Used to be my go to for alignments until One day i come in asking for an alignment, as well as asking to skip the test drive. I simply ask to zero the toe and to get some camber fixed. They proceeded to give me .07 toe on one side so i would have a pull simply because i didn't want a test drive. Then blamed it on my tires (brand new btw). Called at 7:50 am to make an appointment on the day I wanted to go. Made an appointment for 4 pm but was told to arrive at 3:50 pm. Went a little early but had to call for directions as I didn't realize that it's located in the back of part of the warehouses. I pulled inside the bay but was told to park outside and wait in the small waiting area opposite the office. Everything took about an hour. Payment is by cash, check or Zelle. Great service. I've heard from a few people, most notably my neighbor, a master mechanic, that this place is the best in town. I came here early morning because my car was pulling to the right. They took it in and within an hour, swapped both front wheels, took it for two test drives, and got the issue fixed. It turns out one of the tires was bad and was pulling, radial pull I believe it's called? Anyways, I wished I had just replaced the front tires cuz I'm quite anal and to nobody's fault but mine (as I'm quite inexperienced with cars). Not happy ever since Ken the owner retired. Even tho i was happy they found a loose control arm bolt and tightened it they over inflated my two front tires causing one to blow the air stem valve and found my vehicle the next day with a flat tire. The other tire had close to 50 psi and the recommended is 32 psi. They put me in danger luckily the blow out was on the driveway and not on the road. Then his excuse was that yea that happens alot with these air stems..? not happy! If they would had at least told me they put air in my tires this could have been prevented! If Ken was there this would not have happened! Plus last time i saw Ken he told me my vehicle needed a 1 mm shim and these guys refused to install it. I really shouldn't of paid them untill they installed it! That was the only reason i went there in the first place smh. read more

After some back and fourth I was able to resolve my balancing issue. Like always, the alignment was great! Now that Ken also did the balancing, the truck is driving the way it should. Super smooth. They are really good with what they do, and alignment is the only thing they do. To make an appointment, you have to call early the same morning to schedule an appointment later in the day.
