Joe arrived quickly to tow my vehicle. It needed a new cable and a new battery. Joe did the work plus we agreed to have the car detailed as well. Picked up the car today. it looks like a Milliob dollars. We are so happy with the job. read more

Arrived in 30 minutes got me and my truck home safely for a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

J & F Towing is amazing! Today is Mother's Day and we needed an emergency tow for an inoperable Jagaur SUV. For this reason, we were prepared for the worst in terms of pricing. Not only is this already a difficult SUV for towing, but it need a specialty company to tow it since it would not go into neutral. Add the fact that it's last minute on a holiday...we were told by every tow company we called that they had no way of helping us with an inoperable Jaguar. Then we reached J & F Towing who reassured us that they were more than capable and sent the most skilled tow driver we have ever seen to get our car hooked and unhooked without using neutral. We own a rental car agency, so towing is a common service for us, and I am confident when I say that no tow company owner is as friendly and customer service focused as the man I spoke with on the phone, and no tow truck driver is as talented as the one that go our vehicle on and off that bed. And the craziest part is that they came quickly and charged half of what we were expecting to pay! We are very grateful for them to have rescued us! read more

Reliable, fair price. Yuri is very communicative, and responsible. He went the extra mile to make accommodations.

These guys are great!!! I had an issue with my dad's car and I called and the response was so quick and the person that came to do the towing was a very nice man. I would highly recommend this company and its people. read more

Initially quoted me a price of $200 to move a car 20 miles. Then when he saw my car was very valuable he declined. We continued talking and he said the tow would be routine and was based on the difficulty, not the value, and he could do it for $400. He asked for pics of the front height which I provided. Based on that he said it wasn't that low, so not very difficult. But then the morning of the job, he said it would now cost $600. So I decided to pass. Alpine towing did it without issue for $200 and no bait and switch. The value of the car should NOT matter. A tow is a tow. read more

A little pricey but responsive. Great customer service. Attentive. Prompt. Professional

Joey has went above and beyond each time I need his services day or night. He has been a life saver and my go-to tow truck service for multiple vehicles. As an honest worker, he has shown up in multiple occasions, from breaking down on the side of the highway, to my car not starting in my own driveway! Honestly an angel Thanks so much J&F Towing for being one of the best. read more

Was in a single-car accident on July 29, 2023 and used their service. This business is partnered with the Highway Patrol. A bit pricey, but perfectly get the towing job done in a reasonable amount of time. Remember to remove your vehicle as soon as you figure out where to tow it to. What J & F does not tell you is that a day is counted when just as little as 1 second of that day is touched. An extreme case is if your vehicle enters the tow yard at Jan 1 23:59:59 and leaves at Jan 3 00:00:01 you'll be charged for 3 days. Just remember this and you'll be fine. read more

Amazing service tow truck came extremely fast and the tow truck driver was extremely nice and professional I had roger as my driver

I found this company straight through Yelp and we are so lucky!! My boyfriend's car had a fuel leak in the middle of the night so we resorted to researching roadside assistance services through our carriers, credit cards, etc. Neither of which availed. So I went on Yelp and found around 7 companies but only 2 answered, 1 said they couldn't come and finally, this one I'm reviewing said they could! The gentleman who assisted us came in less than half an hour and took the car immediately to my boyfriend's apartment 20 miles away. It was very fast service and a reasonable price of $125. Much less than we would have paid by abandoning the car in the middle of Miami for it to be towed by the city. We're thankful you answered the phone and were so willing to help us! Thanks so much for your help!! read more

Fast. Instant. I waited less than 15 minutes. How much more could I say about this company? They were lightning fast and super professional. Hard to find in Miami. Well done! I hope I don't need a tow truck again. But if I do, I'm calling these people FIRST! read more

Called and spoke with Joey @ J&K Towing he was very pleasant and fair with the price of towing my son's car from Coral Gables to Fort Lauderdale he arrived in a timely manner, communicated each step of the way and even made mention that the keys were being left in the car with the window down (most companies would not even care much less mention it). And helped me out by leaving the key in a safer place. Joey texted me a picture of where he was leaving the car (at a garage) and called me once he was leaving. I highly recommend J&K Towing and should the need arise again I will call them first! THANK YOU JOEY! read more

J and F towing saved me when I was on the side of I 95 waiting over an hour for a tow truck to come that BMW was sending. They said they couldn't come and get me directly because I was in a restricted area. Thank goodness for towing they brought me to my dealership. And they were very professional. read more

If your looking for a very nice, honest, professional tow truck service you can call J&F Towing with confidence. Joey is the young man that picked us up when my car broke down. Called him around 9-9:30pm, took 15 min or less to arrive, tried to see if he could help get car started before towing, unfortunately couldn't figure it out so he ended up having to tow. Nice gentlemen, efficient, and prompt. Would definitely recommend him and use him again. read more

CALL HIM! So professional, so nice, couldn't recommend more highly!! A control arm snapped under my car (joey explained later - i had no idea) and I had to be towed with dollies (another term I learned from Joey) from Miami midtown back to South Beach. He even ended up helping THREE other cars parked next to me with car trouble ... crazy coincidence but we were all super lucky to have Joey there. read more
