I had some damage done to the front right hand side of my car I took it to several body shops for estimates. The body shops I went to said they would have to replace my whole bumper. Jason said my damage was an easy fix and all they had to do was sand it and paint it. I was happy with the estimate for the work that had to be done on my car Jason was very nice and I brought my car in on Wednesday morning and got it back Thursday in the morning. I was very happy with the work that he did in repairing my car's damage. It looks like nothing ever happened read more

It has been a while since we last visited Prestige (which, considering what they do, I totally won't mind not being a duchess or even a regular of this business...), but when we went to the original location, we were surprised to see a banner announcing a new business name. After speaking to the staff there we feel suspicious that it's not exactly "new name, same great service", so we checked Yelp and found Hector and his crew again in their new location. Business has been so good they have now moved into this huge 10,000 ft facility, in their own building. Jason was great, professional and personable. He explained to us the options of repair or replace, so we can decide what to do, and gave us a clear time frame when he can work on our car and how long it takes. He had somewhere to go to, turned out his wife arrived shortly after we did to pick him up, but he still took the time to take good care of us and explained everything. New location, same great service. Their price is not the cheapest but if you unfortunately need bodywork on your car, and you care for the very best, for excellent service and a perfect job, trust me and other Yelpers on this. read more

I am so grateful to Jason and the crew at Prestige for what they've done for me. I adore my car and was heartbroken when it sustained some pretty bad damage. They made the process with my insurance a breeze, did amazing work on the car, were very communicative and understanding of my situation even when things got tricky during the pandemic. Jason went above and beyond to come through with his word and make sure my car was taken care of and I'm forever appreciative and could not recommend this place more. Thank you guys a million. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his team at Prestige! I had irreparable bumper damage and they replaced it quickly, working around my schedule and going out of their way to accommodate me so I wouldn't even have to rent a car while it was being repaired. They were very honest and prompt with the estimate and the price was very affordable! They get my highest recommendation! read more

Jason at Prestige Auto Body was extremely accommodating. I took my car here for a second opinion after being told it was totaled. Jason was able to save my vehicle and make it look brand new. He was always available by text/phone call & to me that was very important. read more

Fake reviews. Terrible service. Drive my car over 40 mile. Dishonest. Lost parts to my car. I think all these reviews are fake. I would not recommend I have proof these people have my car over a month. Didn't even get the job done when I received my car back. It was pieces missing. They swore up and down, but when I went back to the insurance adjuster who took pictures they showed the pieces were there and they still never reimbursed me nor sent me the pieces. This is on a Rolls-Royce. Also my miles were over 40 more miles then when I dropped it off. I never ever write reviews but stay away from this place not to mention when I got my car back. The floor of the driver seat was muddy. Dirty didn't even have the decency to clean. They made a mess in the car. If I can save one person from not coming here don't do it. I have proof text messages from the insurance adjuster that the pieces to my car were there when I dropped it off and missing when I picked it up. read more

If I could give more stars, Prestige would earn every one. The customer service was beyond! They clearly explained what they were going to do to fix my car and gave me my options. My car was involved rear ended and Prestige Auto Body repaired it and it looks brand new now. All the shops the insurance recommended had a 3 week wait to even take my car. Prestige took it the same day I called. They had the work completed in a reasonable time and even fixed some dents that were not a part of the accident. I highly recommend them. read more

Prestige Auto Body is the only place I trust to repair my vehicle in South Florida! Jason and his team have helped repair two of my vehicles over the past couple of years and I am convinced that they offer the best customer service and body work in all of South Florida. I am very grateful for Jason going above and beyond to repair my vehicle in a timely manner and with exceptional results. Thank you Prestige! read more

Very satisfied and grateful to have Prestige help me with my issue. Had a delivery truck side scrape my car and Jason walked me thru the process to give the faulty party what they needed which helped expedite fair payment. He was prompt with orders and high on quality. Nice finishing takes its time as well so manage your expectations. If you want something rushed and "perceivably" cheaper - go somewhere else and get ripped off. Not sure what the other people expect when they receive an estimate over the phone without Jason seeing the car. Jason gave me a phone estimate too but was transparent about the assumptions he made and gave me a better detailed number once he saw the car. It's a bit funny to expect an immediate phone call as if Jason runs a place like Best Buy. He's got 5 star reviews for a reason - because he spends time actually getting things done. Don't be upset if your not immediately in line. He'll get to your case promptly enough. read more

Had some initial issues getting ahold of someone on the phone. Best advice is to call around 9am or later. Jason, the owner is very nice and cares about customer service/satisfaction. They completed my service within a day (small job). Overall, very satisfied, would come back for future services read more

Great work, excellent work ethic. Highly recommended. Jason is responsive and professional.

