Things have changed for the bad at Naulin. Got an outrageous estimate for a transmission and differential fluid change, $837! Hell no! Sorry. Prices have gone way up over there. Overhead costs through the roof. I no longer recommend Naulin. Expect to pay much, much more for any services there. No longer reasonable pricing. I just literally got home from Naulin and I'm already writing a review, that's how satisified I am with the service. My audi a4 was shuddering on idle (check engine light on) , and I thought it might be one of the ignition coils or spark plug. Went to Firestone at 7am and they're trying to charge me $100 for computer diagnostic and I said NO so I went to autozone and they checked it for free, they told me all 4 coils are bad and I need to change them (I didn't believe them because all 4 of them??), went home and searched for auto repair around miami, found Naulin. I went there and Pedro (owner) checked my car (free diagnostic), within a minute he found the problem and it was a small loose valve that connects to the engine (only costs $65 for the part, compared to changing the coils for $35 each plus the spark plug) and it causes to missfire the coils hence the shuddering of the car. It only took him 30 minutes to change it. No wonder his business has a complete 5 star reviews. Pedro was honest and won't rip you off. It's very hard to find a very good mechanic like him, I'm definitely gonna go back to him whenever I have car problems. read more

Naulin Auto has knowledgeable mechanics, fair pricing, and a quick turn around time for most work. Pedro is now my go-to mechanic for any job, big or small. When my lasy mechanic retired I went through 4 other shops before I made it to Naulin. I stopped looking for the right shop since then because I found it. I've come to learn that when I bring my car to him I know he will diagnose what's wrong and be able to fix it in a very timely manner. I bring my wife's car to him as well and he does a great job on hers (which is much newer than mine) so he knows a thing or two about newer autos as well. His labor charges are not expensive and he can usually get parts for prices comparable to internet parts houses (we all internet comparison shop now, don't we?). You can also bring your own parts, as I've done with some aftermarket upgrades. He also lets me know what I should fix in the future. What sets this shop apart from others is that in the process of telling me this there is no up-sell, no "you NEED to do this" (even though it isn't really necessary) like at the dealer or the big chain auto repair shops. I went to this shop to get an oil change and tires rotation for my 2014 Audi A4. After everything was done, I noticed an odd noise when I drove the car. I brought it back and when Pedro inspected the car, he noticed the rear tires were chopped, and soon needed to be replaced. I told him, the tires were almost new and I had only driven them for 9k miles, he then advised me to go back where I got them from and to get them replaced under the warranty. So I went to Tires Plus and got the car inspected again, Tires Plus inspected my car and told me that in fact the tires were bad, but to my surprise, they told me it wasn't covered under the warranty because my shock absorbers were bad and needed replacement too. They claimed the shocks caused the damage in the tires and I needed to replace them asap and also get new tires. Tires Plus quoted me $1500 for new shock absorbers alone, so I went back to Naulin and Pedro inspected the shocks, he was kind and patient enough to explain to me that my shocks weren't bad or in need of replacement, more importantly, he explained to me why the shocks couldn't have made the damages on the tires. Tires Plus wanted to charge me $1500 for new shocks and on top did not want to replace my tires under the warranty. With all the knowledge I got from Pedro and Luis about shocks, tires and cars, etc... I went back to Tires Plus and outlined the reasons why my shocks weren't the problem and demanded my tires replaced under the warranty, they couldn't argue with me anymore because I was right, and this second time they offered me a full credit for all 4 tires plus installation. I don't normally write reviews. But it's important to share this experience and give them the credit they deserve. They are truly great, and most importantly honest. I'm very grateful, and happy I found it on Yelp. 5 stars well deserved! read more

Let me start by saying that my career revolves around customer service and knowing how to treat your customer's experience. In my own experience, it's very unusual to find an auto service that puts their customer experience ahead of their profit margins. I had ordered parts online that thought would fit my car, so I decided to go somewhere new to have these parts installed. They provided me the best quote, so I decided try them out. When I walked in, I was immediately serviced, and they took my car in within minutes, although it seemed they had other customers waiting for their cars that were already being serviced. They were busy, but the customers never seemed to have felt as they were waiting too long. After a few minutes of my car being serviced, I was told the parts I brought them to install were not the right size, and they even took my to see how it was not fitting. They walked me through how I can order the part online and what size to look for, since there were a variety of parts that seemed to have fit my car, but my ignorance led me to believe otherwise. After them showing me why the part didn't fit and how to order it correctly for next time, they didn't charge me anything for the time they spent trying to fit a part I gave them. I asked to be charged something for their time, and they declined any money since they weren't able to resolve my service, although it wasn't their fault. I am definitely coming back to have this auto service take care of any of my future services.
