I brought my car in for what should've been a simple EVAP fix, but it turned into me having to take the car 3 separates times, 2 of them overnight and them overcharging me for their own mistake . First time they said it was fixed, but the warning light came on again next day. The second time, they told me the part was defective, so I left it all day again. Again the check engine light turned on after a couple days. By the third visit, the mechanic willingly admitted they knew I'd be back due to a bad part. Of course no one called me because these people don't care. Still I understood everyone makes mistakes and left the car without any attitude. Shockingly, when I got a call later, the front desk without absolutely any explanation wanted to charge me again for labor and parts. When I explained my frustration, I was told that now they wouldn't fix it EVEN IF I PAID because I expressed dissatisfaction. She said "no we're not fixing it anymore come pick up your car anytime" . I insisted but even though the mechanic said he knew I would be back right in front of her she denied that he said that. I literally had to convince the lady on the phone to take my money so they could fix the car. I couldn't afford another day and having to take it to another shop. I wish I could have. After insisting to please fix my car and take my money, the lady transferred me to maybe the owner or manager that gave me a discount , but I still had to leave the car overnight again. The fact that they charged me after having to take my car 2 extra times for their mistake upsets me but what really got me to write this is how humiliating it was to beg that lady to fix my car. No apology--just a runaround. If you only need an oil change, maybe they're fine, but for anything else, go somewhere else. No professionalism, no accountability, and I was left paying for their mistakes. Avoid them please. They tried claiming the third time I brought it was a separate problem but please look at the attached invoices and look at what was done. If you know anything about cars you know that if they knew what they were doing they would have had me in and out 1 time with 1 payment. read more

Flagler Auto Shop - Invoice - Auto Repair Near Me - Miami, Florida

I love Flagler Auto Shop. I've had to go there a few times to have tires plugged and they always take care of me right away. Recently, my son got a flat tire on his car and drove on it, so it was completely destroyed. They took us the same day and replaced the tire with a new one for $100 (including labor & taxes). This week, the front lower spoiler got knocked loose when he hit a curb parallel parking. The entire thing came unclipped and out of place from driving it on the highway. I went in this morning without an appointment. They were done within an hour and for $40 (waaaaayyyyyy less than what my research said it would likely cost). I highly recommend them. read more

I was quoted over $500 for a simple job that takes 20 minutes at most to complete. After letting them know that it was out of my budget and I would not be going forward with the job, they were extremely rude and said that I still had to pay something because they already went ahead and begun the job (this was after they told me the job was super lengthy and they wouldn't be able to complete that day and perhaps would be ready in a couple days) so I'm not sure how the job had already begun and how "they were almost done with the car." Not wanting to fight or complicate the situation, I agreed to paying their fee for really doing nothing to the car. Upon arriving to pick up the car, the two women at the register didn't even have the courtesy of saying hello or welcome when walking in. They ignored me when I greeted them. They tried charging us more than what was agreed over the phone with the excuse that they had to calculate "additional fees and taxes". The woman with the dark hair (Miguel's wife) was incredibly low class and rude to us because we chose not to have the service done (which I believe is up to the client to decide). Miguel might be a decent mechanic but his wife and the mother that sit behind the desk make it so that my entire family and myself will never come back here again. The EXACT SAME JOB that I was quoted $500 for was completed today by a different mechanic we know for $120 and it only took about 20 minutes and he explained exactly what the car needed to have done. He also showed us that it seemed someone had purposefully messed with one of the clamps that lead to the AC. This piece doesn't usually come undone unless someone is touching it for something. Incredible... so if you want someone dishonest, people who insult you, people who start speaking in a different language thinking you won't understand them, and people who ABSOLUTELY overcharge for the service, then come here! read more

while I think they properly repaired my daughter's vehicle, they also damaged her right front tire/wheel cap. When I called them to let them know this, they claim to have investigated the issue and refused to take responsibility. in addition, the person who speaks to clients continually interrupted me. What can you expect? it's a car repair shop. Should you decide to take your vehicle there, videotape it before you leave it with them. read more

Flagler Auto Shop - Auto Repair Near Me - Miami, Florida

Classic bait and switch. They gave me 2 different prices on different days for the same tire. When I finally agree to a price on a Friday, they tell me they have to order the tire, the weekend passes and now today, Monday, I'm calling to order the tires, now they are saying the tires are 20$ more expensive because it's now 2 days later, then they blamed it on tarriffs , for tires that are and have been in Miami. The lady on the phone proceeds to tell me that's the price if I want them pay for it if not then don't come. Horrible customer service with that response and won't even honor their own price. read more

great customer service, quick-to the point and honest. been coming here for 3 years and not once dissatisfied, thank you!

I will not be returning to this shop. Prices have increased exponentially over the years. I have used this shop's service for many years now, customer service is good, and they are reliable when it comes to fixes, however, these amongst a few other overpriced services are my reason for not returning: 1) a couple months back I tried to have my break light switch replaced(piece cost $10 and a very easy fix, the shop quoted me at $160). I went ahead and replaced it myself, no tools were needed, total price $10. 2) Today I went in for a water pump replacement, this shop quoted me at $320 for labor. While a shop nearby quoted me at $160. I went with the other shop. I felt bad for having them do the estimate on the water pump and not paying for any services so I went ahead and asked them to do my transmission fluid service. Cost was $278.00. At this point I figured this was overpriced as well. Thus upon arriving at the other shop where they fixed my water pump, I inquired on the transmission fluid change price and the other shop quoted me at $150 versus $278 that this shop was charging me. A difference of $130. I hope this helps other steer away from these inflated prices. I suggest calling other shops in the area before committing to paying this shop. read more

I have been a customer of this auto shop since 2010. Miguel and his team, in particular Pacheco, have really taken care of my car as if I was family. Jessica, Miguel's wife at the front desk, is sure to call me for estimates when that is needed. My car has been a great car, so at first I only went in for regular maintenance: oil change, breaks, tires, check ups before long trips, etc. More recently, as my car has gotten older, I had to take it in more often for more work. I always go in and can be at peace that they will take care of my car needs, treat me honestly and with respect, and give me the best prices. They have honored warranties in a battery as well. They stand by their word! I am in the process of buying another car and I will continue to use Flagler Auto Repair for all my cars' needs! They have been a blessing to me all these years! Thanks Miguel, Pacheco, and Jessica! read more

We have a roofing business and operate about 10 commercial vehicles and we take all of them here. We even take our personal cars as well. They always have great service, fair prices and they are honest which is hard to find in this line of work. Overall, contact them if you're in need of a mechanic. read more
