Amazing collision center. I had several dents, scratches and chipped paint spots on my Tesla model 3. (As we all know, Tesla paint sucks!) They quoted me a fair price, 1/3 of what a collision center a block away quoted. They said it would take two weeks and delivered on time. And most importantly, they did an amazing job. My car looks brand new. They even detailed the inside! Chino and the ladies in the office are a pleasure to work with. I will recommend to everyone. read more

Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and service from Chino's . My vehicle looks just as good as the day I drove it off the lot. Staff was super friendly, the quote was exactly as they said it would be and the vehicle was completed in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the greater South Miami area. Tremendous value for the service I had done in my vehicle of refinishing my damaged hood on a later model foreign luxury vehicle. read more

I quote the mechanics triangle a lot because it applies to so many things Cheap, Good, Fast That's what everyone wants but that's not easy to acquire. Life doesn't work that way but you should and can choose two of the three I had some scratches and dents on my truck that I wanted to fix I shopped around and was surprised how expensive this work can be. My truck, that I love, is a 2002 Chevy and worth about 8-10k. So fixing some dents and scratches at the rate of 2.5-3.5 k just didn't feel right Luckily, Chino gave me what feels like a bargain only because of the other quotes I got. So we got the cheap part. I got my truck back and I'm super happy how it looks. The scratches are gone. The dent I got because I was eating crap on the Palmetto and hit those sticks dividing the express lanes is all gone So we got the good part. The one I didn't get was fast. I was told it would take 4-5 days and ended up taking two weeks. Not a big deal for me since I had the time off and didn't need my daily. And if I had to choose, good and cheap is the way to go for me 99% of the time. Hopefully, I don't ever have to go back to this place and I mean that in the best way possible. read more

Not one to write reviews but I had to. They will take care of you hands down. Chino and his team do great work, they were very kind and my car was done in 2 weeks. Gave me the best estimate as well out of 5 other reputable body shops and even knocked a bit of $ off the total. read more

I took my car to have a rust spot fixed. Not only were they the best price I found, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. My Ford 2007 FX2 Sport F150 is almost 14 years old with over 255k miles but still runs like a champ. These are great vehicles. Assembled in Kentucky. Go USA! My truck is mechanically sound and according to my auto mechanic I should be able to keep it running for years so long as I continue to bring it in for regular maintenance ...but our Florida tropical weather had taken it's toll. Roof was rusting baldly and this needed to be addressed. Fast forward, I drop it off at Chino's where I am greeted my an awesome young man named "John" The excellent customer care I received exceeded my expectations. As soon as I spoke with John, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Chino's. Check out the before and after pictures. Unbelievable! It's like I have a new truck and the price was right. Dropped off my truck on Tuesday and had it back on Friday. BTW, 3 blocks away is a car rental agency. This was an added bonus. A three minute walk is all it took for me to rent a car from a nationally known, reputable agency. Just be careful crossing the street. :) Chino's gave it a super nice car wash too before handing it back to me! Oh! before I forget, John, told me my battery may be going bad. He was right! Had it tested and got that taken care of. Thanks John!!!! Great all around service. Thanks Chino's! read more

Very professional. Called and same day they said I could come down. Excellent work. Would use them again. Great customer service.

I shopped around. My daughter who is a Miami University student had a dent in her Lexus that I needed to get repaired while visiting from New York. Chino is a a very professional, sweet person who did a prompt and excellent job within the time frame I needed to get back to NY. Every other place I checked with was unprofessional and too expensive. Go to Chino; you will be glad!!! read more

What a great experience at Chinos today. I had a broken side mirror which other shops quoted over $500 to repair. Chino immediately went to the car and worked to 'fix' the mirror. Which he was able to do in a few minutes. The end result for me? Great service at no cost. The end result for Chino? I'll always take my repair business to him and will recommend him to anyone needing repair help. He effort today will be repaid - guaranteed. Thanks Chino. read more

No professionals!!! They use the cheapest material on your car the crew are not certified

I had a broken side mirror, and instead of charging me to order a brand new replacement, they told me what to order online and I paid them to paint and install it. They saved me about $500!! So rare to have a body shop that you can trust! Highly recommend. read more

Amazing experience here from start to finish. The entire team took good care of me from the moment I called, to accommodating a delay on my end with my parts arriving, and got the job done extremely fast. My car looks flawless and left better than it arrived. Note: I did not come here with a collision issue - I simply wanted to change out my bumper to an OEM sports bumper and did my research. These guys were recommended and I trusted them. Glad I did! The paint for my front bumper is spot on and looks great. read more

After crushing the side of the bed on my Silverado I took my truck to Chinos after seeing the great reviews on yelp .. I cannot be happier with the results ,these guys did an amazing job and used all oem parts from Gm ,from my understanding the special order paint on my truck was difficult but these guys made short work of it and the truck came out like brand new ..I will be taking all my vehicles to them for work I can assure you ,they also made the process painless and worry free.. excellent work !!!! read more

