I would give them ZERO Stars if I could. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING! I have Progressive Roadside Service and they use this company for towing. I will make it my life's mission that they never get another request from Progressive. The initial estimate said 1-2 hours. Three hours later and they still have not showed up. I contacted Progressive Roadside Assistance, requested a tow to take my car to a dealership nearby. The request was placed at 5:10pm. The driver called me and advised that he was at Okeechobee Road and it was rush hour. I said "no problem, whenever you get here is fine". According to the tracking map, he got off the turnpike at 6:05pm, literally 2 minutes away from me. Five minutes later his truck was in a parking lot on SW 117th Avenue and then it disappeared from the tracking map. I tried to call the driver, but he did not answer. I texted him and he did not respond. I checked with Progressive Roadside Assistance and they advised a 5 minute ETA. 15 minutes later, they advised a 4 minute ETA. Another 15 minutes later they advised me that the driver told them I rescheduled the tow for the next day. When they advised him that they were chatting with me and that I did not reschedule, he hung up on them. So TWO hours later I still had no tow truck and Progressive had to contact another provider. I would never use A.E.R Towing and it would be in Progressive's best interest to remove them from their provider list. There are a lot of towing companies. I contract towing companies in my business and would never do business with A.E.R. read more

I was stuck on the highway on the 836 for over three and a half hours waiting for these people every 60 to 80 minutes they would tell you it would be 90 more minutes before they showed up after 4 hours I canceled services and called May Day towing who picked me up in 20 minutes I will never use this company again and I suggest that you don't use this company either. I'd your insurance company contacts this company for roadside assistance ask for another vendor immediately. They automatically say they will be 90 minutes and more out. Then they wait until near the 90 minutes to adjust and add 90 minutes more. As I waited until near that time again, they adjusted a third time and added 105 minutes. I had to call my insurance company to find another vendor. The towing company wouldn't even answer the dispatcher line. unbelievable. read more

I was stuck on the side of the road Doral after traffic hour and was frantically looking for a "decent & reliable" tow company. After contacting a few, I finally found AER Towing on google maps. Called and spoke to Frank, who was extremely helpful and nice. It cost me $60 to tow my car, as opposed to $150, which was ridiculous. Steven showed up with a tow bed within 20 minutes (they said they would be there in 45, so he got there fast) and took my crappy Camry home!
