Negative customer service and from non other than the store manager, Alex. It seems was to go to…read morelunch and several customers came in and he was unable. Alex became upset and when I approached him to help come to my car to see my front light, he said he was not a mechanic. I asked him to just take a look at it but he refused, almost callously of my cry for help. I have been going to this store for several years and am very disappointed. I will have to change stores which is an inconvenience but needed until they change the manager.
