Fast, professional, and affordable. They fixed my car issues quicker than expected, and the quality of work was excellent

It's been a while since my last review of Leader Service, but as a loyal customer since 2010 who just visited this week, I felt it was time. Finding a mechanic that you trust can be tricky, and I am so happy that Angel and his team have been amazing, friendly, and trustworthy folks not just to me but my entire family. We have been customers of Leader Service for over 15 years, and I have not visited another shop for my car since. It's worth mentioning, that for the majority of the time I've gone to Leader Service, I have had the same 2013 Nissan Rouge. It's wild to me that my car still runs perfectly fine - and it's because of the attention to detail and maintenance recs that the team here has shared with me. This week I went in for my regular oil change, and they discovered I also had a leak in my radiator and coolant tank. My friend recently had a similar issue with her car and my estimate was more affordable than hers. They are honest, helpful, and provide a great value for the level of attention and detail they give to each guest. In addition to being generally awesome, the Marathon Gas station that is also part of this building has been designated a Historic Landmark by the City of Miami since 1983. It has a classic Art Deco style and just shy of 100 years old. I think it's so cool that in the sea of new development in Miami the team here has remained committed to preserving the original architecture. If you're in need of a new mechanic or just want to support a family-run business when you're filling your tank, check out Leader Service! read more

We had another excellent experience with Leader Service. The team is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They take real pride in their work and care about doing things the right way! They handled our service efficiently and with great attention to detail. They also went out of their way to be helpful and honest, which is something that really makes them outstanding!. Yay Highly recommend Leader Service if you're looking for experienced, trustworthy technicians and great customer service! read more

I had my first great experience with Leader Service. Ed was able to get what the issue of my car was in a blink of an eye, put me in their booking system real quick. Very professional, friendly and polite staff. I will definitely be back for my BMW X-2 repair or my other car. I would 100% recommend to all !!! I couldn't think I was in Miami as everyone is aware Miami is notorious to have the worst and rudest customer service in the whole America!!! read more

Great service, had an inspection done there and they were quick and showed us everything and explained everything very well. Price was good too, I will certainly be taking my car here from now on and would recommend it. read more

Amazing job fixing my classic jeep. Great service. Efficient and fast. Best mechanic in the miami area.

My friend recommended this mechanic and repair shop, and I could not be happier! They did a wonderful job, treated me well, and did not overcharge at all. It's such a relief to finally have found a mechanic in miami I can trust and who does wonderful work!!! read more

They are like family at this point. Ed, Bill and Angel are very kind and honest especially with my daughters and I. We feel confident that they are not overcharging us because we are females. The prices are fair and their customer service is the BEST!! I feel very lucky to live near their shop and can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. read more

Very friendly service overall. I've taken my car here twice when I suspected I had a flat tire. The first time they removed the nail and made sure I had no leak and sent me on my way. Years later I came back when my car was constantly losing air - they helped me identify that I had a hole in the sidewall and couldn't be patched. They installed my spare for me so that I could get by until got a new tire. I decided to order the tire on my own so I could get the exact replacement which they did not have and brought it in to have them install that. At first there was some confusion about if I could bring in my own tire, but it was cleared up that it was acceptable since they did not have that option to order themselves. They were very fair with the cost of installation and removal of the old tire and worked quickly. You can call / text about about coming in but I've also just showed up when I've had an issue. It can be a bit congested at times, but I appreciate their friendly customer service and clear communication, especially Bill. read more

Great service, quality and value New or classic car the got you. Very professional, fair prices and good communication read more

Hard to trust any mechanic, especially in Miami. But this is the rare exception. Leader Service is a full repair and auto mechanic shop. There isn't anything they don't do. And the work is exceptional, reasonably priced, and they actually delivery on time. I hesitate sharing b/c I hope they don't get too busy, but they are a class act among some pretty awful companies. read more

It's like having a set of relatives that will fix your car. Very trustworthy and interested in solving your car issues.

These guys are so nice and helpful!!! I strongly recommend them! I drove down from Palm Beach for a Miami trip and my car was driving weird. Even though they don't work on infiniti's for what my issue was, they connected the computer, told me what the issue was (a sensor error), and reset the cpu so I could drive the car home to my local shop. Good folks here! read more

What an Amazing Crew!!! Im an Uber Driver and we don't have to much time to stop and fix Everything in your car and this place really helped me out in a quick moment! Moved into the area a year ago, and these guys were recommended to us as the best car service near our house. They have taken care of us twice now, once for brakes and general service, and this time for tire replacement. Excellent service, very good pricing, and great communication. Will not take our cars elsewhere but here. Highly recommend them. read more

I've been a client of Leader for over a decade. They came highly recommended from different people I knew.... That was a decade ago. Want great service, reliable, affordable, honest, great energy, and your vehicle to be happy and peace of mind cause they go the job done right. Look no further for real!! Angel, Ed, Jr, the rest of the crew... From the top of my soul, thank you so much for being always professional, honest, and always giving me peace of mind ! Happy New Year, ride safe ! read more

Ángel and his staff are the very best in the area. I been having my cars serviced by them for over 7 years. They have always been upfront with any needed repairs and have actually talked me out of a few that they said weren't needed (Hard to believe, but true!). If you are looking to have your car serviced by excellent mechanics at a fair price, bring your vehicle to Leader. read more

It's really not easy to find a Miami business that's as ethical as this one. They have always been very honest with me about what needs to be done. I brought in my car today with a big error message, and was so scared bc google said it could be very expensive. They said they checked everything & couldn't find anything wrong with my car. They could've taken advantage like most miami businesses would but they've never done that. Their customer service has always been amazing and I absolutely trust this company. read more

