Went for an estimate (3rd estimate because the first two gave us differing issues) for wheel alignment and to check for a wiggle in the tires. There were 2 ladies at the reception desk who were less than friendly. We had been to a couple other places before for an estimate and they were super friendly in comparison (Treads near Dadeland and Perez Auto on Bird Road). After waiting one hour (they had told us no more than 30 minutes) I saw the car parked so I asked one of the ladies the status. She said, very huffily, we are trying to contact bmw for the parts price. This without telling us what the issue was. Well, in the end the cost was close to 1200 for non bmw parts. The other place (Perez) quoted us $800. And they took less than 15 minutes for a free estimate. These people wanted $45 for the estimate but they didn't tell us that before. Of course we didn't pay. And we took the car to Perez. You really do have to get at least 3 estimates. The first two never charged us and took less than 15 minutes. I do not think I will go to Miller Auto Care in the future. read more

I have know Mr. Domingo for many years and have recommended his shop on multiples occasions. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same now or no longer recommended this shop. This is the reason I no longer recommended, one of my car tire hit a bump in the roadway. Instead of replacing for the spare tire I went to Miller Tire for a replacement. Big mistake here-I ended up paying more than if I had gone to the dealership . They installed a new cheap tire with a brand price. I paid for a landspider tire 70% more than Firestone, GoodYear, and others Miller Tire price $125 installed $137. This tires cost from the average of $55 to $64 each. Front desk staff is not the friendliest, but I gotta say, I've never had a flat tire fixed so fast before. I was getting ready to drive back to Broward when I noticed one of the tires was really low. I pulled in here on a whim. Young lady said it would be around a 20 min wait. Sure enough, they fixed the flat asap. The nice gentleman who worked on it asked me to pull up closer to one of the bays so that he could put air in all 4 tires for good measure. Great service. All for $22. Don't forget to tip the workers. They have an atm machine inside with steep fees but hey, they saved the day for me. Thanks guys! read more

This was the first shop my dad introduced me to when I started driving 20+ years ago, and for over a decade it was my first stop for everything when they were at Miller and 107th Ave. But something changed when they moved to Bird Road. I don't know if Domingo got stretched too thin to oversee everything the way he used to, if their higher overhead led to higher prices and less attentive service, or what. The last straw was when I went in to have a tow hitch installed on a JGC. They quoted me more than double what my brother has paid to have the same job done at a shop near his house. She held the keys back up to me and told me I could leave if I wanted to. I told her it was okay because I was already there, but that after 15 years it'd be the last time they'd ever see me. These guys are the embodiment of incompetence. They overcharge and leave you wondering whether or not the work was even done. Justin, one of the service advisors lacks the ability to listen to customer concerns and push his own agenda, which is much more expensive down your throat. Control panel on the dash was out and it was mentioned at least 3 or 4 times, untouched. CV joints and additional "optional" things were pushed on me to where I finally had to hang up the phone. Adequate is too strong of a word for what Miller can do. The day after spending close to $4000 on repairs, my SUV is still not fixed and makes me hate driving even more than I did. You'd be better off just getting a new car then dealing with these people. They have such respect for their customers that they refused to give me a ride to the vehicle from their shop for them to work on it. This was during Hurricane Ian and the tornado watches that were going on in Miami at that time. read more

This place was a lifesaver. I got my tire fixed without an appointment. I just drove up , showed them my tire issue and they went right to work. The mechanics wear masks when speaking you , the waiting area is outside and the paying process is inside with options to pay cash or with credit cards with hand sanitizers on hand. Within 30 minutes on a Saturday I was up and ready to drive. Their prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend them!! read more

showed up for a broken ac. waited 4 hours just for them to tell us it was wiring they couldn't fix. we took the car to the dealership and they told us it was nothing with the wiring that it was just the compressor itself. they could've probably caused damage touching wiring that had nothing to do with the issue. read more

