I brought in my son's new car (a 2023 Mazda with only 20,000 miles) for an oil change over the weekend. After the service, warning lights for low engine oil started coming on almost immediately. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back, thinking maybe it was just a faulty sensor, especially since I had gone through a car wash. However, the warning light continued all weekend. On Monday, I took the car to a Mazda dealership, and they confirmed--via video--that the issue was due to not enough oil being added during the service. I shared that video with this shop, and instead of taking accountability and simply refunding the $100, they said they're "investigating." Meanwhile, I had to spend additional time and money fixing their mistake. This was a dangerous oversight on their part and completely unacceptable. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend them to anyone based on this experience.

Told me my battery needed to be replaced immediately, my shock needed to be replaced, and all four tires needed to be replaced. Total they quoted me was over $3000. My boyfriend took my car in so they couldn't do anything without my permission, which I obviously didn't give. We then took the car to autozone to check the battery, which was totally fine. I then took the car to another local mechanic for them to do an inspection, to make sure there wasn't actually something wrong with the shock or tires. What do you know, they said the car was in great shape, and didn't even mention either! Either way, these guys are con artists trying to scam people out of their money by scaring them with blurry photos of their car and telling them that if they don't fix it, it will fall apart.
