It's been a while since my last review of Leader Service, but as a loyal customer since 2010 who just visited this week, I felt it was time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Finding a mechanic that you trust can be tricky, and I am so happy that Angel and his team have been amazing, friendly, and trustworthy folks not just to me but my entire family.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We have been customers of Leader Service for over 15 years, and I have not visited another shop for my car since.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's worth mentioning, that for the majority of the time I've gone to Leader Service, I have had the same 2013 Nissan Rouge. It's wild to me that my car still runs perfectly fine - and it's because of the attention to detail and maintenance recs that the team here has shared with me. This week I went in for my regular oil change, and they discovered I also had a leak in my radiator and coolant tank. My friend recently had a similar issue with her car and my estimate was more affordable than hers. They are honest, helpful, and provide a great value for the level of attention and detail they give to each guest. In addition to being generally awesome, the Marathon Gas station that is also part of this building has been designated a Historic Landmark by the City of Miami since 1983. It has a classic Art Deco style and just shy of 100 years old. I think it's so cool that in the sea of new development in Miami the team here has remained committed to preserving the original architecture. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very friendly service overall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've taken my car here twice when I suspected I had a flat tire. The first time they removed the nail and made sure I had no leak and sent me on my way. Years later I came back when my car was constantly losing air - they helped me identify that I had a hole in the sidewall and couldn't be patched. They installed my spare for me so that I could get by until got a new tire. I decided to order the tire on my own so I could get the exact replacement which they did not have and brought it in to have them install that. [[HIGHLIGHT]]At first there was some confusion about if I could bring in my own tire, but it was cleared up that it was acceptable since they did not have that option to order themselves.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They were very fair with the cost of installation and removal of the old tire and worked quickly. Hard to trust any mechanic, especially in Miami. But this is the rare exception. Leader Service is a full repair and auto mechanic shop. There isn't anything they don't do. And the work is exceptional, reasonably priced, and they actually delivery on time. I hesitate sharing b/c I hope they don't get too busy, but they are a class act among some pretty awful companies. read more

These guys are so nice and helpful!!! I strongly recommend them! I drove down from Palm Beach for a Miami trip and my car was driving weird. Even though they don't work on infiniti's for what my issue was, they connected the computer, told me what the issue was (a sensor error), and reset the cpu so I could drive the car home to my local shop. It's really not easy to find a Miami business that's as ethical as this one. They have always been very honest with me about what needs to be done. My Jeep needed an oil change so I took in. I told Ed the car had vibrations, my key fob wasn't working, my start/stop wasn't working, that my tires were low on air and if they could also rotate the tires. He said he would look at the car but to leave it for the work day. He personally drove my car after putting air in the tires to see if that was the cause of the vibration. Then called me to tell me the key fob wasn't working because the battery was low and he changed the battery on the key fob. He also informed me he checked the start/stop and it that it needed the battery to be changed. He then told me he could change out my windshield wipers and he would personally drop off my car to get it washed if I wanted too so by the time I picked up the car it would be ready and clean. The attention and customer service is truly exceptional. It's very rare to find such great service. Cant stress enough how great the service was. Highly recommend them read more

Leader services is the epitome of an honest repair shop with no malicious intent of taking your money with bogus made up diagnosis of your vehicle. Ed and his staff are extremely helpful and always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They are honest, clean, efficient and most importantly fair. I've taken my truck here as well as my wife's Jeep and we have never had any complaints whatsoever. Bill and his boss Ed are really helpful and nice. My car had a weird noise that other people couldn't find the cause of. They did some inspections and the noise went away. Had a great experience....had not had service on our 2014 Suburu but twice and they said because there were only 9,000 miles on it there was no problem. They brought everything up to date and were so kind and welcoming. Our Suburu dealership had gone out of business and the closest dealership was too far away to be reasonable as we are both in our 80s. Called them up yesterday at 10am asked what's the best time to come in for a flat tire. I was 2 minutes away, at work. The gentleman replied, "come now." When I pull up, a gentleman approached my car (under the rain) and asked, "you're the guy with the flat?" - park it right here. I was out of there within 10-15 minutes. Do not take your car to these people. I took my bmw to them on good faith (was recommended by a family member) and was told it would be ready later that week. It then turned into a nightmare that lasted 47 days. Every time I called to ask about my car it was something else - they would make up things or find new things wrong with it. They lied constantly to me, saying it would be ready this week, or tomorrow. And when the day came - nothing. Then finally when the car was ready I picked it up only to get home and realize there was someone else's dry cleaning in my car. The owner of the shop called saying it was his, that he took the car for a "test drive" and picked up his dry cleaning with my car. Totally unprofessional. When I called, they would hang the phone up on me. And NOW On top of everything, my car broke down AGAIN.Never again read more

Hello reviewers, I would like to update my review about Leader Service. They showed me the old part which they replaced and checked the car for the leaks. Angel told me the smoke was coming because the residual oil was burning off and it was safe to drive. The cover was found and replaced as well. I did like the way he handled my concerns and I received so many positive comments about Leader when I brought this issue to the attention of my neighbors who were using their services for many years. I hope the oil will burn off soon because it still worries me a bit. I am thankful for the way they handled this post-repair issue. read more
