This is the second time I bring my vehicle to this mechanic. I am in the auto industry so I have a lot of reservations when choosing someone to work on my vehicles but this shop has come across as knowledgeable and honest. They kept me updated throughout the repairs and gave me guidance on some other things that I may want to look at. Everything they suggested was necessary based on my experience and they did not recommend anything that wasn't. I will continue to bring back my vehicles here for their maintenance and repair as I am confident in this business. read more

Awesome service and they were able to recharge my AC. My car's AC runs like new now and cold. I live pretty far but I don't mind the drive going to Naulin to have any repairs. If I lived closer, I would go and do all my maintenance with them. Highly recommend them if you need vehicle repairs. read more

Things have changed for the bad at Naulin. Got an outrageous estimate for a transmission and differential fluid change, $837! Hell no! Sorry. Prices have gone way up over there. Overhead costs through the roof. I no longer recommend Naulin. Expect to pay much, much more for any services there. No longer reasonable pricing. Changing to an independent auto service that has much less overhead and doesn't charge outrageous and skyrocketing prices. Good bye Naulin. read more

Sent my wife to another shop down the road. Didn't seem interested in helping her. No customer service whatsoever.

Next day after my initial visit another problem came up, unrelated to the work you did on Monday. I brought the vehicle in and you took care of that problem, and would not accept any payment. Thank you!!! Oh and by the way, thanks for the little In Touch booklets you have in the waiting room, in both English and Spanish. read more

Naulin Auto Service is by far the best auto mechanic shop I have ever been to in my time as a driver. I've been going to this auto service for about half a year to a year and I always got amazing stellar service at an affordable price. They're honest with you, want your issues with your car to be fixed and don't overcharge which is an issue that I have found at other shops (Firestone , dealerships , and tire plus). Pedro has always been really helpful and quick to respond to any issue I have with my car. I highly recommend anybody to bring their car here as I've been loyal Customer for about a year. read more

Naulin Auto Service delivers Gold Star ethical and quality service. I contacted them after getting the usual terrible service and horrible communication we are forced to accept from the "new normal". They provided excellent communication and honest, insightful professional advice on how to proceed. I take pride in being a handy mechanically savvy do-it-yourselfer, but I know my limitations. Called them after reading the amazing reviews that I know now are very well deserved! I'm a new lifelong customer! Thank you for being the only "Old School" real deal fantastic auto service in town! read more

This is hands down the most honest mechanic in all of Miami. A lot of places will go out of their way to trick you into buying & replacing things you don't need but Pedro(the owner) is not like that at all. He does great work at fair prices & only charges you for what really needs fixing or replacing. He will give you a free estimate for any installation or repair work. He also has a machine for leak checking & recharching air conditioners low on freon. He has several lifts & can handle just about any automotive task from a simple oil change to a full motor swap. read more

Pedro and his staff have been amazing. As a military member moving every 4 years, it makes it hard to find a honest and reliable mechanic. Well, I found one and will continue to bring my vehicles to Naulin Auto Service. Pedro and his staff have done an amazing job with valve cover gasket replacements, transmission leak repairs, and a camshaft replacement on my wife's Jeep Wrangler. Pedro, you have amazing customer service and will have me as a customer as long as I am stationed here. I highly recommend everyone to swing by and check out this wonderful auto service center. Trustworthy, honest, and they stand by their work. Thanks! Joe & Bianca read more

I have always trusted Naulin Auto Service. They are professional and honest - good luck finding that anywhere else in Miami.

Naulin Auto Service was a breath of fresh air particularly in this economy where it's hard to find good service and when you do, it's typically at a premium. My experience at Naulin was the opposite. They provided honest and quality service, they addressed the issue with my vehicle promptly and were a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely 100% recommend their services. read more

Honest with what was wrong. Fit me in quickly. Gave me estimate before proceeding with repairs. Much better than trying your dealership which will just do the more expensive system overhaul. New engine mounts with parts with a long lasting warrantee. Highly recommend. read more

