and as you know prices are going up so it's not $21k as they QUOTED or as it says ON THEIR SITE, but now it'll be $25k. Andrew was the attendant. read more

Called on 2.5.18 spoke to "Bill" wanted a quote on a CUSTOM Enclosed Cargo Trailer 8x20 as mine had been broken into and my Insurance company totalled it instead of repairing it. I started asking questions of the manufacturers they use to build their trailers or if they build their own, he immediately assumed I was a "Dealer" and took offense. I asked him IF there was a problem with asking questions because I'll be asking alot of them considering I was looking to custom build a trailer and I have No clue as to who his company was. They were NOT there when I was living on that coast and had NEVER heard of them before. Bill informed me they had an office in Tampa but because they had so many customers driving from the South to get trailers they decided to open a location in Pembrook Pines Apr '17. OK that took care of that BUT.... The manufacturers they work with are Empire, Spartan and Covered Wagon. I've never heard of any of them but as most Trailer companies they are located in GA. Looking at each individual company their reviews are NOT the best. That's a problem even tho they provide a 5 year warranty to have to return the trailer to the mfg is a huge inconvenience! Altho I NEVER got that far as I gave Bill the specifics on what I wanted on my Trailer he was to get back to me on a price. 2 days went by, I cb spoke to "Anthony" on 2.7.18 he informs me "Bill" had NEVER even submitted for a quote!! His EXCUSE? "We get hundreds of people wanting trailers and quotes it just got lost in the pile" Oh, well that made me feel great, I can see where this is headed. He tells me he's going to cb w a quote as HE did submit it But I have no idea with which mfg either. I'm STILL waiting for that quote!! I would say to NOT deal with this place even OF you DID manage to buy a trailer thru them. The Follow up would be a disaster not only thru them BUT thru the Manufacturers that they choose to deal with!! read more

I was needing a utility trailer to move our side by side in it, we went there on a Saturday and it seemed like it was a little bit busy, I had to wait for like 15 min. As soon as one of the reps became available came to help me we came to the conclusion that I needed a 6 by 12 two axles since I wanted to put some heavy thing on certain times. I was there for about 1 hour & 30 min. We did a great program they have for 18 months no interest. Super happy with my purchase. Great product. They had a lot of inventory. read more

It's too bad that they don't have a zero star rating. This is one of the worst experiences I've had in over 30 years of construction in South Florida. I purchased a trailer from them and in six months and fell apart feel free to contact me anytime for pictures. I have tried to contact this company and the manufacture of the trailer and to no avail have I gotten any response or even the courtesy of a phone call. Again do not purchase anything from him they have a horrible reputation. read more

Great place. They have a yard full of different trailers. The process to get mine was quick and smooth, I was out in less then an hour. Best place to buy a enclosed trailer. Great prices and very hard to compete against. The staff is amazing. No waiting, no lines. Great service and great selections to choose from. Anthony that works there was the one who found my dream trailer. He knew what I wanted from the start. Couldn't thank him more then enough. Thanks man. Can't wait to buy another one in the near future. If they don't have the one you want at that location, they will have it at any of there other locations. Best part about it is the 5 year warranty. You can't beat that. read more

A++ service. Professional, attentive and easy to deal with. My sales person Laz quickly answered all my questions, stayed in touch with me via text and made the arrangements for pick up a breeze. I had been looking for several months on different sites, tried bidding on eBay and even thought about driving out of state. To my surprise, I found this dealer in my neighborhood and found exactly what I was looking for and at the price I wanted. Thank you. I would definitely recommend you to family and friends. read more

This is THE worst place I have ever dealt with...the sales person Jonathan is a liar...Lez the manager is even worse they are the sneakiest men ever...it's a bunch of little boys running that place! My husband and I bought an enclosed trailer from them for $8000 cash and as my husband was bringing it home the trim came apart and got stuck in the wheel of the tire and he was dragging the tire the entire time...must I tell you he was on 95 drove two hours to pick it up and had my three children in the car with him! Came home and they closed at this time, so when I called in the am they persisted that they would not take it back because it wasn't their fault when obviously it was because when I inspected the trailer all the trim on other side was bent and coming off of trailer which makes sense as to why the tire caught onto the trim! So when I sent the pics to probe it he then proceeded to tell me that he won't pick up the trailer and we had to bring it back to him...as I repeated that not only is it dangerous but not drivable at all it won't move and I'm not stupid enough to move it for them to say that now they can't replace because we moved it...so between calls my husband then inspected the trailer further and found that the trim had been messed up prior because there is a screw hole where it was and they had to rescrew it...we are proceeding with a law suit with it because we do have money and time and we've already wrote out a police report and called manufacturer who also DO NOT move it because it's extremely dangerous and then also they will not be doing work with them again as well as I called corporate also...I haven't called them back to let them know anything but they will be hearing from my lawyer that's for damn sure! Nobody messes with the safety of my family...LEZ you will be seeing me again read more
