Took my car here for a leaking power steering hose. Although the leak was fixed, it was done in a very rushed and unsafe way. Instead of taking the time to undo the the 8 bolts on the cover covering the rack and pinion, they cut a square into the cover and then bent it to get to the hose. They then zip-tied the hose to the cover but left the edges sharp which might cut the hose in the future. Careful taking your car here, they cut corners. read more

This is a terrible place. They don't respect or care about the customers and have no commitment to deadlines. I called day before I wanted to go to get me car checked and tried to make an appointment they said that they don't work with appointments so went early in the morning the next day at 10 am and they said we're busy now come back at 2 pm so I went back at 2 pm and they told me ok, park the car and someone will check it out in an hour and probably the car won't be done today without even checking out what's wrong with the car!! Not to mention that they're not cheap either! So don't reccomend it at all for anybody! read more

After being quoted almost $2400 by Land Rover for service I knew I didn't need, I called this place and was amazed how inexpensive their quote was. I called Friday around 4 and they told me to come in Saturday at 8am. I arrived a little late but they were still very professional and thorough. I went in for the front brake pages and sensors to be replaced and after they inspected the car they told me that I would need the rear done in not too long so I told them to go ahead and replace all 4. The work was done within a few hours and the price was a 4th of what Land Rover wanted to charge me for the same service. This is the place I will be taking my Range Rover Sport to from now on. They are honest, inexpensive and the work is done in a reasonable amount of time and the price is great! They even washed the car after the repair. Called owner, Frank, at the last minute and asked for a full brake/rotor replacement quote. After leaving dealer, dealer explained I only needed a rear brake sensor replaced. Called Frank back and he gave me a super fair and reasonable price to replace the sensor and allowed me to buy the OEM part from the dealer. I got delayed at the dealer and he told me he would wait for me a few minutes after hours. When I got there, he kept his word and was waiting for me, and honored his original quote to replace the sensor. He helped his tech and made sure job got done correctly also. Saw the great reviews on Yelp from Tuned Autoworks and decided to give them a try. I called them on a Tuesday to see if I could do my Brake Fluid Exchange on my Honda Civic but with my busy work schedule during the week, I asked if I could go on a Saturday. Spoke with a nice and professional gentleman that answered the phone and he said Saturdays are by appt. only. I asked if I could make an appt. for the upcoming Saturday and he said it was fine. Their price was very reasonable (way better than those expensive dealership prices). He asked if I wanted to do a Tire Rotation and when I asked how much he would charge me for it, he said for free since the tires were already taken out since they had to take them out anyway to do the Brake Fluid Exchange. That right there gained my trust on them. If it was another shady mechanic (and me being a woman and all) he probably would have taken advantage and charged me more, but because he's an HONEST/TRUSTWORTHY mechanic, I gave them their well deserved FIVE STARS for their honesty, professionalism and work (from the moment I was greeted by the nice lady at the Front Desk to the gentleman which I believe was the owner and his mechanics). There was a tip jar and I just had to give them a tip (because they just gained one more happy new returning customer ). I will definitely come back and recommend them to all my family and friends, and anyone out there who wants a trustworthy mechanic (which is very hard to find now a days).