No one! I mean no one, will touch a car in this family expect Chino! This place is honest, professional, family owned and operated, and they do some of the best body work I have seen in a very very long time! There was a Bentley, an 8 Series BMW and a dang Porsche lining up for his expertise! I mean THAT speak volumes to me! If you have any issues with your car like a leaky truck, dents, full on accident repairs, just a new paint job, etc do not walk, RUN to Chino's. read more

Had a great experience with Chino's! Front end of my car got severely dinged up by the valet. Chino had it fixed perfectly in an efficient time for a good price- a couple hundred bucks less than I had expected to pay. The office staff is very friendly , professional and responsive. Finding good auto service is next to impossible and there are few people who you can trust. Can't say enough good things about this place. Even though it was well out of my way to get there, it was worth the extra time to bring my car there. Hopefully I never need his services again, but if I do- I'll be back!!! read more

This is our 3rd time getting our cars repaired at Chino's (teenager at home). Every time they had the best price and the work is second to none, they use all the best parts and the car comes back so clean and beautiful. The staff is wonderful too. Always taking my cars to Chinos. read more

Let's face it... Everyone hates brining their car to the shop. It's always unexpected and it's always expensive! In my case, I needed to fix up some damage I maaaaay have caused by side swiping a pole in my parking garage. Chino's gave me an estimate (totally reasonable cost compared to others) and totally stuck to it. They were super nice and did a fantastic job! Hopefully, I'll never need work done on my car again, but if I do, this is where I'm going! read more

My poor car has been through the ringer, I had scratches, a trailer hit my front end (hit and run), I scraped the wall on the back and then i got hit on the side by another car (very slow but ended up scratching and slightly ripling door). I got quotes at 4 different places. This is what I really liked about Chinos. Chino personally looked at the car, spent a really long time looking and making notes, and he was one of the few people who actually opened the car doors to check for damage. He also was reasonably priced. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and I will be honest I was a little upset as I had been told 7 days when I had initially gone in for a quote but then it eventually became 11. However, once I got my car back, I was glad I waited, the car looks brand new. read more

Excellent experience with Chino and his staff! He took the time to explain everything clearly. Everyone there speaks fluent English and Spanish. I had some body work done on my car and he knew what he was doing and had the tools and shop for the job. He was professional and informative. Chino and his staff always answered the phone when I called and took time to talk to me. He didn't rush me when I had questions and understood how important my car was to me. After all is said and done this was a very good experience and he has made a customer for life. Chino and his staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very refreshing to have great service like that in Miami. I brought my Cadillac CTS in for an insurance claim. Chino went through the entire car with me and pointed out what needed to be fixed, he insured me that everything would be taken cared of and in a timely manner. He even worked with the insurance company to make sure my car got the right parts that it deserved. My car was ready and everything was fixed perfectly, paint was an exact match, body panels were straight. I couldn't find any defects in his work. My car was also detailed inside and out. Very happy customer. I recommend anyone that needs they're car fixed, to visit chino and his staff. read more

I unfortunately was in an accident on 95. I had just purchased a new Range rover a month before. I was So distraught! Luckily I was referred to Chinos. From the first call to them I felt taken care of. They handled everything from getting my car towed to managing the insurance adjuster Everyone I worked with was amazing. Found Chino's through Yelp and ever since I brought my car they were very professional, respectful and attentive to my vehicles needs, especially Mr. Carlos. Chino's Ink is a family owned company whom came highly recommended by an old friend. I was told they were honesty and very fair. This was a FACT! What detail to service. I first went for an estimate, and then went to a competitor that was recommended by a friend. The original prices were within 200 of each other so I decided to go with the "other guy" that had been recommended by a dear friend. I won't bore you with the details but I leave my car and several hours later the other guys tell me that they can't fix my door and it has to be replaced increasing the bill by 600. 00. As they'd already kept my car all day without doing anything I figured, just go with it. Remember they'd been recommended. An hour later they call to tell me that they couldn't honor my original written estimate and that my 1800.00 was now 3000.00. I decided to pick up my car and drive STRAIGHT to Chinos. The manager remembered me. I told him the whole story and asked him to take another look at my car and make sure door didn't need replacing. The owner Chino was there and came out with the manager. They BOTH agreed they could fix the door without replacing. They quoted me the same price and a 7day turn around. They took 8 days only because the owner said he wanted the door to be perfect and he didn't like how they'd buffed it. I was kept in the loop the whole time, the price ended up being better and most importantly I felt happy, respected and listened to. I have no words to say how much I love the work they did. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. I wasted my time looking anywhere else but Chinos! read more
