A few weeks later on of the rear tires developed a bump in the threads. It makes the van run very rough as the tire developed a bump and so I carried to the tire Kingdom store that I purchased from. The manager Jose and another Jose employed to Tire Kingdom store told me that these stolen tires that caused rear vibration were not covered under warranty. I ended up getting exceptional service from Juan who went out to my car. and educated me on signs of wear, what to look for, and the difference between different tires. I wasn't expecting that at all. I was blown away by his phenomenal customer service! I ended up getting two tires instead of one later that week, I took in my other car and had two tires replaced on that car as well. This tire place has really bad customer service, had to wait almost an hour after agreeing to buy the tires, just to tell me they dont have them in stock, and trying to upsell me other tires. I originally had gone to the tire kingdom on kendall Dr and 138th Avenue, the gentleman told that they didn't have the tires in stock, but the store on 137th Avenue and 136th street had the tires in stock. I arrived there and there was no one in the counter...eventually. someone showed up and I showed him the estimate from the store in kendall dr. And he began to try to upsell me, I said no just want the less expensive tires... He took my keys made me wait one hour and told me they didn't have the tires.... not even a "sorry for your time " I asked him for my keys and left. Customer service is just about non existent. Really slow service. I've been staring at the same people for about 2 hours. My car hasn't been taken in yet either. The manager has little people skills. No one smiles. Have employees walking around in the lobby saying they're going on break. Its just misery being here. Not a professional environment at all. I hate that I have to put one star. Tire Kingdom has gone down hill. They are no way customer oriented. I purchased 4 tires they have a 50K warranty. After 12K miles they were wearing incorrectly. I went back to the location (Coral Springs) and they would not address the issue and said it was do to alignment. What? First I paid for an allignment at the time I got the tires second its a manufacturer warranty not a Tire Kingdom warranty. Complete blow off. I am currently calling the district manager to see if this is the position of the company or a disgruntled employee. read more

If could give 0 stars I will... We went for an oil change the first guy (that sound very nice & helpful) told us we have to leave the car over night cause a part was broken. And the price to fixed was going to be around $500. Next day morning we go back to find out nothing was broken just a loose screw that cost $3 and on top of that the car have a dent and someone try to broke into and take the radio... Besides the usual wait at any shop this place has helped eme in more ways than I expected. Ive never felt pressure from any of the employees to "fix" something on my car. Ive been to other Tire Kingdoms before, but they have never left an impression on me. My first visit I stopped in because I needed to fix a whole on my tire with a patch or plug. Unfortunately, the route I wanted to take was not possible because the whole was on the outside lip of the tire. I was goung to attempt a plug but decided I needed a new tire anyways. I stepped inside for an estimate thinking it would be $100, but to my suprise everything was about $65. The gentleman helping gave me the whole sale price on the tire since he knew I wasn't expecting to buy a new one to begin with. 2nd visit was just as successful. They remebered me from my last visit, which is always welcoming. I needed a oil change, alignment,my bearings changed due to howling noises while driving and my tie rod ends changed. Worst customer service I have seen in years. Ordered tires from Tire Rack, and as a recommendation from Tire Rack. I shipped my tires to this Tire Kingdom for installation. Upon arriving with a year old vehicle, I asked the gentleman (who turned out to be the supervisor) to visually inspect the rims with me. So that we could have a mutual understanding of any damages that were already there. Upon coming to my vehicle, he then decides to refuse me any service. Because be "didnt want any trouble and he wasn't going to guarantee that there wouldn't be any damages to my rims". Fortunately she was with the kids and didn't want to wait for the replacement. I took her car in to another location closer to our home and it was resolved with a simple patch. What a horrible experience! I went in to get my tire patched at 11 am and was told to come back when in about an hour and when they call me to come back. An hour later I get a call from the employee telling me to come back to pick up my car because my tire has been patched. I go to pick up my car and pay the amount due for patching up my tire and drive my car home, when I inspect the tire at home I realize that they didn't even remove the 2 inch nail that was stabbing into my tire!! I call back and tell them that they never did the work and charged me for it! The employee on the phone then has the nerve to tell me that if I want my tire fixed then I better come back before they close rather than spending the time to correct their carelessness. A job that was supposed to take 1-1/2 hours, took 3 hrs. I needed a part replaced, tires aligned and balanced. I specifically asked that they NOT rotate the tires because I had done it two weeks prior. When my vehicle was brought out and ready to go, they had left off two hub caps. When I got the vehicle home and checked the tires and the air pressure, I discovered they had rotated them and the air pressure was not what it should be. I had to return the next day to have them rotate the tires back to the way I had them and adjust the air pressure. There is no customer service whatsoever. No apology for doing what I had asked them not to do. The employees I dealt with (with the exception of Alex) were apathetic. They acted inconvenienced to be at work. The waiting room is not too bad. It really pains me to do this because I have been coming to this tire Kingdom for years and have always received great service. However for the past six months or so a certain individual has been working here that refuses to do any services on my car when they are free of charge. Today I should've gotten my tires rotated and balanced because I was leaving on a road trip with my family the next day. This is something that I do routinely along with an oil change anytime I am going on a road trip. I got the same man that refused to patch a flat I had a couple of months ago because that, too, is a free service. He asked to see the car and he came back in and said that they cannot rotate and balance my tires because they are too worn down. Mind you these are tires I had replaced just a few months ago so I knew it was BS. Also I have never heard of a repair shop refusing to rotate and balance tires because of the thread. The only reason is because they can't make money off of me. Now I have to go rent a vehicle at the last minute and spend extra money all because of this employee. Why offer these free services if you're only going to refuse them? And please hold off on the mansplaining, dude. I will happily never return to this location again. read more

