My car was totaled out after an accident, and then was repaired poorly (it was in better shape before the repairs than after) by another shop. We specifically told them at drop-off that the issue began after two fuses were moved -- yet instead of checking what we told them, they jumped straight to claiming the Electronic Servo Brake Control Unit had failed. That's an extremely costly part and would have meant a repair bill in the thousands of dollars. When we took the car to Honda for a second opinion, they immediately confirmed the problem was exactly what we said from the start -- two misplaced fuses. Once corrected, the car was back to normal at almost no cost. This shows a serious lack of diagnostic ability and integrity at Galceran Auto Electric. They ignored the customer's information, failed to check the basics, and attempted to push an unnecessary, very expensive repair. On top of that, they charged for diagnostic work that clearly wasn't done properly. We strongly recommend caution: always get a second opinion before authorizing repairs here. A good shop listens to the customer and starts with the basics -- Galceran Auto Electric did neither.

I needed to tow my car somewhere nearby and ended up here, and I've been loyal ever since. They've handled my oil changes and any maintenance needs over the years, and they're always reliable and honest. Most recently, I called to see when I could come in for an oil change and was told I could come right away. I pulled up and was in and out in less than an hour. On top of that, they noticed I had a hole in my tire and patched it up for me as well. Fast, efficient, decent prices and super accommodating. This is the kind of shop you stick with once you find it. Love this place. Thank you Manny's!
