I have to admit I was a little nervous in the beginning, but as time went on, I got comfortable knowing that my 2017 Range Rover was in great hands. I hit a tree a few weeks back and a friend recommended this place to fix my 2017 Porsche 718 S. I was helped by Victor who is a knowledgeable and patient guy, after a couple of weeks deciding the best way forward I chose to pay out of my pocket instead of using the insurance. Victor asked me to drop off the car on Monday 12/07 and the next morning I got the first updates, they sent me a link with a bunch of photos and notes of what they did to that point. Another part was needed so this may have delayed the process by a day, so yesterday 12/10 I got a call from Victor saying that the car was going to be ready before the end of the day, around 2pm I got a text and a phone call from Yani saying that the car was ready. I checked the link and it was a new photo showing the car completed. When I arrived to pick up and pay I got a total of $1475 (which was shown in the last update received) but I had an estimate of $1030, I understand when you are working with insurance you send them a "preliminary work" and then you can add a few or several "supplemental" and the insurance usually pays them, but this money was coming out of my pocket, so I was definitely expecting the $1,030 figure or a little less... all in all Victor explained to me the extra work done and reduced a bit the final number. Conclusion: I'm a hard person to please type of guy, I believe they did a really good job, the 3 days to finish the work is appropriate and the way they kept me informed with calls and photos is top notch! Charged doubled from original quote. Then they sabotaged the car so my repair to fix was quoted over $1500 Rejected the repair got home raised the car and found a intercooler hose removed from intercooler. Installed hose myself and the car runs perfect. I would think they would go out of there way to make a new customer happy and have them come back. As it turned out they tried to charge me for a repair that was non existent. Sad but true, beware? It saddens me to write this review but times are tight and customers should be aware. read more

They painted my 2004 Jeep Wrangler and it looks like new but I prepaid for a dash grill $250 +/- that I now accept I will never get and apparently I won't get my money back either since it is now a little over a year. DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THESE GUYS - Just don't do it. They might be great mechanics but we bought a replacement steering wheel for our Mercedes and they sent us some sort of pump part! Instead of immediately correcting the situation, they are making us jump through hoops to return the item and "maybe" get what we ordered or get a refund. Going back and forth with the company & I assume the owner, this is the response I got "I would've send your money back right away but because you're already leaving the negative feedback and trying to teach me service (when I'm 27 years in business) I am going to wait for my part. Had an issue with my roof 230SLK Kompressor ...can't have issues in Miami this time of the year...best weather... Victor mechanic asked important questions and went and did a diagnostic on the mechanism...honestly thought I was going to have to put a whole new motor etc. I never expected what was done, basically they gave the motor a lube job and now it works better and quieter and faster(they claim 20 Seconds for the roof to go up or down, I timed it faster)then day 1. So we were helped by JR and Laura. They were both amiable and helped us understand what they were doing with the car, diagnostic wise and price wise. I had a problem after changing a fuse with my c240 and they reset the computer.... Whatever that means, but everything worked the way it use to after :) so they fixed it whatever they did... They even helped me with a few of my other issues with the car no charge! This is my first review ever and the reason I'm doing it is because these people really deserve it. I bought a used C300 and took it in for a general check-up. Jackie, at the front desk, took me through every issue that my car presented and explained what needed to be done using imagery of the specific parts. After solving those I decided to take care of a little aesthetic issue on the car, for which I had two options: getting new factory-painted parts, which were expensive, or painting the original ones. Given that it wouldn't make any difference in the final look they recommended that I went with the second option to save some money. As it turned out the outcome wasn't very good: the parts, being old plastic, didn't fit back in so smoothly and the paint didn't quite take as it should have. To a picky observer such as myself the job didn't look 100%. JR, the owner of the shop, another picky observer, came to me before I saw the result, said he wasn't pleased with it and that he would get me the new parts for a small difference (somewhere around 25% the actual difference) in the price, which he did. The car looks 110% now and I'm a grateful customer. One more little thing that shows what kind of people and what kind of business this is: the time that I took the car in for the mechanical issues I waited at the office, where there happened to be some other customers waiting, and even though there's coffee and cookies, etc., etc., JR went out to get tacos and donuts for us while we waited! read more

After the front bumper of my brand new Mercedes E400 was malaligned from running over one of those parking lot concrete parking bumpers, I found JSBenz on the Internet and was impressed with the excellent reviews. I called and spoke to Cathy, who was extremely pleasant and told me to bring the car over and that it would be fixed while I waited. So to pretty much sum it up I currently own a 2013 Mercedes sl550 and got the idea to upgrade the parts to the current facelift 2017-2019 and no one has done this I searched all over the net. I hired a mechanic to repin and wire my headlights and he basically told me that there was no way it could be done. So at this point i already have the parts painted and installed and now they are telling me it can't be done. This is 4 months into the project. We then came up with an idea of using the housing with the internals of my original lights. It worked until a few days later that the DRL lights gave out one at a time. I was very disappointed I damaged 2 sets of lights and was ready to give up. I then was referred to Geo at JSB Benz and he dissected everything he is very knowledgeable with electrical work and high end luxury and exotic cars he's a legend in the biz. He was able to get my headlights to work perfectly took him alittle over 2 months but this was something no one wanted to do. He came in with confidence on him getting it done. I didn't try to negotiate on the job for the simple fact that I needed him more than he needed me. He's a true professional and I recommend any one to go to him.
