Awful place to do business with Richard is such a liar and never keep his words and I am not the kind person to do this and this is my first time ever writing a review. but I want to avoid people to have the same experience I had and I do understand everyone isn't the same some might have had some great experience but I didn't. He took my money after I told him I was in a rush to get the car fix I had used my credit card bc insurance process was taking too long he told me the car was going to be fixed in 1 week it just the bumper and sencors that it will order and fix it and he never called or text and after a week I went called and he told me he will get it done by the end of the upcoming week. every time I go there there car was just parked there and never been touched so I kept the taking videos and pictures so I can send to a lawyer and then when I called him he told me he already reset the engine and the he order the parts and the car was going to be fixed on Saturday after having the car for 3 weeks. and then I called on Tuesday nothing he was avoiding my call so I went there and started getting mad that is when he finally looked at the car and the problem he told me the car had before that wasn't what happened it wasn't the engine at all. and then after charging me 7931$ to fix the car he told me my engine is fine I have to go buy some parts with my own money and then he will install them for me literally after paying him that much.and he diagnosed the car for the wrong thing. and then when I reached to another shop my job referred me to he didn't want to pay me back right away he was telling me to wait a week. so I got mad at him that is when he accepts to pay back but still tried to charge me and given me a check that was missing some of my money when I said I won't take it he paid me back everything and the shop who took my car from them already had the car running they are just waiting for the bumper to come in to finish the car and they only charged me 4k . I work with enterprise I had to report them so enterprise is going to stop sending them business as well. read more

Recently someone bumped into my car while in the parking lot, and - in a gesture that restores my faith in humanity - the owner of the other car left a note for me to contact her to reimburse my repair. We have used Prestige Auto Body in the past, so we brought our car there, only to see that the shop now has a banner with a new name. We asked for Hector, the original owner, and the guy told us that he's at the other location, but the original staff is working here as before. Anyway, we got a quote, but something doesn't seem right, so we left. When we got into our car, we realized what seemed "not right". The place was too quiet, unlike the old days when the garage was full, the lot was full, and cars were parked all the way outside into the street. I yelped "Kendall Collision" and it shows a poorly rated business at a different address. The plot thickens. Fortunately we also found on Yelp a new address of Prestige. Turns out Hector has sold the old location to one of his staff and moved to a newer, much bigger location nearby. I do not mean to write a review to bad-mouth a business just because it changed hands. I feel bad as this guy surely need business. I am however rather unhappy with how the new owner was not forthright about the situation and tried to mislead us. Also, when I got the quote at the real Prestige, the guy was much more detailed about explaining the quote, giving us the options of repairing or replacing the bumper and the pros and cons of each, instead of just handing us a print out and tell us we'll get $100 off the price. I am always wary when someone offers a huge discount upfront for no reason. Even if I had no previous experience with Prestige, the way the quote was handled alone was enough to help me choose one place over the other. So I am writing this review, hopefully someone won't be misled by what the new owner may say. I cannot vouch for their work, as I did not use their service. read more

The best place to get your car repaired and excellent service I took my car, 2014 Honda Civic EX-L to have the bumper and hood replaced and that was done in only 4 days!!!! And painted too!!!! Now that's a fast turnaround time. They kept me update with everything and something needed to be order or done outside of what was first reviewed when dropping the car off. The price of the repairs is very reasonable and they will work with you. Also, they will tell you exactly what is going to be done and how, no bs'ing!!!. The new owner, Eduardo and his colleague Richard were amazing!!! I got in an accident that wasn't my fault and my brother recommended I take my car there since he had been to the shop before. When we got to the shop, we realized that Eduardo was the new owner. Long story short, I am glad I left my car there. They fixed it up perfect. The insurance of the at fault driver, didn't want to pay to give me a new door. Richard fought and fought for them to pay for a new one and not a used one from the junk yard like they wanted to originally. I will definitely recommend Kendall Collision and will keep bringing my cars here. read more
