Intercontinental Tire Corp did a great job. Honest / Nice people and good prices. I called many tire companies, but they had the best reviews and the people I spoke with were very nice. Plus, it's a family owned business. It was very easy making an appointment for my alignment. The technician took my my car for a test drive and felt the car pulling to the left. He used an alignment machine to adjust the angles of the tire (camber, toe, and caster). He also showed me a report that showed before and after the alignment, showing the improvement. It's important to get a tire alignment or you might get uneven or premature tire tread or the car may not drive straight. The lady at the front desk was also professional and there's a small waiting area. Bottom line, they did an excellent job because the car is driving straight and they was no upselling. I sent my car to get the wheels fixed and I knew the employee was going to need a key which was a unique key due to the car being a 1957 thunderbird. I went to go give him the key to where he was stationed at and the owner stopped me and started to yell at me saying a wasn't supposed to be here, not acknowledging that I was dropping off a NEEDED material for the repair which is mine. Furthermore, she was very disrespectful and not understanding as said in other reviews, and to add on I was bringing the piece due to the place not having the materials to complete the job then furthermore made me pay for a job that practically wasn't even started due to the employee not being able to open to use the key. !! Please acknowledge I would suggest any other place rather than this one after this experience !! read more

A few things you need to know about this Reviewer: 1) I'm a woman 2) I now next to nothing about cars. These two facts usually lead to my getting swindled by an auto shop. I was actually referred to intercontinental by my favorite Tire kingdom location. I had a nail in my tire in an odd spot that didn't allow for a patch (they thought). The gentlemen at intercontinental were honest and kind and they provided stellar service. I had a patch on my tire within 10 minutes for about $20 (and in true hispanic fashion I'd waited until the last minute to patch it before heading on a road trip). I don't know much about cars but I know a patch is a temporary fix and intercontinental will be the only place I will purchase replacement tires from. read more

Employees are very disorganized and dishonest. Went in to get 4 tires and 4 new valve stems installed and ended up in an argument with employee. Instead of using brand new stems employee put pretty sleeve over old worn stem and argued with me that they where new. When owner worked alone this bad practice and dishonesty didn't happen. When car got home it lost the air from one of the wheels that the employee had to redo. This could have caused an accident on the highway. read more

Really nice guys, was in and out in about 15 mins. I needed my tire patched but unfortunately my tire was shredding from the inside from low tire pressure due to a puncture. Had a new(ish) tire put on for only $35. Very fair price and an overall good experience!! I recommend!! read more

GREAT prices and even better service. The first time I went, they helped me patch a hole in my rim (not even the tire) for free! Without them, who knows how long that would've taken me to get resolved. I didn't even know where to go to get that fixed! A little difficult to find, but it is worth it! I found a screw in the tire (F150) and used Yelp to lookup a place to repair the tire. Stopped by and was greeted by the owner (forgot his name). Was charged a reasonable fee to install two patches to one tire (there were two screws). I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The crew was friendly and courteous. I found this place by pure coincidence years ago. Since then I've always come back when I need to change my tires. Just yesterday I got a flat tire, called them for a quote, they didn't have my tire size in stock but was told not to worry, they were going to order it for me. Sure thing, they called me a few hours later that my tire was already there. I went in today, not even 15 minutes later I was out the door. No hiccups, no headaches, no extras... in and out! Was in the area for work and noticed I had a flat tire didn't know where to go so I looked up yelp and found this place. Fast service great attitudes starting from calling the reset receptionist to the guys changing the tire. After I went in and paid I tip the guy and notice he gave half to the other guy that helped him I thought that was really cool. Highly recommend them. read more

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! First of all,I have a brand new car. Its never been in any shop except Intercontinental tires for a patch job.So I took it there to patch a tire a few months ago and they did great work for a great price. A few months go by and the patch seemed to have a slow leak, triggering the TPMS light. So i went into work that morning and filled it up with air. The TPMS light turned off within 5 seconds of driving it. So while the light was off, i took it back to intercontinental tires to have them replace the patch.. They take the tire off that they patched months ago and replaced the patch. They mounted up the wheel and now my TPMS light is Blinking non stop. Usually it turns right off after the low tire is filled to the correct PSI. So i figured something was wrong at that point. So i confronted them about it, and i figured maybe the guy busted the sensor while removing the tire accidentally, so i had him pull the tire back off and show me the sensor was still in good shape. So he did, and I visually inspected the sensor, and it did look perfectly fine. So the tire went back on and I drove it for a little while to see if it would reset. Days later, the light is still blinking and I decide to take it to the dealer. The dealer informs me that the sensor in the wheel they patched was not the correct sensor for my brand of vehicle. So I bet the guy damaged the sensor and scrounged around the shop for another one t0 throw in. (it did take him 40 minutes to patch a tire)Now remember the car is brand new, under 7k miles on it, its never been to any shop except for the patch job at their shop, and the light was OFF before they re-patched it (because i filled it to the correct PSI before going there). So I go back to the tire shop to confront them and show them what the dealer found, and of coarse they DENY it all the way. That is a horrible way to run a business and I hope nobody else gets shafted by them and the unprofessionalism that their shop has. I now have to pay $275 to get a new sensor and have it programmed by the dealer. I will never go back, and I will not recommend them anymore. read more
