Solid work here. The receptionist is working hard the whole time to make sure people are helped as timely as possible. I showed up to a full lot and was still able to be seen for my wheel alignment and was out in a few hours. This was after I hit the curb a few days back and my car was making a weird noise while driving. This visit cleared that up and they assured me things looked good in the inspection. Alan was my mechanic and was very helpful. Even reprogrammed my old rim's air pressure sensor to the new rim I bought elsewhere. Prices are good, everyone works hard and honestly. read more

We took our car in because it was giving me trouble they said it was Catalytic converter that needed to be replaced. But they didn't have it so we opted for their suggestion to clean it. The next day the car was worse! The fumes were so bad we couldn't drive the car, and it kept trying to stall. We called but they were closed (it was a holiday). We ended up taking the car to the dealership. I called them to explain what happened and if they could give me a discount on what they charged me. They said no, next we will give you a discount when you come back to repair something. Basically I gave them over $300 to make my car worse! I don't think this is fair. They were nice, but I still lost money. read more

Worst mechanic shop ever!! I went there to install a Fass lift pump on my ram 2500 2020. I searched the internet find an authorized shop. Even though they were authorized, they had no idea where the pump went. Thankfully, I arrived few hours earlier to pick up my truck and I had to show them were to put it. The day after, I checked everything over and found that the hose that goes from the lift pump to the engine was too short and the wire harness was tied to the chassis, the clamps were loose and one off the clamps that attached the fuel tank was completely loose. First off I never leave reviews because I just don't have the time. But this company deserves the recognition! Paul Castellanos has been an amazing help. I have been coming here for over a year to get oil changes done, new tires, my cars AC fixed and more. So trust me when I tell you that this company has their S*** together. The workers are all nice and they also go above and beyond to make sure that you are well taken care of! This guy Paul works behind the counter greeting customers as they come in and taking down what you need done. This guy is like a super employee or he is paid well because his customer service is amazing!!! You will even find Paul helping out in the shop working on cars with the other mechanics. I have been to many other mechanic shops and they do not operate as well as this place does! Especially with the level of customer service and quality of work! You will even see the owner working in the mechanic shop working along side his employees. This is like unheard of. If all the mechanic shops in Miami was like this place I don't think there would be any cars leaking oil or running hot at all because they would be fixed the right way the first time!! Took my Fiat for AC and brake work. From the first phone call and speaking to Paul, my husband and I felt confident this place would professional and good mechanics. So glad we came here. Dealership gave us a huge runaround and no guarantees my car would be worked on. PAWS assured us service and it was returned same day. I bought their groupon this morning for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I called before I bought it to make sure they were available today to do everything and to my surprise they said come on down. I went and they were very friendly, got started on my car immediately, they did not try to up-sell a bunch of services, they even gave me some parts for car at no extra charge, definitely a breath of fresh in an industry where the majority suck. Terrible experience. My air conditioning wasn't working and I knew the compressor was the source. I take it to this place and the guy said he had to run all the tests and that will cost 160$. He said it will take 1.5 hrs. Four hours later of waiting he tells me that the compressor is not working and needs to be replaced which is what I had told him right from the get go. His quote to replace it was 880$ and he said that he was gonna deduct the 160$. I called another auto shop and over the phone they gave me a quote of 475 with service included to replace the compressor by a new one. When I went to the other place, they figured out the compressor was broken in five minutes (it took them 4 hrs to figure that out at Perez auto) and within two hours I was out of the place with a functioning AC. I wouldn't recommend this place. It's a rip off and they are incompetent and unprofessional. read more

Luis Perez (shop owner) did not charge me a single penny for diagnosing the problem and bringing the trani down as many times as needed. Only had to pay the company I purschased the clutch from for a new clutch because I did not have any warranty. What a great family owned business, never seen anything like it. They also fixed my 2001 mustang GT master pump about 3 years ago,my girlfriend Eclipse for brakes, tires and aligment and my company vehicle for oil change all the time. I feel my family and I are safe on the road because Perez Autoworks. Thank you for finding a way to help, even on times when I am on tight budget..... read more

Stay away from this place. This is one of the most dishonest business that I have ever seen. I went to have my car brakes checked. They told me that it needed new rear brakes. First, we were waiting for hours to get the parts because they order the wrong parts the first time around. The person behind the counter lied to us multiple times about not ordering the wrong parts and later telling us that the parts were already there. However, we were lucky enough to see how they were installing the old brakes back instead. When we confronted them, they all got really nervous and said that the new parts were not working and that they were going to install the old ones again, which after struggling for a while they did. We even called the police because it was obvious that their intention was to charge us anyway. Needless to say we left the place immediately and swear to never return and make sure that others don't have the same bad experience. As I said, stay away from this place. By the way, I posted with one star because it didn't allow me to post it without stars. No stars for this place. read more

I also bought their group on... And i even did some research to see what their ratings were and also to get some customer feedback. It seemed alright... But when i went there to get the alignment and oil change, they told me i needed to get the balancing done too, an extra 30.00 cost! But that's fine because sometimes cars do need that, so i accepted the charge. Then the manager walked in and told me, "Come here for a second i want to show you something", as we walked to the back he told me that my less than 30,000 miles car needed a replacement bolt for the steering. I asked how much? and he said about 100.00. I asked if it was going to affect the alignment and he told me no, so i said that i would just hold off. Thinking he was just trying to up sell me extra work, i thought to myself it was whatever as long as i didn't give it. However when i drove of the repair shop i noticed the car had a slight pull to the left. I went back a few days later and asked if they could take a look at the alignment again. They refused to and told me that it was due to that bolt and that it was going to cost me about 150.00. What a bunch of scammers, i knew it was way too good to be true. They didn't event look at the alignment, maybe they did make a mistake and that's why the alignment was of. Businesses like this with uneducated employees don't know the value of customer service. In today's world, customers need to be treated better and they sure don't know how to do that. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

WARNING Do not take your car to this shop. This is a warning for anyone that is even thinking of bringing their car to this shop. The mechanics are completely incompetent, and I don't mean that as an insult I mean that literally. I went in to do my clutch, I bought all the parts and had them do the installation. The reason I went to them was because they quoted me the lowest price. Well now I know that cheaper isn't always better. To start off my shifter is completely loose on third and fourth gear, not sure how someone can manage to mess that up. Secondly, my jeep has no oil pressure when starting up, so it shakes uncontrollably until it gains oil pressure, this never EVER happened before(this is most likely attributed to my next unfortunate circumstance). LASTLY and MOST importantly this thing is fucking spilling oil all over the place. I drove it home directly from the shop and when I parked it, I just happened to look under the jeep and it was not dripping, but rather it was SPILLING out oil. How the fuck does this happen if that is what they were supposed to fix? Now I have to waste time and have this thing towed to their shit hole of a garage to have them do another half ass job or have them return my money. Lets see how this goes. I will post another review with the outcome. But let this be a warning to any and all consumers DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUTOMOBILE TO THIS SHOP. read more
