This is the first time I've ever had an auto window tinting service come to my home.. shouldn't be much of a surprise since many services in Miami can come to you. We didn't trust just anyone for this job. We read reviews on these guys and also checked out their website which was loaded with facts as well as their suggestions on tinting specs/quality based on their hands-on experience. If you're considering PreciseCuts, I'd urge you to check out their website. We started off our communication through Yelp, through which you can request a price quote. Julio is the owner (I believe) and the main installer. We read from reviews that he is the best one. We messaged with him back and forth and, eventually, he provided us with a price quote for 3M ceramic tints for the front windshield and all of the side windows. 3M was the top brand as well as the highest quality. It was definitely worth the small difference in the price compared to the 2nd brand that they offered. The price quote was agreed upon within 24 hours as well as the install date which occurred 5 days later. On the date of installation, we assumed that Julio was installing for us, but it turns out that he was communicating with us from out of state! Julio advised that Ray would be installing and reassured us that he would do a good job and pay extra attention to detail. Julio even offered to cancel our appt and reschedule our installation for a date when Julio would be back in Miami all because we may have felt a little uncomfortable using Ray as the installer.. all this even while Ray was already on his way to our home. Soon enough, we decided to put our trust in these guys and allowed Ray to install our tints. They seemed trustworthy enough. Ray came over to our house 30 min later. First, he introduced himself and then he reviewed all that we wanted to do in detail as far as tint quality and lightness/darkness and for exactly which windows. Ray was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He walked me over to his vehicle to show me the tints, specifically the 3M branded ones. He showed me to verify that they were, indeed, authentic and then advised that the 3M logo would be removed afterward. Ray and his assistant finished the job in about 2 to 3 hours. They tinted all of our side windows as well as the front windshield. The front windows were done slightly lighter than the back and stayed legal. I must say that they did a great job. They also taped the window switches so that we couldn't roll them down for the next few days. Then, we paid Ray the full amount, which was a very fair price and then off they went. This was a very good overall experience for us. These guys are organized, professional, and detailed. I'd highly recommend them. read more

I don't think the tint was cut with a laser as advertised since I saw him sticking the tint on and cutting it that way, but I could be wrong. Also, it took longer than 45 mins like the website says, but I didn't mind. I'd rather he take his time and do a good job, which he did, than rush.