My 06 Tahoe was had a rear main seal leak and I was losing about a quart of oil a week. They were able to drop the transmission and replace the seal along with a worn water pump in less than three days. I came in here with a check engine light on and my car was shaking while on idle. I called ahead to explain the situation and they were very friendly and very informative. They're honest hard working people. They were able to see me pretty quickly and resolve a pressing matter. They were thorough in their explanation and suggested less pressing matters to be worked on in the near future without being in no way pushy. This will be my forever mechanic which is a lot to say considering going to the mechanic is a stressful situation because you don't know if they are being genuine with you. This was not the case here. I left with above average service and I highly recommend Naulin Auto Service! I'll be back for all future mechanic needs. Thank you so much for the great service!!!! read more

Been using them as my exclusive mechanic for years. They've always been very honest and very good with presenting you with all the options. As well as letting me know what's really necessary and what can wait a bit longer. Haven't been able to trust any other mechanic in the city since I first came here. read more

I just literally got home from Naulin and I'm already writing a review, that's how satisified I am with the service. My audi a4 was shuddering on idle (check engine light on) , and I thought it might be one of the ignition coils or spark plug. Went to Firestone at 7am and they're trying to charge me $100 for computer diagnostic and I said NO so I went to autozone and they checked it for free, they told me all 4 coils are bad and I need to change them (I didn't believe them because all 4 of them??), went home and searched for auto repair around miami, found Naulin. I went there and Pedro (owner) checked my car (free diagnostic), within a minute he found the problem and it was a small loose valve that connects to the engine (only costs $65 for the part, compared to changing the coils for $35 each plus the spark plug) and it causes to missfire the coils hence the shuddering of the car. It only took him 30 minutes to change it. No wonder his business has a complete 5 star reviews. Pedro was honest and won't rip you off. It's very hard to find a very good mechanic like him, I'm definitely gonna go back to him whenever I have car problems. read more

Naulin Auto Service - Bear will entertain you while you're waiting for your car to get fixed. - Auto Repair Near Me - Miami, Florida

When you go to Naulin, you are greeted by a giant, yet super kind dog who just wants some scratches. Then, you meet Pedro, a humble yet very knowledgeable mechanic who gives you a very fair price and does high quality work. He is friendly and has no problem talking cars or racing with you - it is clear he followed his passion to his work, it's not just a paycheck. I love cars and am always very hesitant about mechanics and try my best to do the work on my own. However, since moving to my new location, I am at the mercy of a condominium association that hovers over the parking lot like hawks. If I so much as pop my hood, I can almost guarantee a complaint letter. So, I was introduced to Naulin by my girlfriend. She has Naulin take care of all of the routine maintenances there for her Scion TC and has always been treated fairly, no price gouging and no issues with any repairs. I have gone in a few times and Pedro has always been great, he even gave me some tickets to the Homestead Speedway so I could check it out. My car is my baby, and I take very good care of it. After seeing some of his repeat customers and speaking to them about their 300zx's, WRX STIs and just everyday cars, I was confident my car is in good hands. My first job through Naulin was given a great time frame and price and I couldn't be happier. In a sea of shady mechanics that have no real knowledge and just want to squeeze you dry, Naulin is a welcome find. read more

Naulin Auto has knowledgeable mechanics, fair pricing, and a quick turn around time for most work. Pedro is now my go-to mechanic for any job, big or small. When my lasy mechanic retired I went through 4 other shops before I made it to Naulin. I stopped looking for the right shop since then because I found it. I've come to learn that when I bring my car to him I know he will diagnose what's wrong and be able to fix it in a very timely manner. I bring my wife's car to him as well and he does a great job on hers (which is much newer than mine) so he knows a thing or two about newer autos as well. His labor charges are not expensive and he can usually get parts for prices comparable to internet parts houses (we all internet comparison shop now, don't we?). You can also bring your own parts, as I've done with some aftermarket upgrades. He also lets me know what I should fix in the future. What sets this shop apart from others is that in the process of telling me this there is no up-sell, no "you NEED to do this" (even though it isn't really necessary) like at the dealer or the big chain auto repair shops. Just a friendly reminder. That would definitely be the word to describe this business, friendly (and knowledgeable, of course). read more

