This review must be more than 5 more than 10. I arrived desperately this afternoon with a bad tire...The ladies/owners are FANTASTIC. I have never had this high scale wonderful service. I am not from the area nor a regular customer....I was in and out in less than an hour. My tire could not be repaired however I was offered options, which I appreciate. THANKS LADIES... I wish you much more success and if I need help in your area again; Im to you.....THANKS, Paul read more

I've been coming here for years, always quick and friendly with a flat tire, be it patch or plug. Their prices are reasonable. Recently needed to replace a tire and they got me in and out in no time. Several bays to service multiple vehicles. My go to place for a flat. read more

Very friendly staff. Walked in and my keys were already in the techs hands ready to fix my tires. Great service. Thank you read more

I'm so happy I found this place! In the past, when I would have a flat tire, I would bring my car to a Goodyear or Firestone and be told that the flat could not be repaired and I would need to buy a new tire. Miller Tire is honest. If the flat can be patched, they'll patch it instead of trying to sell you a new tire. They also handle other issues. When I bought my most recent car, it didn't come with a front license plate holder. I ordered one online, brought it to Miller Tire and they installed it for $10. This morning I brought my car in because part of the engine splash had detached and was rubbing against the road. They removed it for $10. The ladies up front all speak English and two of them are graduates of Southwest High. :) What more could you ask for? read more

If I could give Miller Tire 10 stars, I would! My family and I have been getting our cars serviced here for many years. Each time I have to come in for whether it's a maintenance service or an emergency issue (which can occur) , I have always received nothing less than stellar service. The mechanics really know their skill and it shows in their work. The customer service in the front end is amazing! They are always, helpful, patient, honest and will not over-charge you for any service. As a matter of fact, they will always try to help the customer with any monetary concerns. I love this place! Very grateful they are close to home. read more

Amazing customer service. No long waiting time, complimentary coffee, good prices thanks.

Walked in to get an oil change, there was practically no one in there except for me. They asked me my name while typing in the computer. They then proceeded to ignore me and have a personal conversation for about 15 minutes regarding tenants that they want to evict. I sat there twirling my thumbs wondering if they were ever going to take down my information and proceed with the service. I literally just grab my keys turned around and walked right out the door and they didn't even notice. Ended up coming to the Miller tire on Bird Road and 97th Ave. here is where they told me that that Miller 107 it is not associated with Miller tire whatsoever. They are new owners new to the business. Poor customer service I will not be returning. I do not recommend, especially knowing they're new to the business. I wouldn't trust them working in my car. read more

Honest, quick and very well priced. Honest family business which I appreciate. I'll be back if I ever need service, definitely!

Wow, the customer service is impeccable! First off, this shop is owned by two sisters who are highly knowledgeable about cars. I felt such great vibes from them! I took my Cadillac in because it was stalling, and two other places were unable to pinpoint precisely where the problem was, so I was feeling hopeless. I got the car there around 11:30 am. They took my keys and told me they would call me with an estimate and proceed further if I agreed. My car was ready by 4:30 pm, and the bill was economical. My caddy is now running smoothly, and I am so happy to have found this shop! I will continue to bring all my cars here. As a woman, it's hard to handle car issues and not feel swindled but rest assured, you will be in good hands here!! I highly recommend it for all your car needs. The mechanic who worked on my car was Daniel. Thank you, Miller Tire! You all were heaven-sent! read more

Staff is very friendly and very honest about times! They reaffirm and check in if something is taking longer than usual! The mechanic not only pitched up my tire but brought to my attention some issues with my tire that I should bring up to the dealership. I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the service read more

I've had many nails in my tires and this place never disappoints. Very fast and efficient service. Recommend it 100%

Called and found the 2 tires I needed. The young lady at the front, Zurely was so knowledgeable and made it so easy for me. Govi made it simple for me --- never has a girl felt more knowledgeable about the tires she needed ! Thank you! read more

Got a nail in my tire, stop by and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The Tech was really nice and explained the options based on the puncture site of the nail on the tire. He was able to plug it and a few weeks later its still all good. I had forgotten my wallet with the rush to get the tire fixed and I was able to pay with apple pay via my phone. The charge was $15 which was a great price, other places I have used in the pass charge $20. Overall great service the office staff was very friendly. read more

I had a nail in one of my tires and they fixed it right away for me. Staff is super friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and it was reasonably priced. Definitely coming here again. read more

I am unfortunately giving this place a two star review simply because of unprofessional behavior. I had parked my car out front and received an unfriendly reaction from an employee as he raised his voice at me telling me to move my car and began walking at me quickly and aggressively. Luckily, another employee jumped in and cooled the aggravated employee. Otherwise, the service was great and my tire was fixed quickly. read more

Great service! Fast and Reliable! Highly Recommended! I always come here for new or used tires.

I took my car to Miller tire on Monday because my rear tires brakes were grinding! The mechanic (Daniel) asked me to take it for a ride and of course, the car didn't make a sound! I was so embarrassed I called my husband. Daniel told me that he knew exactly what it was and reported it to the front office. They looked up my account and saw that my past brake service was in December and it was still under warranty. They told me immediately not to worry that the brakes would be changed ... let me tell you, I was shocked! Absolutely amazing customer service, stress free and no issues! If you need a great mechanic and a place to take it to, this is the place to go. Trust me, I've been to them all! Ask for Daniel to be your mechanic. You won't be sorry! read more

I called before I got there to make sure they accept Apple Pay cause I forgot my wallet at home. The lady that assisted me on the phone was pleasant and helpful. Leo was my tire tech and he was able to find a needle size hole in my tire that had been making my tire pressure sensor go off for about one week. They were prompt, helpful and thorough. I recommend these guys . read more

I've never had a bad experience coming here (I've had to come 4 different times). Very friendly staff and they are very efficient and quick. Very affordable too, got a pretty much brand new "used" tire for $40. Highly recommend! read more

I am a semi regular client.... I showed up at 245 today (Saturday). I was turned away saying they were closing at that they close at 400 and there was 2 cars waiting. I guess I won't be a client anymore. read more

I come here to do my oilchange every few months and they always have great service, quick and efficient. Definitely recommend!

Do not take your car here. If you wanna wait 4 hours for them to tell you that they bought the wrong tire size to try to sell you on changing both tires. Then they decided to leave my tire flat... unbelievable. Horrible service. read more

This is not the same place that has been at this location for years. I found out the hard way that the new location for Miller Auto Care is 9798 SW 40th St. I came today for a nail in my tire and asked for a oil change as well. After an hour and a half, I was told the tire was patched but the oil change was still pending. When I went to pick up the car, they told me the tire couldn't be patched. I basically wasted 2 hours. As I was driving to the new location, the old oil sticker was still on the car and they didn't even reset the oil life. When I went to the new Miller Auto on Bird, they were able to patch the tire and even went out of their way with resetting the oil life. Never again will I fall for this trap. read more

terrible service, they overcharge for everything and the mechanics are so useless to the point that they order the wrong parts and blame it on the customers. read more

Needed new tires & oil change and decided to try out Miller Tire- what a great shop! Super accurate on estimated wait times, staff is friendly and they didn't try to make me spend unnecessary money like other shops do every time I go. Definitely coming back! read more
