I agreed to the price and was told to come back the following Saturday. When I returned, Mr. Acosta said he didn't have the correct tint but told me not to worry because he would purchase it on Monday and asked me to come back today. When I showed up today, I was given yet another excuse this time involving the tint paper. He then claimed he was "trying to help" by calling his son, who quoted me 100% more than the original agreed price. This experience felt dishonest and very unprofessional. I wasted multiple trips and time based on commitments that were not honored. It honestly seemed like he no longer wanted to deal with my car because the job would take too long, instead of just being upfront about it.