I had to think long and hard about writing this. I know the owner's son and his sister. they've always been nice to me, but this review isn't about niceties. I brought a potential purchase (a used Ford F-150) in to be inspected. I liked the truck, but I am a complete novice when it comes to "what to look for when buying a used vehicle." $35 later I got the thumbs-up. The mechanic didn't particularly like Ford, but said it was in good shape. I purchased the vehicle and directly after I discovered a litany of very easy to spot issues like, a rear main seal leak, the vehicle had a front end collision, rust, an entire front end that need desperately to be replaced, a mangled power steering cooler, no E-Brake, No High beams, bad cat. converter, and more. How do I know all these things were wrong? It's been a hard long road of having to educate myself. I've learned now that a beginner mechanic could've found everything. I went back to the shop and the sister told me that the mechanic who inspected the truck is their "top mechanic." At that point, I asked for my money back and they returned it. I'm writing this in hopes of perhaps saving anyone who brings a vehicle there to get a 'pre-purchase inspection.' 100% and unequivocally find a different shop. Thanks to my fellow Yelpers I was able to find a decent place to purchase new tires and service my car. As busy as they are Martin still found time to answer the phone when I called, and check if they had the right tires for my car. He explained why certain parts of my tires were more worn than others, how he was going to rotate them, and how to maintain my vehicle's safety. All of the work was finished at the time promised. I apparently drive on nails, screws, and oddly pointy objects that will stab my tires daily. Every time this happens, I come here to get everything fixed. Although the staff are mostly hispanics that speak spanish as their primary language, they are surprisingly fluent in english as well. $12 for them to take off the spare, fix the damaged tire and slap it back on. I came down for the Thanksgiving holiday and of course my low tire pressure light turned on. So I did the normal and placed air in my tire. I thought the problem was fixed but come the next day and Bam! It's on again. I realized that something else is going on than just low pressure and I have to head back home this weekend so I read the most recent reviews and gave this place a try. I'm soo happy I came. I just pulled right up and they instantly starting to take care of me without any appointment. Turned out I had a nail in my tire. As one of the technicians was patching up my tire the other one was filling the rest of my tires with air. I must have been there for about 15 minutes and my problem was solved. I have never had a problem here until today. I had dropped my car off for an oil change and no one asked me for my contact information or let me know around what time my car would be ready. When I arrived around 4 the lady who works at the front desk gave me so much attitude because they were closing and were waiting on me. I have never been disrespected like this in any other store/business/company. She yelled at me and when I asked for her name she gave me a bunch of different names. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you're trying to get a bunch of attitude. It really hurt me to write this bad review because I have been a loyal customer for so long but I do not take disrespect lightly. read more

Terrible service, I would not recommend taking your car here. I went in to get a tire patch and was told it would be $25 for the service and that they could attend to my vehicle in 10 minutes. After waiting about 45 minutes and watching the employees sit around, they decided to take care of me. At the end, I was instructed to go inside and pay for the service. As I'm getting ready to pay, I noticed they charged me about $17 more than what was agreed upon. I asked why and the employee attending me began to give me a story. He later adds that he's the owners son and he's been doing this for year. Not wanting to argue further, I ended up paying the overpriced service and made it a point to inform them that they lost me as a repeat customer. read more

I bought new tires for my Corolla, balanced and mounted, + 40,000 mile guarantee, for $78.00 each. As soon as you arrive, a technician takes your keys, looks at your tires, and tells you which one actually needs changing. I've been going for 8 years, and they have always been very honest. Can you believe I have actually been turned down by them in the past, more than once, for service because after they checked, I did not need the service I thought I did? Where does that happen in Miami anymore??? They give it to me honestly and directly. Went in today after being recommended by a friend to mount and balance my four new tires. They charge $20 per tire which is a bit on the expensive end as most other places charge around $15. I did not mind paying the $20 since I expected a well and carefully done job since my rims have a nice glossy paint job. They barbarically started changing the tires right in front of me and on the first one scratched off the paint of the rim (I HAVE SEEN THIS PROBLEM ON 3 OTHER REVIEWS HERE). I brought it to their attention and at this point they started to carefully take off the tires and thankfully did not scratch any of the others. DO NOT BRING YOUR PAINTED OR LUXURY RIMS HERE FOR TIRE CHANGES. Second be wary of what they are charging you as I handed the cashier a $100 bill after the same cashier told me $20 per tire which should be $80 total. She took the $100 and gave me a receipt for $100 service. I had to point out to her she had previously told me $20 per tire. read more

Walked in here after it was recommended by a friend. I had a nail in a tire and needed a patch. It was pretty busy when I got there yet they got my tire patched and I was out of there within 15 minutes and they charged me $12. Needless to say that after the service department at my dealer wanted to charge me $30 for doing this same task, I was very happy to have it done for less than half the price and probably half the time.
