During repairs, the shop placed a LARGE black sticker on our flooring without a cause. I asked them to please remove the sticker & clean the area under it. Instead of removing the sticker, the shop decided to SPRAY PAINT the ENTIRE floor of the vehicle, all of my equipment, walls, and curtains. When I picked it up, they were airing out the FUMES from the spray paint they applied WITHOUT our consent. The owner, Leo, told told me the truth: the shop DAMAGED my floor, lied & covered it up with a sticker, & since it was still damaged when they removed the sticker, they took it upon themselves to SPRAY PAINT the entire waterproof flooring (again w/o consent). 01/21, I request all communication in writing. Shop was told our attorney would be building a case. Owner Leo called me, said his mom just died of Covid & bc of this I should give him a chance to "do right" by us. He promised he would get his best men on the job to work over a weekend to ensure we would not miss any days of work (biz is sole income for my household). Leo the owner has now mislead/gaslighted me, called me unreasonable & is saying he will only fix the damages he caused to my vehicle over a 1 week timeline only in the days I have to work. He lied about everything to get me to stop legal pursuit.

Unfortunately, my experience this time was extremely disappointing. The first time I picked up my car, there were multiple noticeable issues that made it seem like the work was rushed and not properly inspected. The bumper was not clipped on correctly, the car had not been calibrated, and the door was rattling while driving. I brought the car back a second time to address the rattling, only to be told they were sorry because that part had apparently never been completed. Even after bringing it back, the rattling issue still persisted. On top of that, when I went to add windshield washer fluid, I discovered the reservoir was cracked. This makes it clear the undercarriage of the vehicle was never properly inspected, which is concerning because that was one of the main reasons the car was there in the first place. After having the car inspected elsewhere, I also learned the strut was not installed correctly. At this point, I will not be bringing the car back for a third time. I'm less interested in hearing that my feedback is appreciated and more concerned about the lack of quality control. There clearly needs to be a better system in place to ensure vehicles are properly repaired and inspected before being returned to customers. Based on my experience, this shop may be fine for very minor fixes, but I would not trust them with more significant repairs.

Awful place to do business with Richard is such a liar and never keep his words and I am not the…read morekind person to do this and this is my first time ever writing a review. but I want to avoid people to have the same experience I had and I do understand everyone isn't the same some might have had some great experience but I didn't. He took my money after I told him I was in a rush to get the car fix I had used my credit card bc insurance process was taking too long he told me the car was going to be fixed in 1 week it just the bumper and sencors that it will order and fix it and he never called or text and after a week I went called and he told me he will get it done by the end of the upcoming week. every time I go there there car was just parked there and never been touched so I kept the taking videos and pictures so I can send to a lawyer and then when I called him he told me he already reset the engine and the he order the parts and the car was going to be fixed on Saturday after having the car for 3 weeks. and then I called on Tuesday nothing he was avoiding my call so I went there and started getting mad that is when he finally looked at the car and the problem he told me the car had before that wasn't what happened it wasn't the engine at all. and then after charging me 7931$ to fix the car he told me my engine is fine I have to go buy some parts with my own money and then he will install them for me literally after paying him that much.and he diagnosed the car for the wrong thing. and then when I reached to another shop my job referred me to he didn't want to pay me back right away he was telling me to wait a week. so I got mad at him that is when he accepts to pay back but still tried to charge me and given me a check that was missing some of my money when I said I won't take it he paid me back everything and the shop who took my car from them already had the car running they are just waiting for the bumper to come in to finish the car and they only charged me 4k . I work with enterprise I had to report them so enterprise is going to stop sending them business as well.
