Don't take your car here. They will steal your car inflating repairs cost until the insurance company consider it total lost. They have illegal agreements to resell luxury cars that they get inflating the repair cost. Insurance told me to come here. Repair was good. Insurance paid for the repair. Staff was nice but when I picked up my car one tire was low in air and then I had to go to tires plus (I'm a member) to get it checked out then on my way home the key to the rental was left inside my car seat. Thanks to these people it's why my insurance rates when up by 100%. My car got stolen last year and it was recovered the next day. The console and the screen was broken and a bunch of cables were ripped off. After reading a couple of reviews in this bodyshop I decided to take it to them and oh boy, did I regret this decision. At first they were all nice over the phone and promised it would get fixed very soon and would look like new with all the new parts. Fast forward, the car was in the shop for 3 MONTHS! and every time I called they tried to brush me off with a new excuse. The moment I picked up the car I knew why they took so long. They weren't waiting for new parts to arrive, they just reinstalled the old parts again, while charging 17k to Progressive on the new parts that never arrived. I went back to the shop and told Nicola which was my representative there. He swore those parts were new, but I knew my car very well, and anyone could tell right away that these 'new parts' didn't even looked like new. No proof was given that any parts were replaced, no pictures, no side-by-side, no invoices, nothing. The cars GPS never worked again, the settings were reseted every time I turned on the car, the bluetooth would disconnect all the time, the usb ports never worked. Up to this day I'm still waiting for their call for these issues to be fixed, the only solution for me was to get a new vehicle. So much money and time wasted by choosing to go with them. Oh and you might be wondering why do they have good reviews then? Well, the moment you pay and they give you the keys they expect you to write a good review on the spot! They even have the guts to say: "If you don't give us a good review we won't get our commission", well buddy, you can share the 17k you stole from me and Progressive. Go there and take a look and you will see where they have the card reader, and you will see a sign asking for a good review. read more

STAY AWAY from Maranello Collision. They are dishonest. I was recommended by Land Rover South Dade so I took my Range Rover and had the worst experience ever. 1. Mario didn't give me an estimate and then threatened to repossess my car if I didn't pay immediately. 2. Ulyses the manager, offered me to discount the taxes if I paid in cash and left a good review. I didn't agree with them over the phone and when I picked up my car everything looked good, but 4 hours later the check engine light came on and that afternoon I also noticed a bad smell since they left one of my carpets soaked in water. Obviously none of this was a coincidence. My car is now at the mechanic after paying $8,000 to these guys for a simple rear end. Be careful! read more

Don't take you car here. I made an appointment with them, confirmed the appointment over the phone, and when I dropped off my car, they notified me that my appointment was for another date. They claimed to have sent me a text message, to which I didn't confirm (never received a text message). I understand mistakes happen, but when Vanessa called me later in the day to reschedule, there was no apology. It was almost like it was my fault for bringing in the car the wrong day. Worst experience ever. Had an appointment for over a week and when I went there they had no idea and I had to sit there and wait over 30 minutes. They only accept cash, Zelle, Venmo if you pay by credit card there's an outrages fee and % they charge you. Complete rip-off. Regardless they already had my car for repairs which was just a bumper and took over a month to repair. Every week was a different story and requiring the insurance company to go back over and over for a new supplement. A complete nightmare. After contacting the shop over a week with no updates with response I get a text that the car is ready and there's an outstanding balance at 4pm. The next day I get a call at 330pm stating if I don't pick up the car by 430pm that day there's a $150 storage fee! Ridiculous. I had to leave my job rush to pick up my car for the rep to have the audacity to request a 5 star review. are you kidding me?! A week after he texted me requesting the review - pathetic! The other driver whose fault it was had progressive and Maranello appears to be its designated collision center for luxury cars. At that time, Martin helped me. He was awesome. My insurance has this location listed for luxury and exotic car body shop. From the beginning they were great. I received a call from the rep and he had a tow truck out to pick up my car within an hour. The tow truck driver was very careful loading my car and was very nice. After I signed the paperwork they said it would be about a week to get everything done. They offered a loaner car but I didn't need it so I declined. I received a call 4 days later that my car was ready. They do great work. They even finished earlier than the estimate and my car looks brand new.
