Just got my Subaru back from Maranello's after it was hit by a Uhaul Truck. It looks brand new. My car was also cleaned inside and out! Overall, Beautiful job. Efficient front office that makes car repair and car rental paperwork simple. Drop off and return was easy as possible. The office also explained the process of insurance payment better than my insurance company! Didn't like having my car hit by a truck... but happy to have found Maranello! read more

I can't recommend Mario Arrieta over at Maranello Collision enough! When my car was damaged, I was so stressed out but Mario completely put my mind at ease. He explained everything clearly, was professional and easy to work with, and kept me updated throughout the process. When I saw the finished repair, I was blown away. My car looked brand new, like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. The relief I felt was huge, and it's clear Mario takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. If you need someone you can trust to make your car look perfect again, Mario is the one to call. Fast, reliable, and outstanding results! Thank you so much! read more

This shop and their team truly made a stressful situation much less so. Mario and Jorge were always timely and clear in their communications, while also being extremely kind, patient, and professional. My specific case involved an insurance claim, and they coordinated directly with the company on the backend, making this whole process seamless. The repair also came out great. I couldn't recommend them enough. read more

Maranello is such a great shop -- honestly so glad I found them. Went in not really knowing much about the whole process and they made it so easy, super friendly and actually took the time to explain everything. They even helped me deal with my insurance company. Alan specifically was with me through the whole thing and could not have been more helpful; he even stayed late just so I could come pick my car up. Can't recommend this place enough!! read more

Amazing - Maranello fixed damage to my Tesla X. I will return to Maranello if I ever need a repair

Don't take your car here. They will steal your car inflating repairs cost until the insurance company consider it total lost. They have illegal agreements to resell luxury cars that they get inflating the repair cost. Please feel free to reach out if you need any additional information, I can provide documents and proof everything. This place is scam and the comments they are including in yelp are scam as well. STAY AWAY!!! I read more

Insurance told me to come here. Repair was good. Insurance paid for the repair. Staff was nice but when I picked up my car one tire was low in air and then I had to go to tires plus (I'm a member) to get it checked out then on my way home the key to the rental was left inside my car seat. Had to drive back - cost me an extra hour so for that hassle they got less stars. read more

Thanks to these people it's why my insurance rates when up by 100%. My car got stolen last year and it was recovered the next day. The console and the screen was broken and a bunch of cables were ripped off. After reading a couple of reviews in this bodyshop I decided to take it to them and oh boy, did I regret this decision. At first they were all nice over the phone and promised it would get fixed very soon and would look like new with all the new parts. Fast forward, the car was in the shop for 3 MONTHS! and every time I called they tried to brush me off with a new excuse. The moment I picked up the car I knew why they took so long. They weren't waiting for new parts to arrive, they just reinstalled the old parts again, while charging 17k to Progressive on the new parts that never arrived. I went back to the shop and told Nicola which was my representative there. He swore those parts were new, but I knew my car very well, and anyone could tell right away that these 'new parts' didn't even looked like new. No proof was given that any parts were replaced, no pictures, no side-by-side, no invoices, nothing. The cars GPS never worked again, the settings were reseted every time I turned on the car, the bluetooth would disconnect all the time, the usb ports never worked. Up to this day I'm still waiting for their call for these issues to be fixed, the only solution for me was to get a new vehicle. So much money and time wasted by choosing to go with them. Oh and you might be wondering why do they have good reviews then? Well, the moment you pay and they give you the keys they expect you to write a good review on the spot! They even have the guts to say: "If you don't give us a good review we won't get our commission", well buddy, you can share the 17k you stole from me and Progressive. Go there and take a look and you will see where they have the card reader, and you will see a sign asking for a good review. read more

I took my Tesla vehicle to be repaired for a rear-end collision with Statefarm Insurance and they left it incredible. In addition to putting the insurance company in its place when it wanted to install parts that did not meet Tesla's quality standards. I am super happy with their service. Thank you Maranello and your team. read more

Excellent customer service! I initially spoke with the receptionist/intake woman and a man (maybe Jorge?) when I dropped off my car on May 20 and told them that I needed by car repaired by June 11 and they got it done by June 3! The work on my car was great, looks brand new! I cannot thank them enough! David was also extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. Highly recommend! read more

Excellent service! Impeccable work on my car and great timing. Thank you to the whole team!