The worst Body Shop Experience ever! They damaged more then what the truck was in there for.Damages that I still to this day am dealing with. They stated that they knew someone to fix the tears in my leather seat.Unfortunately the work was shoddy and now the seat since receiving my truck from them have problems with the electrical. They didn't take proper care to seal the seat when they removed it.They attempted to rewire the electrical on the fans and installed the relays right next to the radiator. Those eventually burnt up because of the heat. The owner is a scam artist and offers a lifetime warranty but has never reached out to me to offer the numerous complaints that I have stated. This guy is a complete liar. This Auto Body Shop is a far cry from what the ratings suggest they are. read more

they are VERY professional and make it really easy. It's a huge company, so I feel they stand behind their work. In Florida, if you have a broken or even chipped windshield, your insurance has to pay for it by law. My daughter's car has a complicated apparatus for adaptive cruise-control on the top of the windshield inside, but they re-calibrated it with no problem. read more

A few months ago (Jan) I took car in for some damage done to my rear bumper when someone ran into me. I met with the owner Hector who assured me they could do the work in a professional and expeditious manner. Sure enough the work was finished within a well acceptable time frame, even having the vehicle washed and vacuumed; to say I was satisfied with the workmanship would be an understatement! Hector and his partner (forgive me for not remembering his name) were more than helpful and cordial every time I spoke with them. Unfortunately I can't give 5 stars, as much as they deserve it for the work and service they provide; they are both extremely professional in every aspect of getting the job done. My issue is not with them but with the immature adult (and I use the term loosely) thief that works for them! I always keep about $5 in quarters in my center console for a self service car wash I frequent on a bi-weekly basis. Upon picking up my vehicle I realized ALL my quarters had been taken! The low life couldn't just take a few so as not to make it so obvious but perhaps he's not capable of critical thinking skills. I mentioned it to Hector as he was standing outside my car when I was about to drive off; whereby he went into his pocket and returned $2 to me. Hector apologized profusely and stated he would bring the subject up on the next team meeting that Friday. I feel bad for him and his partner but believe others need to be aware in case they too leave any coins in their cars. Outside of this incident Prestige Auto Body would definitely deserve 5 stars.... read more

I took my truck to Prestige Auto Body after being in an accident. Before I checked the reviews which were very good. Since I arrived, both Jason and the rest of the people who work there have treated me with great kindness. extremely professional son. I had no idea what the insurance procedure was like and Jason was a great help, always guiding me, advising me, answering my questions and even dealing with my insurance company for me. He did an exhaustive search of several car rental companies until he got me a great deal. He even paid me for an Uber so I could go pick up the car I rented. I am really grateful for all the help and the good treatment that they gave me at Prestige Auto Body and if I could give them 10 stars I would without hesitation. I recommend them 200%. read more

I have used Prestige Auto Body three times over the past 12 years and every experience was simply fantastic (that is why I returned for their services)! We are now moving out of state and I had some work that needed to be completed before we left. Jason was very helpful and put my work at the top of the list, but did not cut any corners and gave me a beautiful repair. He even made a special trip to a supplier to get some materials when they delivered the wrong item, instead of waiting for their corrected delivery. After getting into a car accident, I immediately called Fiat and they recommended Prestige Auto Body. After looking at the reviews, I decided to check it out. Hector and Jason were a pleasure to work with. They showed me that my bumper was a different color from my actual car and that they will try to color match better. After really looking at it, I was shocked! I didn't know that can even happen. My car is white, but my bumper was a cream color. As they started working on my car, they never lost touch and continued to keep me posted on its progress. When I get my car back, the bumper was the exact color of my actual car and I was beyond happy! My wife and I tried Prestige for our car that was crashed into. They took care of EVERYTHING, the customer service was INCREDIBLE, they communicated any delay and everything they were taking care of (so important), and gave us the car back SPOTLESS. I was promised to have the car within a week or a week and 1 day (weekend in between). This was delayed. I was supposed to get the car, according to what I was promised, by 06/29 (the latest). I got the car today, 07/08. The biggest problem, besides the delay, was the communication. I had to be constantly calling to get the status of the car, and would happen to find out that it was delayed even more. Hector, the owner, sould have called me on 06/29 to tell me there was a delay. He didn't. He should have called me many other times to tell me that there were more and more delays. I found out about the numerous delays only because I kept on calling. The work looks good. But I'm not impressed AT ALL with their customer service. The communication with the customer is poor. Customer service needs A LOT of improvement. read more

