Nothing but outstanding customer service. first thing is quality of work, very caring. they treat you like family. the original owner was a great person and the son is a carbon copy. I really like my car, and wanted to keep it a while. No real damage, probably just Florida sun and drivers kicking up gravel. the car paint job is looking very nice. read more

Awesome body shop. Barbie in the front is always amazing and extremely helpful for any of your needs, this place will make you feel like family throughout all your vehicle and insurance needs! read more

Had my car repaired there after my State Farm Agent recommended them. Barbara was most excellent to work with; she's great! Body work was "OK"; some issues with body panel alignment, not enough to re-do, but not perfect either. Paint was done well and car was delivered clean and on time. Wanted to give them another chance (good body shops are hard to find), this time asked them for an estimate for some non-insurance damage. The estimate came in really high (over twice what another reputable shop had quoted) and when I questioned it, the written estimate (miraculously) was $250 lower than what I was quoted. Spoke to Tony (someone in a position of authority), and he basically asked me to take my business elsewhere...which I will. Much time invested in that second go around, trying to make it work, to no avail. read more

I have no words outside of Work is done at a high quality, fast pace and the woman at the front desk is truly the nicest! They have worked on My car not once but twice a few months separate due to accidents and both times they have come through! Forever grateful, shout out Tony! read more

It's only been a month since I purchased my car, and unfortunately was rear ended. The insurance company gave me a list of Autobody Shops, and with the reviews I went with Percision. I called before I arrived, and Jose provided me in detail what would take place and the order in which things would be done. I was greeted by 3 gentlemen, all very kind. Jose checked out my car and discussed what type of work would possibly be completed. He also expressed concerned about other imperfections from the pervious owner, he has a great eye! My rental was on the way while I waited, and was there in 5 mins. I handed over my car on Monday and was called on Thursday, just 3 days! I am very pleased with the work that was done. Jose again, provided me in detail what was done. Aside from the perfect work, my car was cleaned throughly inside and out. I appreciate when things are done right, accurately and professionally. Thank you guys! read more

Someone deeply scratched the door of my 3 months old Silverado truck. Brought it to Precision after doing a lot of research into local body shops. Brought it in on a Wednesday morning and was able to pick it up Friday afternoon. Incredible turn around time. I really didn't think it would be done that fast. They did a great job for a fair price. I had checked around other places so I knew what the prices were for the job. They were right in the middle. I went with them because their operation looked professional and organized and because of the many good reviews. The door looks like nothing ever happened. They answered all my questions, told me what to expect, and what may cause the price to go up, all laid out ahead of time. The price didn't go up eventually. They were professional, friendly, and accommodating. I don't normally leave reviews unless a business is really good or really bad. This one is really good. Would definitely use them again. Thank you Barbie and Andrew. read more

I highly recommend Precision Paint and Body Shop! They have excellent customer service, work quickly and have reasonable prices. I brought in my 2019 Mercedes C300 after the front bumper was dislodged and they provided a quote that was priced lower than most other places I looked at. In addition, I asked Tony if the job could get done as quickly as possible (within a day) as my schedule and availability is extremely limited and he assured me that he would do everything possible to help me out. Sure enough, the next morning I called in and they had received all the parts overnight and were able to complete it by the afternoon. If I ever need any paint or body work done in the future, they will be the first ones that I contact! read more

I chose Precision based on other people's reviews. I am soo happy that I did. Service was immediate, professional, honest, timely, spectacular from start to finish. I honestly can not recommend them enough. When I had my car accident, I had the option of going elsewhere, i.e., they are one of 51 approved vendors (insurance wise) to choose from in my area. From my initial phone call to the day I picked up my car, service and professionalism was magnificent! I honestly hope I never have to see them again (sorry Precision folks!) ... but if I ever have any car damaged in any way, I will not hesitate to return to Precision Paint and Body Shop. read more

Although attempted to accommodate, owner and staff were oblivious on repair needs. I went over five times to pickup my car before taking to another body shop for corrective repairs. Corrective repair shop confirmed all the issues reported Precision Paint and Body tried to negate. Do not take if you have a luxury vehicle. Not the most "precise" if you ask me. read more

When you're dealing with customers that have been in car accidents it's imperative to be as understanding, detailed, and communicative as possible. The process of dealing with the police, your insurance company, a car rental company, and lawyers can be quite exhausting and take up a large chunk of your time post-accident. As someone who recently had someone t-bone my vehicle, I found the team at Precision Paint & Body Shop to be very informative, pleasant, and helpful. They also made my car look brand-spanking new - I honestly don't think a professional would even be able to tell the difference unless they looked at the Carfax report! read more

Simply put the best of the best. They are reputable and do a great job, would not have anyone else touch any of my cars.

Great job! Brand new car was hit after only a month old. They fixed it in no time and made it look just like new.

