Called at 7:50 am to make an appointment on the day I wanted to go. Made an appointment for 4 pm but was told to arrive at 3:50 pm. Went a little early but had to call for directions as I didn't realize that it's located in the back of part of the warehouses. I pulled inside the bay but was told to park outside and wait in the small waiting area opposite the office. Everything took about an hour. Payment is by cash, check or Zelle. Not happy ever since Ken the owner retired. Even tho i was happy they found a loose control arm bolt and tightened it they over inflated my two front tires causing one to blow the air stem valve and found my vehicle the next day with a flat tire. The other tire had close to 50 psi and the recommended is 32 psi. They put me in danger luckily the blow out was on the driveway and not on the road. Then his excuse was that yea that happens alot with these air stems..? not happy! If they would had at least told me they put air in my tires this could have been prevented! If Ken was there this would not have happened! Plus last time i saw Ken he told me my vehicle needed a 1 mm shim and these guys refused to install it. I really shouldn't of paid them untill they installed it! That was the only reason i went there in the first place smh. read more

After some back and fourth I was able to resolve my balancing issue. Like always, the alignment was great! Now that Ken also did the balancing, the truck is driving the way it should. Super smooth.
