Overall Okay job. Service could have been a bit better. It was hard to coordinate an appointment. And show up time was not exactly puntual. Im not trying to be a Karen but when some one says they are to show a certain day or time they should honor this. specially if its their first time providing a service. Price. Over the phone I received an estimate for $40 for a basic wash interior and exterior. He asked for a picture which I sent. When he arrived he hiked the price up to $100. His explanation was that he was going to do the interior. Which i assumed was included in the initial estimate. I specified that he didn't have to because i was pressed for time. He knocked off $20 from the $100 price tag and left me with a quote of $80. At this point they had already started on the car and I gave in for that price. I will be looking for other providers.

I reached out for a quote and received a quick reply from the owner, Ricardo. I was timid about a mobile service and the potential of hiring a real person, but was reassured by Ricardo of the process and he answered all of the questions I had in a very proficient/professional manner. We were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I received a confirmation email and text message. I was alerted the day of when he was on his way, the link provided an ETA and a tracker for his location. He arrived early and walked me through the process. I received a text when it was completed, and was able to pay via the link. Overall my the process was 10/10. It is always nerve wracking having someone come to you rather than dropping it off at a detail store lot, but I can TRULY say I will never go back to the traditional storefront. The experience was comfortable, it was convenient, and I will specifically go through Fresh Wash 305 in the future. I cannot say enough good things! As for the actual cleaning--my mind was blown. I needed a full deep cleaning of the inside and the outside. I hadn't gotten it cleaned in about a year so there was a lot of grime, which I know required scrubbing. I was considering selling my car, but after receiving in back from Ricardo it feels like a new car. I have been THRILLED driving around in it and it genuinely feels like a whole new vehicle. I do not typically post Yelp reviews, but I thought other could benefit from the extremely positive experience I had. Thank you so much Ricardo!

I upgraded the year and came back for a second time. Now he's using system x which is amazing. Not saying the last company he used wasn't because that came out amazing as well. Negro goes above and beyond for his clients as he sends videos and pictures of the whole process while the car is in his care. Truthfully he is the only one I've ever let drive my car and only one I will leave it to without any worries. This time around he came thru for me and helped me with my vision I had. He used his resources which I must admit are very well worth it. This guys is connected in the car world if you ain't know. Had a kill switch and tracker installed, got my windows tinted and also got my rims powder coated. Everything was excellent as usual! Don't hesitate and give my man a call as he won't disappoint you or anyone you refer. He's been doing this for over 15 years and is certified in ceramic coating. He will make an old car look brand new again. My car came home looking newer than when I left the dealer buying it brand new. He will leave you flabbergasted by the job when he's done. His pricing is well worth it as well. Quality Over Quantity!!!! No job is to big or small the man does cars, motorcycles, or boats....

I reached out to the owner who was very nice and serviceable, we set up a date to take in my car to his location and left it there for about two and a half hours. Throughout the whole process i was getting updates such as videos or pictures of before and afters. Once my car was ready i picked it up and it was like i picked up a whole new car from the dealer. It was impeccable, full of shine and extremely clean on the inside. The best part was the smell of new car even my daughter mentioned how she loved how our car looked and smell. It was definitely worth the price and time. Will definitely be returning soon.