Did an amazing job on my Jeep, Jose and the team is very helpful and accommodating. I definitely recommend them. Thank you for a great experience. read more

Jose and the Precision Paint & Body team made my Mazda3 look like a brand new car. Before going to Precision, I went to four other body shops to get estimates for scrapes and dents on my car. Precision not only gave me the best price, they were also the only shop that said I could keep my original bumper. All the other shops told me I would have to purchase a replacement . My Mazda has a tricky "soul red" color to match and Precision was able to do it perfectly. You can't even tell that I had work done on the car. I hope I don't have to go to a body shop again any time soon, but if I do, I'll head back to Precision Paint & Body without hesitation. read more

This place does great work. Delivered on time and great people. Would definitely recommend

This is my go-to place for repairs. In Miami, you have to be very careful with anything mechanic/car-related, but the staff at Precision is courteous, trustworthy, and professional. Their estimates are reasonable and the work is done quickly and exceptionally. Five stars all the way! read more

Excellent work did better than expected even better than what insurance company wrote the claim for . Would definitely use again without hesitancy. Randy is a great body mechanic. Has done work on our cars for years. He is honest, dependable and all around a good guy.

The staff of Precision Paint & Body go out of their way to help you! I got there frazzled after a car accident and not only were they patient but went out of their way to make sure I was aware of my insurance rights. It took a while for the insurance companies to figure it all out but the staff at Precision were so helpful! Barbie even called the insurance company for me and she did not have to do that! She even showed me where to go to download the police report. Words cannot express how thankful I am for this place! And of course my car looks brand new again! THANK YOU! I highly recommend this body shop! read more

Great service and amazing work! Everyone is so nice. Will continue ti take my car there!

Did some research online for body shops and came across Precision Paint and Body Shop. I immediately called them and got my estimate for what needed to be fixed on my leased car. The entire staff was very accommodating and Jose took great care of everything. While waiting for my affordable rental car to be taken from their lot, I was asking for advice on detailed car washes since I needed to turn in my lease later that week. He gave me a few places, but to my surprise, when retrieving my car, he went the extra mile and took care of the cleaning as well! If you're unsure about where to take your car to get repaired do not hesitate when it comes to Precision Paint and Body Shop. They're professional, detailed and timely. I recommend them and have made them my go-to body shop. THANK YOU! read more

This is an amazing body shop with top-notch customer service. My car got rear ended a few weeks ago, and these guys made the back of my car look like new. They not only took great care in replacing what was damaged, but also threw in some minor details which I appreciated. I work outdoors a lot, and I tend to track in mud or plant debris into my car. I was planning to clean up my car some more after the body work was done, and to my surprise they shined up my car both inside and out.. Overall, I plan to take my car back here for any body work/paint job in the future. read more

They gave me the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. They kept me informed, took me to hertz. They ordered parts and were great about not having me bring my car until the parts arrived. Very professional from start to finish! read more

I was recently referred to Precision Paint & Body from the person that actually hit my car. Especially being new to the Miami area, I went with the recommendation - per other individuals as well. Jose and his staff are great. He was flexible with accommodating getting the car taken care of within the very limited windows of time that were possible for me. The car came out great, nothing but great things to say. More than accommodating and exceptional work. Also important to note: they carried my 'custom' Audi paint. read more

These guys are absolutely the best! I can always count on them to take great care of my Benz SLK 350.

I am embarrassed to say I have needed Precision's services twice in two years (apparently I am a terrible driver!). But the repair work could not have gone more smoothly. The first accident was very serious -- half of my car was smashed in. After Precision finished, the car looked brand new and you never would have known it was in an accident. The second accident was much more minor, but again, Precision made my car look brand new. The whole process went smoothly. They even helped me book a rental car (that picks me up at their garage), they dealt with all of the insurance issues, and they are always friendly and helpful. read more

SERIOUSLY AS GOOD AS IT GETS! I Needed my car repaired as soon as possible within a short time frame. I spoke to Tony and Jose here. Both very kind gentlemen. Immediately, they came outside with me, gave me a very reasonable quote (compared to other body shops in the area), we quickly went through the minuscule paper work and within 3-4 days i received a call that my car was finished. When i saw It LOOKED LIKE NEW, the side door and front panel were perfect. If you want a professionally done job go through them, really are the best. read more

I did a lot of research and visited several body shops (and I've had extensive body work done on my cars in Miami before) before visiting Precision. From the beginning, I was most impressed with Tony Jr., as well as the facility, and I decided to trust my Cadillac to them. I am thrilled with the result. Tony Jr. took care that the work (both body work as well as installation of a replacement door with red pearl painting...a difficult color to match!) exceeded my expectations, and all at a reasonable price which beat the competition. I can recommend this facility...Jose, Tony, etc.--enthusiastically and plan to return whenever time for my next project. read more

Excellent work on my car and excellent service. Brought my BMW in for damage to drivers side doors and rear quarter panel. They replaced doors, made repairs, and matched paint perfectly. Cannot tell there was an accident. Also, the customer service was great. They called me with updates without any calls from me. I highly recommend this shop. read more

Wonderful business. From the people in the office to the guys in the shop, they took the time to answer my questions and were very helpful about everything.