The reviews you will read about this company are accurate. Hector Lopez, owner and Jason, Manager have excellent customer service skills. They are extremely helpful and explain in detail what needs to be done to fix your car. They give you an accurate estimate as well as timeline when your car will be finished. Nothing is hidden. The quality of the work that is done on your vehicle is equal to the great customer service they give you. I recently brought my S550 Mercedes to get some work done on it. They fixed it and it looked like new. The car needed a new quarter panel, fixing the bumper as well as some paint work. The paint came out great. You could not tell where the fresh paint was started and where the old paint was. All blended perfectly. The car was also detailed inside and out when I picked up the car. It looked like it just left the showroom. Great job to Hector, Jason, and their team! read more

I found Prestige through reviews and If there were 10 stars then that's what they deserve. From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car I was helped by Louis and Jason one of the owners. Everyone is on the same page and that is providing a service that makes you feel like you are family. I met Jason one of the owners when I came by to bring the estimate on the repairs from my adjuster from Geico. I felt very comfortable with how straight forward and honest he was. I was walked through everything by Jason & Hector. They were honest and respectful and I was never left waiting for an answer or given the run around. These guys picked up the phone and spoke to me each time I called. They were also really great about working with my car insurance (Geico) and worked for me as the customer to receive the best fitting parts from for my car. These guys worked for me and to make sure that my car looked like it did the day I bought it. As a woman, I am always cautious. I felt very comfortable Thru out the entire process. Not only will I return to them for any other body work but I refer them to my friends. I can't thank you guys enough! Thank you Jason, Hector and Luis read more

I was in for a pleasant surprise when I originally went in for an estimate for a problem I had with my car. I expressed to Hector, the owner, that I wanted to fix my car to sell it at a good price. He told me that he would not only assess and fix any immediate problems with the vehicle but could also assist me in selling the vehicle. In a matter of a couple of weeks, my car was sold. Hector not only showed a great level of service in fixing my car but a high level of professionalism in carrying out the sale at a great price. I definitely recommend his services and I can definitely say I found a mechanic I can trust. read more

Hector is the ultimate in auto body repair. I trust him absolutely, and for a body shop person in Miami (home of all scams) that cannot be said with anything but the utmost seriousness. He fixed the exterior of my Mercedes AMG and had an amazing specialist redo the interior. Somehow he is an insurance whisperer and keeps at them until it's all right again. The company is run with honesty and integrity, and their work is impeccable. I have the choice to take my beloved autos anywhere in Miami (it's a long haul from the beach), but I won't take a chance with anyone else. There's a reason for the 5 stars. This is a business that treats each person like family. read more

Prestige is the best!!!!!!!!!!!ever!!!!!!!! Jason is the man. I had got into a accident and didn't know what to do. When I found prestige on yelp I schemed through the reviews and choose them. After talking with, he didn't pressure me into going with them which I liked. He also explained the process it would take with my insurance to get my car fixed. So I was sold. Once they got my car I believe they made every effort to let me know what was going on every step, and what needed to happen next. They rented a car for me for a month which was the greatest help ever. Prestige did above and beyond to assure me my car was going to be taken care of. They gave great customer service and the overall quality work is excellence. They are not about scams and taking people money or cars. They are really trying to help. I thank God I choose Prestige. Prestige Auto Body - 2004 Ford Explorer washed as courtesy after repairing my broken driver side window - Body Shops Near Me - Miami, Florida

I created this Yelp account just to write a review. I found Prestige Auto Body on Yelp and they did not disappoint. This is my first experience with a body shop and I cannot express how grateful I am for Jason & Hector. As this was my first experience with a car repair, I was clueless; I asked countless questions & called dozens of times regarding the entire process from estimates to insurance. Jason & Hector guided me every step of the way & were both extremely patient, courteous, & kind from beginning to end. Prestige also did detailing of the interior & exterior; my car has not looked this good since it left the dealership lot. Their customer service is impeccable & deserves all the stars in the world. Thank you Jason, Hector, & the entire Prestige team. read more

Took my son's BMW to have body work done after my 17 year old son got into an accident. Hector helped me keep the cost down (using after market parts) and worked with me. The work was completed in the amount of time that was promised and the kicker is that my final bill was less than originally quoted because Hector was able to work with parts that his guys weren't sure could be salvaged. They are honest and complete the work in the time promised. After the car was repaired it looked just as good as before. I am very satisfied with their work and will bring my vehicles to their shop if I ever need body work done again. read more
