It has been a while since we last visited Prestige (which, considering what they do, I totally won't mind not being a duchess or even a regular of this business...), but when we went to the original location, we were surprised to see a banner announcing a new business name. After speaking to the staff there we feel suspicious that it's not exactly "new name, same great service", so we checked Yelp and found Hector and his crew again in their new location. Business has been so good they have now moved into this huge 10,000 ft facility, in their own building. Jason was great, professional and personable. He explained to us the options of repair or replace, so we can decide what to do, and gave us a clear time frame when he can work on our car and how long it takes. He had somewhere to go to, turned out his wife arrived shortly after we did to pick him up, but he still took the time to take good care of us and explained everything. New location, same great service. Fake reviews. Terrible service. Drive my car over 40 mile. Dishonest. Lost parts to my car. I think all these reviews are fake. I would not recommend I have proof these people have my car over a month. Didn't even get the job done when I received my car back. It was pieces missing. They swore up and down, but when I went back to the insurance adjuster who took pictures they showed the pieces were there and they still never reimbursed me nor sent me the pieces. This is on a Rolls-Royce. Also my miles were over 40 more miles then when I dropped it off. I never ever write reviews but stay away from this place not to mention when I got my car back. The floor of the driver seat was muddy. Dirty didn't even have the decency to clean. They made a mess in the car. If I can save one person from not coming here don't do it. The worst Body Shop Experience ever!They damaged more then what the truck was in there for.Damages that I still to this day am dealing with.They stated that they knew someone to fix the tears in my leather seat.Unfortunately the work was shoddy and now the seat since receiving my truck from them have problems with the electrical.They didn't take proper care to seal the seat when they removed it.They attempted to rewire the electrical on the fans and installed the relays right next to the radiator.Those eventually burnt up because of the heat.The owner is a scam artist and offers a lifetime warranty but has never reached out to me to offer the numerous complaints that I have stated.This guy is a complete liar.This Auto Body Shop is a far cry from what the ratings suggest they are. read more

In Florida, if you have a broken or even chipped windshield, your insurance has to pay for it by law. My daughter's car has a complicated apparatus for adaptive cruise-control on the top of the windshield inside, but they re-calibrated it with no problem. read more

A few months ago (Jan) I took car in for some damage done to my rear bumper when someone ran into me. I met with the owner Hector who assured me they could do the work in a professional and expeditious manner. Sure enough the work was finished within a well acceptable time frame, even having the vehicle washed and vacuumed; to say I was satisfied with the workmanship would be an understatement! Hector and his partner (forgive me for not remembering his name) were more than helpful and cordial every time I spoke with them. Unfortunately I can't give 5 stars, as much as they deserve it for the work and service they provide; they are both extremely professional in every aspect of getting the job done. My issue is not with them but with the immature adult (and I use the term loosely) thief that works for them! I always keep about $5 in quarters in my center console for a self service car wash I frequent on a bi-weekly basis. Upon picking up my vehicle I realized ALL my quarters had been taken! The low life couldn't just take a few so as not to make it so obvious but perhaps he's not capable of critical thinking skills. I mentioned it to Hector as he was standing outside my car when I was about to drive off; whereby he went into his pocket and returned $2 to me. Hector apologized profusely and stated he would bring the subject up on the next team meeting that Friday. I feel bad for him and his partner but believe others need to be aware in case they too leave any coins in their cars. We are now moving out of state and I had some work that needed to be completed before we left. They are extremely helpful and explain in detail what needs to be done to fix your car. They give you an accurate estimate as well as timeline when your car will be finished. Nothing is hidden. The quality of the work that is done on your vehicle is equal to the great customer service they give you. I recently brought my S550 Mercedes to get some work done on it. They fixed it and it looked like new. The car needed a new quarter panel, fixing the bumper as well as some paint work. The paint came out great. You could not tell where the fresh paint was started and where the old paint was. All blended perfectly. The car was also detailed inside and out when I picked up the car. I was promised to have the car within a week or a week and 1 day (weekend in between). This was delayed. I was supposed to get the car, according to what I was promised, by 06/29 (the latest). I got the car today, 07/08. The biggest problem, besides the delay, was the communication. I had to be constantly calling to get the status of the car, and would happen to find out that it was delayed even more. Hector, the owner, sould have called me on 06/29 to tell me there was a delay. He didn't. He should have called me many other times to tell me that there were more and more delays. I found out about the numerous delays only because I kept on calling. The work looks good. But I'm not impressed AT ALL with their customer service. The communication with the customer is poor. Customer service needs A LOT of improvement. read more

Took my son's BMW to have body work done after my 17 year old son got into an accident. Hector helped me keep the cost down (using after market parts) and worked with me. The work was completed in the amount of time that was promised and the kicker is that my final bill was less than originally quoted because Hector was able to work with parts that his guys weren't sure could be salvaged.