My Jeep needed an oil change so I took in. I told Ed the car had vibrations, my key fob wasn't working, my start/stop wasn't working, that my tires were low on air and if they could also rotate the tires. He said he would look at the car but to leave it for the work day. He personally drove my car after putting air in the tires to see if that was the cause of the vibration. Then called me to tell me the key fob wasn't working because the battery was low and he changed the battery on the key fob. He also informed me he checked the start/stop and it that it needed the battery to be changed. He then told me he could change out my windshield wipers and he would personally drop off my car to get it washed if I wanted too so by the time I picked up the car it would be ready and clean. The attention and customer service is truly exceptional. It's very rare to find such great service. Cant stress enough how great the service was. Highly recommend them read more

Leader services is the epitome of an honest repair shop with no malicious intent of taking your money with bogus made up diagnosis of your vehicle. Ed and his staff are extremely helpful and always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They are honest, clean, efficient and most importantly fair. I've taken my truck here as well as my wife's Jeep and we have never had any complaints whatsoever. If you are hesitating on whether or not you should bring your car here for repair, do not look any further. This is definitely the place to go. They deserve ten stars! read more

Bill and his boss Ed are really helpful and nice. My car had a weird noise that other people couldn't find the cause of. They did some inspections and the noise went away. I drove the car away without noise and they didn't charge me because they haven't done the actual repair. If the noise comes back, I'll go back to them. read more

Thank you Leader. Angel and Ed are always so helpful, reliable, and honest. I feel very comfortable taking my car there. I have never been disappointed. read more

They took me right away and had my car ready quickly! Had an oil change and routine maintenance done before a trip

I have been taking my vehicles to this family owned shop for over 20 years and they have always been amazing. Angel and his team are top notch mechanics. I know that I can always trust them to give me the best service without having to worry about being taken advantage of. As a woman that's means a lot to me. I can always count on them to help me with all my mechanical needs!! read more

Excellent service from from our neighborhood mechanic. Always friendly, honest and excellent work. I've had my cars there for something as simple as a tire patch or an oil change to more complicated electrical issues. They've never let me down and I highly recommend Leader Service! read more

Had a great experience....had not had service on our 2014 Suburu but twice and they said because there were only 9,000 miles on it there was no problem. They brought everything up to date and were so kind and welcoming. Our Suburu dealership had gone out of business and the closest dealership was too far away to be reasonable as we are both in our 80s. We will use Leader Service as our car fixer from now on, happy campers. read more

Leader Services is the best mechanic location in all of South Florida. Speaking both English and Spanish, they can help you with almost any car issue, for the best prices in town, with the best service. I have continued to go to Leader Services for almost 20 years now, my mother goes there, my wife goes there, and everyone else in my family, and I always recommend them to all my family and friends. It's one of the few places in Miami you can trust with your car and I would strongly recommend them. read more

Called them up yesterday at 10am asked what's the best time to come in for a flat tire. I was 2 minutes away, at work. The gentleman replied, "come now." When I pull up, a gentleman approached my car (under the rain) and asked, "you're the guy with the flat?" - park it right here. I was out of there within 10-15 minutes. It was a miraculous experience. I felt like I must of been tellaporting out of Miami to a magical place that was professional, proficient, reliable and friendly. Best part was the customer service...and it's economical. read more

This is the 3rd time I take my care to Leader for service. My 09 VW Passat has low mileage (49k) for a car that is 12 years old. I feel they are honest and want to help out the best way possible. read more

Hello reviewers, I would like to update my review about Leader Service. They showed me the old part which they replaced and checked the car for the leaks. Angel told me the smoke was coming because the residual oil was burning off and it was safe to drive. The cover was found and replaced as well. I did like the way he handled my concerns and I received so many positive comments about Leader when I brought this issue to the attention of my neighbors who were using their services for many years. I hope the oil will burn off soon because it still worries me a bit. I am thankful for the way they handled this post-repair issue. read more

Very good auto service shop. I've gone to this gas station for years, but I never considered using the service shop until our regular place closed down. They were professional, took care of the things that needed to be done, and the price was reasonable. They also followed up later to make sure everything was good. I'll definitely go back. read more

They were truthful, helpful, timely, and cost efficient. Best place for car services! They patched up my Tesla tire with no problem. Thank you! read more

This place is hands down the best! I've been going since 2000 and have had run ins with other mechanics but I'm telling you it's not worth it. I've had regular maintenance for all my cars here over the years and nothing but smooth sailing thanks to their reliable, trustworthy and thorough service. Not only is it a family business but they always make you feel at home, explain everything, offer competitive pricing and are quick to turn your keys back to you! read more

This is the second time I take my car to Leader Service. and I would recommend them to anyone. they are very professional, I had to drop off my car because it had a vibration on the front end. they were able to fix a problem. Angel Jr. And Ed kept me updated through the whole process they called me a few times and gave me estimate of how much everything was going to cost before Any of the work was done which I thought he was pretty good as soon as I gave them the greenlight to do the work it was done In a reasonable time frame and the car feels like new. Great service they are great at what they do. read more

I have given them five stars because of the exceptional sense of trust and value. There is nothing like having piece of mind. It makes a huge difference having a reliable mechanic. Angel and the team over there deliver great service and will not try to take advantage of your situation. He is straight up and delivers as promised. I stressed for many years with several "shady" mechanics that lacked integrity and can not express how happy I am to have someone we can trust! read more

We have been clients of leader service for over 30 years and we can definitely attest that they are the best in Miami
