My husband has been frequenting Tire World Auto care for about 8 years now and most recently, I had an issue with my tire pressure and knew exactly where I would be able to take it to receive amazing service. While I showed up almost near closing time, they were able to check out my pressure and vehicle. The service, and care and attention to detail that's provided is unmatched. Without a doubt, I highly, highly recommend visiting Tire World. They are a family business, who also treat their customers like family. read more

Had a great experience getting my tire patched here! Called in the morning, JT answered and set me up with an appointment for the same day. Got tire fixed in under 45 minutes. Tire World Auto Care - Front lobby area, restroom and coffee available, good music playing. - Auto Repair Near Me - Miami, Florida

I needed to get one of my tires patched - they were super quick, super friendly and I would definitely come back in the future. Thank you!

I had to come back a 2nd time after they fixed my flat because apparently they missed a spot. Also, they replaced my tire cap with a generic one. The lady was annoying because when I asked for a time estimate of how long I'd have to wait, she kept telling me "2 mins". I asked about 3 times over the next 20 mins and it was the same answer every time. read more

Good people, nice work but go up in price in what seems every month. I used to pay 20$ for an oil change after purchasing oil and filter. Now the price is $30. read more

Fast Reliable Service, Knowledgable Staff, Honest, Clean & prices know one was able to beat! I stoped here a few months back to fix a flat. They where so helpful and reasonable, that I made sure to contact them again. I ordered my tires, went in and changed all four within an hour. read more

My family has been using the place for years, it used to be decent. I brought in my mom's car over 6 months and got charged over $1300. We have not been able to drive the car since. My son just got charged $45 for an estimate that took less than 10 min. Definitely looking for a new place/mechanic. read more

Honest mechanic with great prices! Only place I'm going to be going to from now on. Went in as a young female who doesn't know anything about cars to get my front right tire replaced with a used tire for only 35$, and was in and out within 30 mins. Friendly couple run the shop and keep it clean for a comfortable wait. They also offer a discount for FIU students. read more

Solid customer service, fair rates, and pretty fast. I've had a good experience with these folks and that says a lot for mechanics in Miami. If it's convenient for you, bring your car here. Oh and they bring their cute dog to work too. Extra cool points for the K9! read more

Hands down beat mechanics you'll find! I have been going to them for about 5 years now and they never seize to amaze me. They NEVER over price and they NEVER do any work on your car that you dont need. Great place for anything you need. And if your an FIU student you get a discount. read more

I'm about 73% sure that my ex is popping my tires, but thats not the point of this review. I don't know much about cars but Ena and the mechanics, unfortunately, always, take care of me when I come. Their prices are fair and they even give discounts to FIU students. The service is quick and reliable, if you're in the area, I would take your car here for whatever it needs. read more

I got to say...Wow! I read a couple of reviews and didn't believe it so I had to go and check for myself. The people in this place have a genuine interest to help you! I went there expecting to have the same experience than at many other places but they really surprised me. HONESTLY, that's what you will find there. The lady at the front desk was prompt to explain what to expect and about my options, and the price was FAIR (can you believe this?!) The mechanic "Nelson" is a decent and experienced man that treated me like if he knew me forever. Definitely a place to keep going back. Excellent Job guys! Please don't change there are Very few like you out there. THUMBS UP!! read more

I had a great experience at this shop! I took my car in because it had a flat tire and they did everything they could do fix it. I also ended up changing another tire and the price was very reasonable. Very friendly staff! read more

If I could give this place a half of a star I would. I came in there today because my tire pressure light came on. I asked them to check because I knew that there was a nail as I never have low tire pressure with my vehicle until time for a maintenance check. I was there for only 10 minutes when the receptionist came back and told me that the tire had low pressure. I decided to get a second opinion and went to the Mazda dealership, and They found a nail. This is not the first time I have received mediocrity and tire shops; especially being a woman. This company did not do their job, lazy, and dismissive to what I knew along. Never will I return. read more

I'm giving this place one star because I can't go any lower. I came in on a Monday to ask about window tinting prices and a wax coat for my car. The lady at the front kept me waiting for several minutes because she did not know how much the prices were. I don't understand how a receptionist is not informed on the prices of where she works at. I set up an appointment for the following Monday at 8:00 a.m. since I have a very busy schedule. I woke up the following Monday at 7:00 a.m. and made it right on time, only to be greeted by another lady who knew absolutely nothing about my appointment. She calls the guy who was supposed to do the work and he tells her he isn't coming in until 10:30 a.m. The hilarious part is the fact that the lady actually has the nerve to ask me if I wanted to wait for him. Take your money somewhere else where they will treat you professionally. read more

I've been a bunch of times. Very friendly and fast. They give FIU discounts and will give you a ride to the university when you drop off your car. read more

I came here because it was recommended by someone. My brakes needed to be replaced and brought it in. A couple of days after the work had been done my brakes were giving me problems...I took the car back to them with my receipt in hand only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. That that was the way the brakes are going to feel because of the age of my car. Really? That's a bunch of bs...they could've at least have had the decency to see what was wrong. These people are rude, irresponsible, and incompetent! THIEVES THIEVES..they even send "report us to the bbb" ..without a care in the world! LADRONES! read more

I have been using Tire World for many years. I work at FIU. It is so difficult in this area to find a reputable car repair. These people are excellent at their work. They have taken care of my car since I got it and I cannot more strongly recommend this shop for you needs. read more

Great place where to do do all your light mechanics needs. I had been there for motor oil and filter change, transmission oil change, spark plugs change, brakes revision and checks and other minor stuff. Ena and the mechanics Team always willing to give out their best. I will continue visiting this place. read more

Not recommended. First time I went here to replace a rim, then next day I had a flat tire. The only reason I came back the second time is that this place is close to my home and the other mechanic nearby was under construction. I was trying to give them another chance. Replaced my front struts and sway bars at this place, the same thing happened, I heard a scary sound coming from my wheel. I took my car back next morning at 8 am. They played with my car for a whole morning then told me they gave the wrong parts. It took me another whole day to fix the problem. I highly doubt it they are professional. Next time I would rather tow my car 50 miles away than go here again. read more

I was greeted and taken care of right away. It was quick and easy. Reasonably priced.

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Came in for an oil change, and a later recommended tire rotation. Was pleased to find out they offer discounts for FIU students. Definitely coming back for my next oil change. read more

This place has horrible service I gave my car to do an oil change and spark plug change at 11am and now it's 5pm and I'm still waiting. This is actually the second time it's taken more than 5 hours to complete a task that shouldn't have taken more than 2 hours I am really appalled by this unprofessional show of service I do not recommend this place. read more

I was there in the morning for a tire repair (patch)/ rotation and was attended immediately. Very small and family owned shop, but they are definitely organized and clean! Only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star was for 2 reasons (small)...1) coffee machine didn't work (not trying to be spoiled, but it was there, it was 8 am...it would have been great to have a coffee! Lol 2) the technician doing my rotation and patch repair didn't inflate all my tires the same or check air pressure. This is a must for a tire place. Other than that, I do see myself coming back. read more

I had a great experience at Tire World and auto care The best ever costumer Service Prices unbeatable !

Ena in the front is the friendliest most accommodating person! She always tries to help you out the best she can. Forget Goodyear and Firestone you will find the best prices here with guarantee.
