I'm sharing this photo as proof of the tire this shop sold me -- it clearly has a visible hole. After the full installation was completed, I was the one who noticed the damage, not their staff. When I pointed it out, they simply said it was a 'minor cosmetic issue' and offered a small discount as a solution. They couldn't replace the tires because they didn't have any others of the same type in stock. My invoice is attached as confirmation that I'm a legitimate customer. Considering the price I paid and the additional service fees, this experience was extremely disappointing. I also emailed them afterward and never received any response. I expected honesty and accountability, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. read more

Amazing staff!! I brought my Jeep in because my back tire was not holding air. The shop was busy so it would be about an hour and a half of wait time. Danny checked out my Jeep and saw that there was a screw in the tire. He said not to worry and that he will go ahead and take care of it right away. He took my jeep in and about 15-20min later, Danny handed me the keys. I was so surprised! Since I got the tires from them and had road hazzard with it, there was no charge. If you are planning to go here for an alignment, Don't. When I left here my truck was pulling hard left. So I took it to where I should have gone in the first place. Which is the Alignment factory, the alignment cost was also more reasonable. They even knew that my truck model was known for certain problems with alignment especially with non factory tires and suspension and they adjusted for that and now my truck drives straight. They even fixed my steering wheel which was off at no extra charge. This place will just show you green based on factory specs and not take any modifications into account. Save your time and hard earned money and call the alignment factory **Response to Marcus** I am not sure what test drive you all did but the second I left the shop to hop on the highway to head back home it was still pulling exactly the same as when I brought it in. You all did not tell me anything about why the alignment would be off until after the "alignment" was done. Your tech told me it could be because of a bad leaf spring, I asked the guys at the alignment factory and they told me that my leaf springs are fine. The reason it was almost a month is because that is when I had free time from work to get the alignment fixed. My steering wheel was also only off by a little bit before I brought it in and it was the same when I left. I had maybe put 10 extra miles on the truck on top of the drive home from your shop. As time is limited I did not want to take it back to you all since the job was not done correctly the first time. The alignment shop did it correct the first time and had the extra knowledge of the vehicle and modifications to make the car drive straight regardless of what the numbers are on paper. If you all had done the job correctly the alignment shop would have told me its not the alignment and its something else wrong with the truck. Thanks for letting me know about the steering wheel being included as part of the alignment even though mine was not fixed leaving your shop. My car tire had a nail in it and came to the Tire Squad to take care of the problem. I was greeted at the front desk by Javier who was very friendly, polite and professional. He was also very honest and gave me all my options. Never once did I feel they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. Their prices are excellent. My mechanic was Gabriel. He brought my car in immediately and once I decided on an option got working on it and in less than 15 minutes the work was done and I was on my way. I went to patch my tire due to a nail in it and the service was very good, the staff was very nice and professional. My only comment was that for a business that requires customers to often wait for their cars, i found it was pretty odd that there would be no wireless signal for Customers. Started off good but one tire they sold had a small hole on sidewall that no one saw. After mounting, 6 hrs later, tire was flat. Went back to Tire Squad and they didn't want to cover it. No good. Threw away money on 1 tire and it was Continental 22" so I wasn't cheap. Owner responded by saying road hazard. It was defective tire with hole on side wall. Owner advised should have brought after mounted, mounted tires Wednesday 11-24 and brought home. Took next day they were open.. Tireaquad was closed 11-25 for Thanksgiving.No damage to new. wheel so it was not road hazard. Should not have sold defective tire and not cover it. I get 30 days but just mounted 1 day ago. Shame on Tireaquad for selling defective tire. Should cover defective. When a company won't cover their defective products. WATCH OUT read more

I went in because I had just bought new tires elsewhere but had bought wheels from them and needed them to be installed. I also requested alignment so needless to say the service was going to take some time. The service was five stars, but the reason I am giving it four stars is because of the mom of the manager. Her name is Tania and while my car was getting serviced, she came in and told one of the boys to "hurry up, you are taking too long with the car," I'm sorry but did you pay the $700 to get my car serviced? No, are you doing the service yourself? No. I had to call her and see what the problem was because I had paid the full amount to get my car serviced so I was a bit confused upon having this woman who was doing nothing telling them to hurry it up; i would also like to mention the place was not busy. The attention from everyone (not her) was outstanding and the service as well so I do highly recommend the place but sadly there is always that one person who seems to make the customer uncomfortable. read more
