I was expecting less to be honest from a place like this but let's hope they did a good job and didn't use the cheapest of synthetic oils. Definitely a plus how quick and effective it was. You wait in your car in a line until it's your turn. You're on a ramp so they just go underneath to replace. No lifting of your car or anything. Very quick. I'll pay extra for that. I'll update if I experience any problems.

Despite that, I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes just to be told they couldn't even service my truck because they "ran out" of the proper oil. What made it worse was the attitude. When the employee finally called me up, he was rude and dismissive. No apology, no effort to help--just straight attitude. When I suggested they should have someone upfront letting customers know they were out of oil, he snapped back saying they were "too busy" to do that. Too busy? There were barely any cars there. I've been coming here for over 10 years and have recommended this place to so many people, but clearly things have gone downhill. The customer service is terrible now, and it feels like management just doesn't care anymore. Also, I'm Hispanic, so I don't mind speaking Spanish--but for anyone new to Miami, good luck coming here because no one seems to speak English. That just adds to the frustration when you're already dealing with poor service. To make things even worse, I called after I left to explain my situation, hoping maybe someone would at least acknowledge it or try to make it right. The person who answered the phone clearly didn't care at all--basically just told me "alright, too bad" in Spanish and brushed me off. This place is ridiculous. It honestly feels like nobody there cares about customers anymore. Save your time and money and go somewhere else that actually values your business. Really disappointed. You just lost a loyal customer of over 10 years.

My coworker recommended them and he was right on point. They are affordable and efficient. Their mechanics work hard, get it right, and are efficient. As for the price they really do have great rates ($155), I worried that it would have cost twice as much. The only thing that takes one star away is "checking out". I saw my car moved in to several bays as they worked on it and finally sat parked for quite a long time before I had to approach the counter and ask if my car is ready. I probably would have been out an hour earlier if I was paying closer attention. Ultimately I finally found a service center I can count on to get honest work done at a fair price. This will be my go to center from now on.

I think I found my new Porsche place even if it's an hour drive. Very meticulous, knowledgeable and professional. Very clean bathroom and waiting area was nice and even provided munchies, coffee, cold sodas and water, gratis. They've been doing this for a while and are doing things right (as you'll see from the many awards they've won over the years). Did a great job with my annual maintenance, mostly consisting of changing oil and checking electronics, sensors on Tire Pressure Sensors (which were off) which they filled tires, reset sensors (no additional charge) and everything else was good to go. Alerted me to substantial tire wear without trying to push tire purchase on me as they would many other places. Prices very reasonable and without a doubt a long way from Dealership prices or some of these HOIDY TOIDY shops, (no names of course). Thanks for your GREAT SERVICE (hard to find these days). I will be back!

The closest one to me, was Miami's quality auto repair, which was an hours' drive away. I have to tell you that it was worth the drive. From the moment I walked in, I received professional service that started with a brief summary of what they were going to do to my car to assess the problem, while I filled out paperwork. Their nice waiting room had refreshments and snacks with clean chairs. They informed me they were going to do an inspection, how much it was, and once I approved the repair quote they would immediately get started on it. 30 minutes later, they were able to tell me what the problem was in a detailed report with pictures and video that was emailed to me. I really do appreciate the timely professional service and the transparency when it came to how much it was going to be to fix my car. They also provided a free loaner car. It was not pretty, but it handled like a dream and purred like a kitten on the palmetto expressway. thank you so much to Andre and Carlos and their team of mechanics. I will definitely go back to this family owned business with Bertha(birthcontrol)the loaner car. As someone who is not that Car savvy, I really appreciated their whole timely, transparent process that was thoughtfully explained to me in a patient manner. He told me what the car needed was the spark plugs, he charged me $1000. He told me before leaving if the engine lights comes back on it's because he did not clean out the injectors properly and to come back they will check it and take care of it full warranty. When 3 days later a check engine comes back on and I took it back, the other assistant mangers said it's a coolant code I'm going to out coolant fluid if it's a censor we have nothing to do with that. After I picked up my car it started turning off on me ( this had never happened before ) the next day I went in ( today) and Jorge told me there's nothing he could do to go to Porsche because he doesn't have the parts.
