Desde el inicio, el financista me hizo sentir que me estaba haciendo un favor y que estaba consiguiendo un excelente trato por un Toyota Corolla SE 2024 el cual comencé a financiar en febrero de ese mismo año. Lamentablemente, eso no fue lo que ocurrió. El contrato fue a 72 meses con un APR de 5.99 y un down payment que puse de 5000 $. El problema no fue el APR si no como el financista infló el valor de un carro de 26 000 $ out of the door a 32 000 $ sin tener en cuenta que ya había dado 5000 $ de down payment es decir que ya lo que se debía financiar eran 21.000 $ nada más. Es decir, ¿cómo terminas pagando 50.000 $ por un carro que su precio a financiar debía haber sido 21.000 $ ? Por falta de experiencia y total desconocimiento confié en lo que me decía. Sin embargo, después de analizar el contrato con calma y asesorarme, me di cuenta de que el costo total del vehículo estaba muy inflado, en más de 20.000 $ debido a intereses y cargos que no fueron claramente explicados. Es frustrante darte cuenta de esto cuando ya has pagado miles de dólares y aún así el balance sigue siendo alto. Mi consejo: no te dejes presionar, por estas personas que no tienen ningún tipo de escrúpulo a la hora de venderte un auto. Lo único que les interesa es sacarte hasta el último centavo posible en la venta. Y lo mas ironico de todo es como responden en los comentarios que hacen los clientes con respecto a sus experiencias que por favor contacten al # de teléfono que les dejamos a continuación. Todo para seguir mostrando su falso interés por sus clientes. De hecho, por lo general suelen contestar solo a los clientes que dan buenas opiniones. CONSEJO SANO PARA FUTUROS COMPRADORES EN ESTE DEALER DE WEST KENDALL TOYOTA. Revisen todo con calma, comparen con otros lugares y si es posible lleven a alguien con experiencia en financiamiento para que no les sucedan cosas como estas. Ojalá el concesionario mejore la forma en que maneja este tipo de situaciones y muestre mayor profesionalidad y respeto en su trabajo para con sus clientes porque nadie debería salir de una compra así SINTIÉNDOSE ENGAÑADO.

I spoke with JC, who confirmed they had the Tahoe I'd seen online and assured me it would be ready for viewing. I left Miami Lakes Chevrolet and their scratched-up, poorly maintained Tahoe behind and headed straight to Enterprise. The moment I arrived, I saw the Tahoe--clean, polished, and ready to go. I knew instantly it was the one. Enterprise doesn't tack on unnecessary dealer fees, so the pricing was fair and transparent. After JC and Tara walked me through the numbers, I traded in my old Chevy Avalanche and got a deal I couldn't pass up. My car was totaled in February due to a rear end collision. My insurance covered 75% of my vehicle and my GAP claim was denied by ENTERPRISE CAR SALES for being a "commercial vehicle" never once have I drove the vehicle for any company's or drive shares so I don't understand I've spoken to them in person and sound reasonable claiming they can get my GAP agreement reversed which was a lie it's October now and this happened in February still without a car and paying for a car I do not currently have in my possession RIDICULOUS

When I arrived, Lenny not only opened the door for us, but also greeted us accordingly. She definitely set the tone which was great. THIS IS AN ENGINEERING ISSUE AT THE MANUFACTURER LEVEL. Mazda corporation claims that the dealership is unable to recreate. I have a loaner vehicle, same make and model and the issue is also present in this vehicle. I have identified a fix by folding and piece of paper and placing it between the I-Stop button and dashboard. This disables the I-Stop feature and eliminates the hesitation during acceleration. I simply want my vehicle repaired or I can take it to my mechanic and pay to have the feature permanently disabled. I need to move forward from this issue and need Mazda Corporation to make a decision. Purchasing a Mazda CX90, buyer beware! Look it up online as this is a known issue.

The car was already certified, they didn't mean you pay extra to have it certified, it was already done. Louis the finance manager, was able to get me a rate 2 full points below my credit unions best advertised rate. We drove an hour and 40 minutes to get down there, but it was worth it not to deal with a shady car dealership full of gimmicky pricing.

When I arrive, they were under construction so I had to go around and do a u turn to enter the service department. I finally arrived and waited 5 minutes for someone to come greet me as they do in Braman Honda and no help... I got out of my car and asked an employee on the side of the building and he redirected me inside to get someone to help me. I was standing there for 2 minutes and an employee comes up to me and tells me that I should be outside because if not they won't know who is next in line. I politely tell him that an employee told me to come inside the building and he rudely tells me to go stand next to my car. When I am finally next to my car.... He tells me that they are currently 3 hours behind for customers with appointments so without appts it's going to be longer than that. No intention of me staying at all. I told him I was leaving especially after the rude service. Employees should be more interact to customers and make sure they are probably attended to. I drove 30 mins away to Braman Honda and oil change was done in an 1 1/2 hrs WITHOUT an appt. I will not be back at south motors Honda and reccomend everyone to drive a little further and go to a dealer that has friendlier staff and lower wait times.

After waiting 20 min for the place to open, I see where I was at going up first. & surprise surprise there were model cars there & I had to go behind the cars that were in front of me and behind me. I felt stupid. But anyways, I waited about 14 mins from 8am to get service. So the gentleman gave me a coupon for a free breakfast. I went to the cafe area and it looks clean & the cafe con Leche I had was good & the pastelito was good too. So from 8:14 - 9:48 I waited for my car to be done. I received it after a nice car wash & vacuum. People were courteous, and decent time was waited upon for a Saturday morning. The lobby was decent with comfy soft seats unlike its Toyota service counterpart. I heard my name & the lady must of yelled it out a few times. Which that's unprofessional in my opinion. But it could of been a slip of the tongue which happens to all of us... my cell number was in the system. Over all, I think it was a good experience in service.

I wrote the previous review to try to give him a good review somewhere. When I was not able to fill out the feedback, Mr. Shaunfield decided to not order me a part that I needed for my door, the door handle had come apart from the door, and would not return my phone calls. I am disgusted that someone would not perform maintenance on a car, while it was still under warranty! because they were not given a good review. Thankfully I moved to West Palm Beach so I didn't have to deal with shady deals like that anymore except that when I went to take my car in to my local Lexus dealership, they said they wouldn't fix my door handle now because I had reached 50,000 miles. When I had gotten my car services by Mr. Shaunfield I was under warranty still and yet he did not fix my door because I didn't give him a good review. What a crook.
