I have to admit I was a little nervous in the beginning, but as time went on, I got comfortable knowing that my 2017 Range Rover was in great hands. I got back my car about a week later after a massive job and I am pleasantly surprised it drives better than ever. I definitely recommend JSB Autoworks European if you want quality work done on your high-end vehicle for a reasonable price. The staff was wonderful and kept me informed by sending pictures to me through text. I'm glad I found this company because from now on my extended family and I will be customers for life. Thanks to Chris and the crew for taking amazing care of my baby Range. We'll see you guys soon for my next service. Stay cool! read more

I hit a tree a few weeks back and a friend recommended this place to fix my 2017 Porsche 718 S. I was helped by Victor who is a knowledgeable and patient guy, after a couple of weeks deciding the best way forward I chose to pay out of my pocket instead of using the insurance. Victor asked me to drop off the car on Monday 12/07 and the next morning I got the first updates, they sent me a link with a bunch of photos and notes of what they did to that point. Another part was needed so this may have delayed the process by a day, so yesterday 12/10 I got a call from Victor saying that the car was going to be ready before the end of the day, around 2pm I got a text and a phone call from Yani saying that the car was ready. I checked the link and it was a new photo showing the car completed. When I arrived to pick up and pay I got a total of $1475 (which was shown in the last update received) but I had an estimate of $1030, I understand when you are working with insurance you send them a "preliminary work" and then you can add a few or several "supplemental" and the insurance usually pays them, but this money was coming out of my pocket, so I was definitely expecting the $1,030 figure or a little less... all in all Victor explained to me the extra work done and reduced a bit the final number. Conclusion: I'm a hard person to please type of guy, I believe they did a really good job, the 3 days to finish the work is appropriate and the way they kept me informed with calls and photos is top notch! I highly recommend them, just be open to pay a bit more than originally expected... read more

Charged doubled from original quote. Then they sabotaged the car so my repair to fix was quoted over $1500 Rejected the repair got home raised the car and found a intercooler hose removed from intercooler. Installed hose myself and the car runs perfect. I would think they would go out of there way to make a new customer happy and have them come back. As it turned out they tried to charge me for a repair that was non existent. Sad but true, beware? It saddens me to write this review but times are tight and customers should be aware. read more

Took my 2017 Benz E300 to JSB for paint and body work. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work and the great customer experience they provide. From the initial estimate to the delivery of the finish product, all appointments we handled quickly and there was great communication. The work was completed 2 days early, within the estimate and my Benz looks amazing!! Big shout out to to Michelle and Chris and everyone at JSB. These guys are pros and I highly recommend their services! read more

As mike said ! Not satisfied here , Geo will lie to you about your car being ready and tell you next week for months !! So many better shops in Miami you can go to than have to deal with liars and crooks who also asked if they can put cheaper parts that are not original just so they can make more money , I said 10000% not ! read more

I'm torn about this review... They painted my 2004 Jeep Wrangler and it looks like new but I prepaid for a dash grill $250 +/- that I now accept I will never get and apparently I won't get my money back either since it is now a little over a year. Maybe it's because I don't drive a fancy car or that may be immature to say but I definitely did not get the attention I deserved in solving this simple issue. Part or Money.... read more

Quality body work and paint. It was a pleasure dealing with Gio through the process...prompt communication via phone/ text. Will be back with my GTR for a dyno session soon. read more

Highly Recommend!! Great work, outstanding quality of service from the first discussion to the completion of repainting my car. It came out perfect, color matched exactly, body lines were exact, looks new and you can't tell the new paint from the original. I researched a lot of shops before reaching out. I went to 3 shops for quotes and research, JSB was by far the most professional. I wanted my car done right and JSB was the right choice. Thanks Chris and the rest of the team! read more

We had a great experience with JSBENZ. We had a previous quote for double what they were charging so we cancelled with the other shop and took it to them. They finished on time and did everything they said they would do. I'll be going back for all my cars. read more

If you care about your car, you won't take it anywhere else. They know their stuff and they make sure you're taken care of. My car was totaled out after an accident, and then was repaired poorly (it was in better shape before the repairs than after) by another shop. JSBenz fixed the damage, fixed the crappy work, and upgraded the aesthetics of the car for less than what the first shop charged to butcher my car. If you're thinking of taking your car to Mercedes, give them a try first. You won't be disappointed. read more

DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THESE GUYS - Just don't do it. They might be great mechanics but we bought a replacement steering wheel for our Mercedes and they sent us some sort of pump part! Instead of immediately correcting the situation, they are making us jump through hoops to return the item and "maybe" get what we ordered or get a refund. Going back and forth with the company & I assume the owner, this is the response I got "I would've send your money back right away but because you're already leaving the negative feedback and trying to teach me service (when I'm 27 years in business) I am going to wait for my part. Inspect it. And then process your return just like eBay ask us to do it." read more

Excellent service always! The staff is extremely professional and courteous. I had to get my car serviced and with COVID-19 they are adhering to all the CDC guidelines and protocols. In terms of cost, they are very transparent and if there is an issue with the final amount, they are fair and responsive to ensure you leave as a satisfied customer. Also, they always clean up your vehicle as an added touch! I love this place! read more

Great service, Honest people. They really know what they doing. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Definitely recommended!

