We took our vehicle in for some basic repairs but we got the car back worse than when it came in. There were parts left disconnected, and in the end I had to fix the issue ~ something they could have easily done but for some reason didn't. They claim to be able to help, but then turn around and claim to be "only a body shop" when the car still has issues, or blame it on the vehicle. This is such a disappointment and I hope they reconsider what sort of service they actually want to consistently provide, or in this case dismiss. I have an ollld car and the bumper was fallen on both sides. went for an estimate and Luis was so helpful... he found a way to fix the issue without having to order a new bumper, super creative and so considerate to my pocket. This shop did a horrible job fixing some slight scratches on my back left fender. Said it would take 3 days then proceeded to take 6 days, when we got it back most of the scratches were still there, the paint was peeling, left the liner out inside my trunk and left it all dirty, and caused some damage in the front who knows how. Now we took it back to get all those problems fixed, they said it would take a day on monday, went back tuesday because they called and aaid it was ready, they didnt fix a thing all they did was clean the ex, Now it is saturday 5 days later and they do not respond to my messages and calls. read more

Do not hire this people to work on your vehicle please. Very deceiving/dishonest; I had to hire a mechanic to go test drive the vehicle they said was repaired more than four times, the two times the vehicle was not in good condition. After like the 4th time test driving the vehicle, I was told by the owner which at that time was upset and trying to get rid of me, he told me the last thing was for me to take the car to the dealer. I said absolutely not; that they could take it themselves since they've had received payment from my insurance company to fix my vehicle, aroung 15K, that if they are not certified to work on the vehicle why charge for it, deceiving me and the Insurance company... Well, the worst experience ever had with a body shop. While doing the repairs they broke another part of my vehicle which they did not fix, I had to pay out of pocket $900 dollars and had to take to dealer to get it fix. Another thing, my vehicle was in their shop for more than two months, my insurance company at one point asked A Auto to cover the rental since they were taking so long with the repairs. The owner was upset, but said he will pay some days for the rental but never sent one cent. Leaving me to have to pay for what he agreed to cover. Well, I can go on and on, but don't have the time. Just know, I choose them from other dealers since they are in the gables and thought they have a lot of experience fixing high end cars, so why not. Seriously, do not judge a book by its cover!!!! Do yourselves a favor, go elsewhere to get your vehicle fix, do not bring your car to A Auto Tech !!!! read more

These craftsmen are honest and efficient. My car had to go in for repairs, and they didn't try to nickel and dime me, instead they actually tried to save me money multiple times. Not only did they complete the repairs quickly and efficiently, they also essentially detailed the inside of my car for free. I dropped my car off and it came back much cleaner, which I did not expect, because I thought I was only going to be having repairs done. I hate to complain about something 5 years after it was done, but I just found a very large item missing from under the front bumper cover when i removed it to fix my leaking washer fluid tank.. "The impact absorber". I know it was there the year before when I installed my daytime running lights. I had my black 350z convertible painted in 2018 at this location. The paint job was very good. There was an issue I found a year later where they did not reinstall the driver side door lock. I fixed that myself and chalked it up to an oversight. Now after I find this missing, I'm leaning more towards laziness and lack of responsibility. The parts $100 I'm not worried about that. I have a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was told exactly what was going to be done to my vehicle, appropriately how long it would take and I was given an estimate of the cost. Overall, a fabulous experience I only wish that they communicated more on their end. I didn't receive a call telling me where they were with the repair until it was ready to be picked up. In my opinion you should never do business with Aauto tech . I brought in my wifes car in months ago to be repaired. Apparently the insurance didnt pay them for all the repairs but I had not idea. The owner called me because i had my other car in their shop and i immediately called the insurance company with him on the phone and left them a message. today i went to the shop to pick up my daughters car and the owner came up to me complaining about the insurance not paying them. I informed him that if he wanted to call the insurance company while i was there i would be more than happy to help. I told him i would help him but i was not going to pay it. at the point he threatended to keep my daguthers car until i paid him for the other car which the insurance owed him money for repairs. at that point i had to call my attorney and my attorney informed him that he couldnt do that other wise he would have kept my car. Then the OWNER started cursing at my attorney at theat point an employee charged me with his fist closed threatening and cursing at me. im filing assualt charges and they have it all on video. I'm honestly ashamed that I didn't write a review for the team here earlier. They've done amazing work on two of my cars -- first, a Porsche 911 Turbo that needed bumpers repainted after a previous shop did a horrible job painting them. A Autotech matched the paint perfectly and I was floored with the results. I then had my BMW M3 in for various body and paint work over the years -- just had some dents removed from the hood, and the roof completely refinished and looking flawless. Not only has A Auto Tech done great work on my husband's car at a reasonable price, they really helped me out so much when my car had flood damage. They helped me get a tow truck and allowed me to keep my car there over the weekend even though they were pretty full. The insurance company determined it was a total loss so they had to tow it without a auto tech doing any work on it but they were still kind enough to let me keep my car there without charging me and helping me move my things out of the car.
