There were 2 ladies at the reception desk who were less than friendly. We had been to a couple other places before for an estimate and they were super friendly in comparison (Treads near Dadeland and Perez Auto on Bird Road). After waiting one hour (they had told us no more than 30 minutes) I saw the car parked so I asked one of the ladies the status. She said, very huffily, we are trying to contact bmw for the parts price. This without telling us what the issue was. Well, in the end the cost was close to 1200 for non bmw parts. The other place (Perez) quoted us $800. And they took less than 15 minutes for a free estimate. These people wanted $45 for the estimate but they didn't tell us that before. Of course we didn't pay. And we took the car to Perez. You really do have to get at least 3 estimates. The first two never charged us and took less than 15 minutes. I do not think I will go to Miller Auto Care in the future.

I came in simply to have my wife's tire patched after she picked up a screw in the tread. Two other tire shops had already turned her away, claiming the screw was in the sidewall and the tire could not be repaired. It was clearly located on the flat tread portion of the tire. Mebco was completely different. They were friendly, honest, reasonably priced, and had the repair completed very quickly. There was no attempt to turn a simple repair into the sale of a new tire--just straightforward, professional service. It's easy to understand why this shop has been in business for more than 30 years and has earned so many positive reviews. This was my first visit, but based on this experience, I will definitely consider Mebco for future tire and automotive repair needs. Thank you very much for the excellent service. It was greatly appreciated!

My 2006 audi A3 clutch went bad after 6 months they rebuilt my trani and installed an FX350 clutch. Luis Perez (shop owner) did not charge me a single penny for diagnosing the problem and bringing the trani down as many times as needed. Only had to pay the company I purschased the clutch from for a new clutch because I did not have any warranty. What a great family owned business, never seen anything like it.
