My inexperienced kid is in college down in Miami attending FIU and got a flat tire. I called Tire Squad and spoke with Danny. I explained the situation and told him my kid would be coming to get a new tire and he was driving on a spare someone helped him change. Danny looked up the make and model and said it wouldn't be a problem as they had them in the warehouse. My kid went up there and it only took them about 15 minutes to put the tire on, and they charged him what they quoted me on the phone. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when my kid showed up, about 30 minutes after I called, he said they acted like they weren't aware and of the situation. John was very attentive and provided excellent service. They swapped out my tire super fast and at a reasonable price.

First thing I asked was if they knew how to lift the car without causing any damage and also if the machine for the tires wasn't gonna scratch the rims. They told me they do high end cars all the time and not worry about anything. Then this clowns lifted the car on the wrong spot, bending the fenders and also scratched the rims trying to removed the glued weights scraping it with something. Think twice before bringing your business here. This was December 2023, maybe they have better techs now but if you read other negative reviews you'll find that is common for this place. Stay away and take your hard earned money to someone who really care. read more

I purchased two tires from Tire Squad. They advertised the tires were "air tested," however you would have to be blind to not see TWO bubbles in BOTH tires side walls if they were in fact air tested. Terrible customer service post-purchase: I am stuck with two unusable tires and out $150. I will also be posting reviews on other outlets and reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau with the hopes of bringing awareness to their unethical business practices. Rarely, if ever, do I review non restaurants but Tire Squad was so great that I had to drop one. I called the store and the manager John Wayne was very knowledgeable and helpful with determining the size tires I needed and getting me set up to get them to the store. They required a 50% deposit to order them which more than made sense. They told me they'd call me as soon as they were in. The next day they called me as soon as the tires arrived and set me up with an appointment the same day to have them installed. Very professional when I got there, and installation for the four tires took less than an hour. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and were very forthcoming about pricing, etc. Would definitely recommend if you're in the market for new tires. read more

I have to say, I was so happy to find this place! Having a low and wide car, it is important for me to minimize the chances for damage or getting stuck (has happened in other places). The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful! Most importantly, they were VERY careful. I came in because I had a nail in my tire which some shops wouldn't even offer to patch. These guys did it with zero problems. They have awesome equipment, Hunter brand, and their lift is in-ground which is awesome for low cars! The shop was very clean and well maintained, they even have foam wrapped around the compressor hose lines to help prevent damage to cars, awesome. These sort of things matter. I hope I don't get another nail in my tire but I feel better knowing these guys are here. The best thing is that the staff doesn't have that typical Miami d-bag attitude and overcharge while underperforming, complete opposite, so much so that I was compelled to put up a review. I felt bad that I didn't have cash to tip the guys but hopefully a review will be worth more. I hope they do well and keep the prices low and service quality high!
