Islam helped me and was so friendly and kind! He priced out so many options for me, including other brands and a buyout of my lease. He made sure I got the car I wanted and then some! Ismet was also very friendly and helpful. Even after I left with the car, the follow up phone calls from the team (including Liron) were amazing. They all worked very hard to get me what I wanted at a price point I was happy with. THANK YOU for restoring my faith in car salesmen & in Infiniti!!

I had been roaming around trying to fix a flat I have on my truck but everywhere I went they told me they couldn't help because the location of the nail. He greeted me like family and re-assured me he would take care of if. The parking lot was empty because I went 30 min after they opened. I definitely recommend getting there early as it seems it's a shopping center and they share parking with a locksmith and other businesses. Also I asked him about the life of my tires and he was honest and to the point. Didn't feel like I was dealing with a grimy place that just cares about your money or selling you into tires you don't need. The flat fix was $20 bucks and they did it in 30 min. Thanks for your help Juan and thanks for treating me like family. This family owned business has my full support and I will be coming back and recommending them to everyone.

That's exactly why I wanted to write this review. I came in without an appointment after reading the great reviews because my A/C had basically stopped working. The mechanic kept me updated the entire time to make sure everything was done properly, and even went out himself to get a new cabin filter that was really dirty. He was respectful, patient, and transparent through the whole process. I left feeling confident and grateful -- it's rare to find a place this honest and professional. Highly recommend!