I was so impressed!!! Gio was amazing! I crashed my car and asked around to find the right place to take my car for repair. My friend recommended the place and I immediately reached out. The little shop inside is really cute too! The staff was friendly and courteous. I only have wonderful things to say because I am truly grateful for the exceptional service. I am in the hospitality business myself and JS BENZ gets it. Personable, friendly, honest, loyal and service oriented. Had an issue with my roof 230SLK Kompressor ...can't have issues in Miami this time of the year...best weather... Victor mechanic asked important questions and went and did a diagnostic on the mechanism...honestly thought I was going to have to put a whole new motor etc. I never expected what was done, basically they gave the motor a lube job and now it works better and quieter and faster(they claim 20 Seconds for the roof to go up or down, I timed it faster)then day 1. Proud owner since 2001. 66K+ miles and going strong. Thanks you JSbenz. I highly recommend this place and the amazing service and friendliness of Jackie, Victor and JR. I don't remember everyone's name. I am looking at getting a new car...a Benz and am happy to know that they will be the mechanic of the car moving forward. That's an investment in itself having JR BENZ as your Mechanic. Thanks read more

So we were helped by JR and Laura. They were both amiable and helped us understand what they were doing with the car, diagnostic wise and price wise. I had a problem after changing a fuse with my c240 and they reset the computer.... Whatever that means, but everything worked the way it use to after :) so they fixed it whatever they did... They even helped me with a few of my other issues with the car no charge! They explained everything to us, got back to us the same day, honored their $25 off any charges over $100 discount, and even invited us to their sponsored safe drag racing events :) Definitely people you can trust! read more

The shop has the worst customer service !! They never return your call and always leave you on hold and hang up. They promise you the worst just to drag you in as a customer and have you wait for your car back for weeks or months . Awesome service. Very professional staff. More than I expected in a serve shop. Very informative step by step in repair process. Thank you

I spent some time researching the best Mercedes performance shop in town and these are the guys. These guys know what they are doing. It is a family atmosphere. I spent over 2 hours discussing with JR and his team upgrades to my car and did a dyno to baseline my car. I was impressed by the amount of time they took to understand my goals. JR is in the business to make clients happy by providing excellent service and giving us what we need, not pushing products like some other shops. He showed me his recent expansion into the new building and it is impressive. They got everything you can imagine, from performance upgrades to full maintenance service and body work. I highly recommend them. read more

If you're serious about your car, this is the place. Extremely knowledgable and totally service oriented. They performed a pre-purchase inspection on a Porsche for me and, besides reporting all the mechanical issues, they discovered that the car badges were changed to make it appear to be a higher model. Saved me from losing thousands! Thanks read more

This is my first review ever and the reason I'm doing it is because these people really deserve it. I bought a used C300 and took it in for a general check-up. Jackie, at the front desk, took me through every issue that my car presented and explained what needed to be done using imagery of the specific parts. After solving those I decided to take care of a little aesthetic issue on the car, for which I had two options: getting new factory-painted parts, which were expensive, or painting the original ones. Given that it wouldn't make any difference in the final look they recommended that I went with the second option to save some money. As it turned out the outcome wasn't very good: the parts, being old plastic, didn't fit back in so smoothly and the paint didn't quite take as it should have. To a picky observer such as myself the job didn't look 100%. JR, the owner of the shop, another picky observer, came to me before I saw the result, said he wasn't pleased with it and that he would get me the new parts for a small difference (somewhere around 25% the actual difference) in the price, which he did. The car looks 110% now and I'm a grateful customer. One more little thing that shows what kind of people and what kind of business this is: the time that I took the car in for the mechanical issues I waited at the office, where there happened to be some other customers waiting, and even though there's coffee and cookies, etc., etc., JR went out to get tacos and donuts for us while we waited! read more

After the front bumper of my brand new Mercedes E400 was malaligned from running over one of those parking lot concrete parking bumpers, I found JSBenz on the Internet and was impressed with the excellent reviews. I called and spoke to Cathy, who was extremely pleasant and told me to bring the car over and that it would be fixed while I waited. Upon my arrival, everyone at the dealership was extremely pleasant and promptly had my car taken in for the bumper alignment while I waited. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour with my bumper in perfect alignment and looking brand new once again! The price was also very reasonable in addition to the excellent service and customer experience. I would clearly bring my car in once again should service be required, and would gladly refer them to any of my friends for any other automotive needs. read more

Very professional service and a fair price. My Porsche Cayman was smoking badly and they were able to get me back on the road in no time. I enjoyed the way the mechanic actually came out before I drove off (with the defective parts) and explained everything which was done to the car. Everyone in the shop was extremely friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. My car is running great and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Albert & Victor. read more

So to pretty much sum it up I currently own a 2013 Mercedes sl550 and got the idea to upgrade the parts to the current facelift 2017-2019 and no one has done this I searched all over the net. I hired a mechanic to repin and wire my headlights and he basically told me that there was no way it could be done. So at this point i already have the parts painted and installed and now they are telling me it can't be done. This is 4 months into the project. We then came up with an idea of using the housing with the internals of my original lights. It worked until a few days later that the DRL lights gave out one at a time. I was very disappointed I damaged 2 sets of lights and was ready to give up. I then was referred to Geo at JSB Benz and he dissected everything he is very knowledgeable with electrical work and high end luxury and exotic cars he's a legend in the biz. He was able to get my headlights to work perfectly took him alittle over 2 months but this was something no one wanted to do. He came in with confidence on him getting it done. I didn't try to negotiate on the job for the simple fact that I needed him more than he needed me. He's a true professional and I recommend any one to go to him. He's got skills and is a hard worker and knows how to make things happen. Thanks for everything read more