So happy and impressed with Naulin Auto Service! They took me out back to show me what was going on with the vehicle so I can understand, loved that because I'm a visual person, and in the auto world I'm not very fluent...I can defend myself but that extra visual and explanation is ALWAYS helpful. As far as cost, parts were affordable, and service is fair. Definitely recommend! read more

My family and I have been coming to Naulin for more than 5 years now, Pedro (the owner) has always been honest and fair with all of the work he's done over the years! I went to this shop to get an oil change and tires rotation for my 2014 Audi A4. After everything was done, I noticed an odd noise when I drove the car. I brought it back and when Pedro inspected the car, he noticed the rear tires were chopped, and soon needed to be replaced. I told him, the tires were almost new and I had only driven them for 9k miles, he then advised me to go back where I got them from and to get them replaced under the warranty. So I went to Tires Plus and got the car inspected again, Tires Plus inspected my car and told me that in fact the tires were bad, but to my surprise, they told me it wasn't covered under the warranty because my shock absorbers were bad and needed replacement too. They claimed the shocks caused the damage in the tires and I needed to replace them asap and also get new tires. Tires Plus quoted me $1500 for new shock absorbers alone, so I went back to Naulin and Pedro inspected the shocks, he was kind and patient enough to explain to me that my shocks weren't bad or in need of replacement, more importantly, he explained to me why the shocks couldn't have made the damages on the tires. Tires Plus wanted to charge me $1500 for new shocks and on top did not want to replace my tires under the warranty. With all the knowledge I got from Pedro and Luis about shocks, tires and cars, etc... I went back to Tires Plus and outlined the reasons why my shocks weren't the problem and demanded my tires replaced under the warranty, they couldn't argue with me anymore because I was right, and this second time they offered me a full credit for all 4 tires plus installation. I don't normally write reviews. But it's important to share this experience and give them the credit they deserve. They are truly great, and most importantly honest. I'm very grateful, and happy I found it on Yelp. 5 stars well deserved! read more

Last minute my daughter needed her break pads replaced as well as the rotor. I had researched various mechanics on yelp and saw that Naulin had great reviews. I wrote a message to them on Saturday and they answered me right away. I was in on Monday morning at 8:30 am. Pedro explained in great detail about the break pads and rotary replacement. He was very professional. The car is driving great. Will definitely come back and highly recommend Naulin Auto Service. read more

I found Naulin auto repair on Yelp. I was very impressed with all the amazing 5-star reviews given to them by other customers. That is the reason I chose them when my mothers car had engine trouble, and a check engine light came on. Being born and raised in Miami I know there are a lot of shady people with shady business etiquette here so I was a bit apprehensive at first. But I put my trust in Yelp and all the customers who gave them great reviews! They thoroughly assessed the car until the solution was found. I took my mom to pick up her car when it was ready and I met Pedro Naulin and his father in law. They were very welcoming, courteous and professional. They explained what the problem was and even topped off her oil which was low. They treated us like family and I will definitely use their services again in the future! read more

Let me start by saying that my career revolves around customer service and knowing how to treat your customer's experience. In my own experience, it's very unusual to find an auto service that puts their customer experience ahead of their profit margins. I had ordered parts online that thought would fit my car, so I decided to go somewhere new to have these parts installed. They provided me the best quote, so I decided try them out. When I walked in, I was immediately serviced, and they took my car in within minutes, although it seemed they had other customers waiting for their cars that were already being serviced. They were busy, but the customers never seemed to have felt as they were waiting too long. After a few minutes of my car being serviced, I was told the parts I brought them to install were not the right size, and they even took my to see how it was not fitting. They walked me through how I can order the part online and what size to look for, since there were a variety of parts that seemed to have fit my car, but my ignorance led me to believe otherwise. After them showing me why the part didn't fit and how to order it correctly for next time, they didn't charge me anything for the time they spent trying to fit a part I gave them. I asked to be charged something for their time, and they declined any money since they weren't able to resolve my service, although it wasn't their fault. I am definitely coming back to have this auto service take care of any of my future services. They left a great first impression on me, and I can't say the same from other auto services I've experienced. I strongly recommend anyone that needs their car serviced try this place out. read more
