Empty parking lot that are fighting over 5 spaces no one uses anyways .

These tow truck companies are nothing more than a bunch of morons that couldn't learn to do anything but tow a car . Make People's lives miserable and ruin people's days . Tow companies have city contracts and many privileges . This particular company spends its day pirating illegal parked cars at milams market in miami springs . While milams employees illegally park and take up all the available city spaces . They haven't caught me but I sit and watch how they ruin peoples days over a freaking empty parking lot ! Maybe they should just sell the parking lot , milams don't even need it . This company is participating in this stupid makes them just as liable !

Tracker at 2:35 PM note it still says arrival time 2:14 PM

Urgent Review of Alpine Towing - Breach of Client Welfare Standards I am writing to formally express my last week's roadside assistance experience involving Alpine Towing. My initial call for roadside assistance with Land Rover South Dade was placed at 12:38 PM (electronic footprint available), yet the tow truck did not arrive until nearly 3:15 PM. Multiple calls were made by Aaron from Land Rover & myself to Alpine Towing to inquire why the tracker hadn't moved since 1:00 PM. Alpine informed Aaron they were delayed due to another tow, but instead of dispatching a replacement promptly, they allowed the situation to linger. This delay was unacceptable--especially considering Warren Henry's reputation and the trust placed in Alpine to represent a luxury brand & worthiness of their roadside program. This delay was not only operationally unacceptable, but personally dangerous. I was returning from the veterinarian with my sick cat, and due to extreme heat, my sister had to intervene to remove her from the vehicle. I remained inside for over two and a half hours, with windows and trunk open, in temperatures reaching 105°F (photo available). As someone managing diabetes, the prolonged exposure led to symptoms of mild heat stroke, nausea, and tremors. I left a message regarding my physical condition, and multiple calls were placed--including one specifically regarding my health--yet there was no follow-up, no inquiry, no concern. When the tow truck driver finally arrived, there was no apology, no offer of water, no acknowledgment of the situation. The response was purely transactional, focused solely on the vehicle. This lack of empathy and failure to act on known health risks reflects a level of depraved indifference that is wholly incompatible with the standards of care expected from a luxury brand partner. This experience did not reflect the premium care associated with Land Rover or Warren Henry. Alpine's handling felt more akin to a discount operation than a trusted luxury brand partner. I strongly urge Warren Henry to reconsider Alpine's continued involvement with your clientele. The lack of urgency, empathy, and accountability poses a reputational risk and undermines the trust placed in your roadside assistance program. How an organization handles a problem reveals everything about its management, mission, and training. In this case, the absence of follow-up, compassion, and basic client care speaks volumes. It is not enough to offer luxury branding if the operational partners fail to uphold the values behind it

It was a 2 hour wait time for arrival. Dispatcher kept blaming the traffic and wasn't able to provide much help.

He tried to start the battery and then told me the bad news: the car's starter had crapped out. I needed a new starter. Who knew? I thought cars just started when you turn the key. Au contraire, they need a part called a "starter." I was in a rush to get to work [not really, but I needed to get there quickly. This ordeal put me off schedule]. So, being new to the area, I asked the operator if he knew a shop that could take me immediately. We could drop the car off there and I could call Lyft. He said "yup" and he gave me a name and number. I called, they said "yes," and I rode in the big truck all the way to the repair shop. It was a tiny shop, but that's probably the reason it could take me immediately. I tossed the keys to the owner/mechanic, Told him I'd be back at 4 PM, phoned Lyft, and walked away. I waited outside for five or 10 minutes after which, Lyft appeared and picked me up. I returned several hours later and found the mechanic under another car. The shop was busier than I thought. It was the tow truck driver who called in a favor that got me service on the spot. This company went above and beyond. That's The kind of service I like, and you will like.