Don't take you car here. I made an appointment with them, confirmed the appointment over the phone, and when I dropped off my car, they notified me that my appointment was for another date. They claimed to have sent me a text message, to which I didn't confirm (never received a text message). I understand mistakes happen, but when Vanessa called me later in the day to reschedule, there was no apology. It was almost like it was my fault for bringing in the car the wrong day. Not to mention that seven of the employees were out due to sickness or covid and the lot was full of cars not being worked on. TL; DR - Horrible customer service: don't waste your time. read more

STAY AWAY from Maranello Collision. They are dishonest. I was recommended by Land Rover South Dade so I took my Range Rover and had the worst experience ever. 1. Mario didn't give me an estimate and then threatened to repossess my car if I didn't pay immediately. 2. Ulyses the manager, offered me to discount the taxes if I paid in cash and left a good review. I didn't agree with them over the phone and when I picked up my car everything looked good, but 4 hours later the check engine light came on and that afternoon I also noticed a bad smell since they left one of my carpets soaked in water. Obviously none of this was a coincidence. My car is now at the mechanic after paying $8,000 to these guys for a simple rear end. Be careful! read more

I just got my car back from Maranello and it looks like it was taken off the showroom. About a year and a half ago I first went to Maranello as a result of a fender bender on Miracle Mile. The other driver whose fault it was had progressive and Maranello appears to be its designated collision center for luxury cars. At that time, Martin helped me. He was awesome. Kept me abreast of the status and showed me the vehicle; which again was showroom quality. This time around Mario helped me. He gave me a great price quote. The parts were ordered and I was called back. It was all so seem less and hassle free. Mario has my car buffed to a mirror like quality and walked me around the car making sure I was satisfied; I was. If you want professionals who are detailed oriented--a rarity in Miami--come to Maranello; trust me your car will thank you. read more

Worst experience ever. Had an appointment for over a week and when I went there they had no idea and I had to sit there and wait over 30 minutes. They only accept cash, Zelle, Venmo if you pay by credit card there's an outrages fee and % they charge you. Complete rip-off. Regardless they already had my car for repairs which was just a bumper and took over a month to repair. Every week was a different story and requiring the insurance company to go back over and over for a new supplement. A complete nightmare. After contacting the shop over a week with no updates with response I get a text that the car is ready and there's an outstanding balance at 4pm. The next day I get a call at 330pm stating if I don't pick up the car by 430pm that day there's a $150 storage fee! Ridiculous. I had to leave my job rush to pick up my car for the rep to have the audacity to request a 5 star review. are you kidding me?! A week after he texted me requesting the review - pathetic! Stay away- go elsewhere! read more

My insurance has this location listed for luxury and exotic car body shop. From the beginning they were great. I received a call from the rep and he had a tow truck out to pick up my car within an hour. The tow truck driver was very careful loading my car and was very nice. After I signed the paperwork they said it would be about a week to get everything done. They offered a loaner car but I didn't need it so I declined. I received a call 4 days later that my car was ready. They do great work. They even finished earlier than the estimate and my car looks brand new. The employees were very professional and made the experience great. I've attached before and after photos to show how good the work is. read more

I had an accident away from home late August. I asked the car insurance to find a local car repair business. I received a call first hour the next day from the owner (Luis) and we scheduled date and time to bring the car for repair. The auto body shop is classy, very clean, good environment and great customer service. Josell Martin was waiting for me and went through next steps, what to expect, and approximate time of completion. At pick up, the car was clean inside and out and on time. . read more