I had an estimate done at the Tire Kingdom located at 13515 SW 137 Ave across from the West Kendall Lexus for 4 Sumitomo tires on a 2016 Honda Civic. I was concerned about the quality of the tires as I never heard of them, but Oswaldo took the time to explain the history of the company and that Tire Kingdom has had them for 7 years without any issues at all. I did my own research and he was correct, they got really good reviews and they actually manufactuer tires for Dunlop. The final price came out fantastic and Costco down the street couldn't touch that price and I would have to wait 3-4 days to order similar tires from them on top of that. The 2 Managers Rick and Oswaldo were fantastic and super helpful. They really had a genuine concern for the customer...not just trying to push services on the customer to make the daily numbers. The tire change was quick for the amount of work being done and they pointed out the issues with the old tires that caused the car to shake. After the work was done I ended up hanging out and talking with them about kids and life in general as both of them were down to earth guys. I really appreciated the time they invested into the customer, and I'll be back again for my other services. Highly recommend going there. Just ask for Rick or Oswaldo...you won't be sorry read more

To my surprise they were very honest! My wife caught a nail in her Range Rover and put fix a flat in it since she was far from home. The next day I call the dealer and they tell me I have to replace the tire because the tire is hazardous to fix... I guess I sounded like I had no knowledge of cars. Anyway, I passed on the dealer and took it to Firestone since I have a credit card with them and they told me I needed a new tire but since they are Continental tires, they would have to order them because they don't stock them. I then remembered that I bought all the tires from them a year ago and had a warranty. called continental and they said to go to tire kingdom to get the tire replaced through the warranty. Got to tire kingdom and the manager said that they could go through the warranty replacement but if I wanted they could just patch it since it was in the middle and I had 75% tread left. 30 minutes later, it cost me like $20 to $30 bucks and everything was fine. They could have been paid for the warranty replacement for a $300 tire but they were honest and helped me out. When I need new tires for the vehicle, I'm coming here. The only bad part of the place is Enterprise rent a car customers take all the parking spaces. read more
